The previous reviews say it all. We’re just completing our 6th winter season in this great park. The wonderful folks who gather here each winter are a joy to have as neighbors and very easy to be around. Please note: the map location on Google Earth & Maps may not be correct. The park is on Hwy 85, just north of the Marine Motel and south of another rv park, Belly Acres and across the street from the Chevron station and Olsen’s IGA. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is basically a copy of another review. This is one of our favorite parks. It is excellent. Very clean and tidy smaller campground. Each space has a cement pad and a little landscaping with plenty of room for rigs with slides on both sides and a tow car. There is also a pretty little cactus garden with a picnic table. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and pointed us in the direction of several sights we would have missed otherwise. Strong Verizon and Wi-Fi signal. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Strong Verizon and WiFi signal. While not technically "pull through" sites, some of the sites on the right side you can go through the lot next door and pull straight in. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice, normal RV park. Nothing fancy but price is reasonable. After boon docking for 4 days it was nice to be able to dump, fill with water, and have electricity for a night. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

OK campground. You can walk to the grocery store. Single toilet is like a outhouse but flushes, and with a sink. Shower stalls good, but require quarters to use. Laundry works - just. Cable TV requires special converter box, which is provided free of charge by the park. We didn't use it for our 1 night stay. Fellow campers were a mixed bunch, but friendly. Very nice campground hosts. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very rude person yelling profanities at one of the campers in our group. The person in our group just stopped to unhook. This guy who I think was the owner comes out screaming get that f#$%^&& out of the way. He was about 250 lbs and big 45 years old, screaming at a mild 81 year old. I would not stay here again if I was paid to do so. We stayed in the front row. My 50 amp service was a 30 amp. WiFi was almost totally non working. Spaces in the upper half of the park very unlevel. The staff besides the owner were fine. However, he was way way way out of line. If we had another RV park to stay in in the area we would have left. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites are separated by oleander, have a picnic table, and concrete patio which are nice. The camp host and manager were extremely friendly & helpful in giving information about the area and Mexico. The cable worked well. My Sprint cell was roaming and my Verizon card worked well. The park Wi-Fi was extremely slow most of the time, then at other times it worked okay. No dog walk to speak of or other frills such as a pool. The park was quiet at night. I would return to this park if in the area again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

There are lots of 'rules' at this park, which seemed to go along with the attitude we perceived during our stay. This park felt more crowded than ones we have stayed at previously or since. No room to move or sit outside and the spots were reach out and touch your neighbor - kind of tight. People coming and going in their rigs past us were too close for comfort on the 'roads' through the park. The free Wi-Fi did not function when we were there. When we mentioned it on checking out the response was, "Oh well, at least you didn't have to pay full price (we had the Passport America discount). The washrooms were quite nice and very clean. The flowers were in bloom and the grounds were well kept. You can get outside the park through gates (with your washroom key) to walk to a store or up a trail so that part was nice, but we would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
