Nice natural surroundings and hiking paths. There are some very nice sites on the lake. We stayed in the loop at the top of the hill in the woods. Very few people were there due to the cool weather I presume. Nice and quiet. We have been in this campground before on a summer week-end and it is covered up. I would recommend a Monday through Friday stay to avoid the crowds. If you love nature and peace & quiet, you will love this campground in the off season. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

There is an older but very rude woman that works here. The bathrooms are very dirty. The grass needed to be cut. Not kept up very well. The water looked polluted and there was garbage floating in the swim area. The place was very nasty and I would not ask anyone to come here on vacation. The garbage cans were full and not maintained much at all. The price was not worth the use of this park. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

The sites in the lower circles near the lake were extremely crowded and noisy. Lots of children playing in the streets. The upper circles were quiet with very little traffic. This is a nice facility with extremely nice but limited staff. More attention should be given to litter control and to site maintenance. Once parked, we had to cut branches away from the sides and on top of the RV on our site and the site of our friends. We saw several staff members riding golf carts with tools but never once saw anyone using those tools. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stopped here one night and were glad to do so as I was so tired. However, we would never stay longer do to the following: Was told had Wi-Fi but no signal at all and the restrooms were full of bugs. Our site was level even though is was grass and a little gravel. Water, electric and sewer worked fine, TV through the air only and was limited to 2 stations.Would only stay here again if could not drive any farther. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We spent one night while passing through the area. As a place for a stop over, it was adequate, but I would not recommend for a longer stay. The sites were all grass with a little gravel, no patio or picnic table. There were several RV's that were set up, but not being occupied. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

After driving our rig up the steep gravel road to the office and paying for one night we were shown our way down the hill to a drive through site. The ground was very soft and we tried to level out using stabilizer boards and the jacks. After the rig was level we opened up the rooms and the ground shifted under us and racked the entire coach almost popping out the windshield. We called the office and told them that we would have to leave and requested that they refund our money, but they said we had to drive up to get it. Not wanting to do any more damage to our coach and not able to walk up the hill we left with out our refund. They would not bring it down to us. I would never stop there again as it is a dumpy place with guys walking around carrying weapons. We camped here in a Motorhome.
