TTN rate. First, the roads are terrible. The trip in to the CG is an adventure and there is only ONE way to get here from the main highway. The interior roads are horrible with washouts and ditches cut by torrential rains and no effort to repair or fill. The lodge is in bad condition and smells very musty/moldy. Pool tables are pushed against a wall and other equipment is stacked or pushed aside and not useable. The restrooms are clean, we didn't attempt to use the laundry. The CG staff is friendly and helpful. This is a small CG with both pull through and back-in sites that were once pretty nice. Now the railroad ties which designate sites are buried and covered with grass, the gravel which once was isn't anymore. The ground is pretty soft right now and caution must be used to stay on the more solid portion of the site when driving in or setting the jacks. There are some concrete patios which are also partially overgrown with sod and weeds. We had issues with the power stanchion spiking to 136V. Over the air HDTV was okay. The setting is great, quiet, country setting, boat launch and moorage, fish well in the boathouse. The pool was not open when we arrived. Long term tenants have the nicest sites and in a small campground, take up quite a few of the available spaces. It was pleasant here, quiet and peaceful, CG just needs help to restore to even good condition. We would return if in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
