Great facilities right on the Colorado River. Had a really nice common room with kitchen, etc with comfortable chairs and a wonderful patio overlooking the river. Spaces are a bit tight and all back-in. Our 40 foot 5th wheel fit with a little adjustment. It would have been far more difficult to get into the sites if the campground had been full. As it was, I was able to use the site across from me to better line things up. They have some nice little concrete patios in each site, but they are near the back and kind of narrow things up making alignment even more difficult. Watch carefully where your slide-outs end up. The hookups were really nice and dependable. The Manager was gone when we arrived and they did not have a self-serve check-in so we just picked a site and parked. The Manager came around after we were set up to let us know we were OK in our site. Apparently she manages a couple of campgrounds so splits time. The laundry and showers were small but very clean. Leaving the campground in the morning can be tough if you are making a left turn back to the north, which is the way most would go. You must pull out slowly due to the driveway dip across a four lane major street with lots of morning traffic. I'd stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

There is actually nothing wrong with this campground. Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. It is just so HOT (and we live in Florida). Do not think we will come through this area again, but if so, will stay at El Rio. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

This park is a real gem in Bullhead City. It is small, but very clean; friendly managers, lovely facility with a beautiful, immaculate club house with great views of the river. It features free wi-fi that actually works well! We checked it out in Oct 09 and it looked run down. Since that time, the original managers (Paddy & Chet) were brought back in and have done wonders cleaning up and refurbishing the property. There is a lovely boat dock and some park model rentals. The motel is being refurbished and some units not in use; The laundry room was being repaired, so not in use, but there was 1 washer and 1 dryer in the club house for use. There is a small but neat fitness room just off the club house. There are generous back-in spaces with lighted rope and post dividers. There is a very nice and clean pool area. The only down side was traffic noise. A sound barrier fence is definitely needed. We stayed a week and wanted to stay longer--the management was that welcoming! After some of the less than happy experiences in Bullhead RV parks, this one is the best we have found. The rates are reasonable and in line with other parks in the area. We will stay here again. Currently staying here on a weekly basis. There is a non heated pool: which is very cool right now. Also has a hot tub that is nice. It is river front and can walk down to the water. Clubhouse not used much, but has a nice view. Workout room is small but we did enjoy it. Motel not is use at this time, so not much inside traffic. A little road noise from frontage road. Very nice management made us want to stay another week!!! Wi-Fi is free, but a daily log in required. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I stayed here in April during the Laughlin River Run and really enjoyed the park. The owners are upgrading the park and have made many inprovements which are all not complete at this time but should be completed in a few months. The park is right on the river and the newly completed club house is a great place to unwind after a day of motorcycle riding. When we stayed there they were sold out and we plan on staying there next year. The only thing I did not like was the gravel pads and roads but was not bad once you get used to it. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The RV parks in Bullhead City and surrounding area charge about $335 a month including electricity in that price range. But this El Rio RV park is way out of line as they charge over $500 a month! The RV park is partially surrounded by a motel, so it is not a pure RV park. You share the area with transient motel guests. The RV park is all gravel and with back-in sites. It is near a very noisy, highway 95. This RV park is not a desirable place to stay when you compare to the many other paved and "pure RV" parks all around Bullhead City. Frankly, I was very shocked at the high prices this RV park is charging, as it is way out of line with the other RV parks. No wonder I have seen it look way less than one-third full even in the busy winter season! They need to lower their pricing: a lot! If the price was lower, it would not be so bad, but it needs to be lower than a true RV park as transients are all around the RV park in the motel and that makes me uncomfortable and a potential risk of breaking and entering and theft of personal items. It's not a true 100% dedicated RV park and it certainly is not a high-end resort as the name implies that is might be. A resort, to me, is a premium rated facility. You can do a lot better camping elsewhere. We camped here in a Motorhome.

My husband and I enjoy this park, and are glad to see that it is under remodel. We have stayed in other parks near Laughlin and didn't like that young people would have parties. This park caters to older people, and doesn't allow tent camping. We have brought our grandkids but don't recommend it because of the strong current of the river. There isn't much for kids to do. We also like that there is a weekly and monthly rate, as we like Arizona in the winter months. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Price is monthly (everything included except internet). Came here on recommendation from a fellow traveler. Glad we did! Internet is no longer free, they have daily, weekly & monthly rates. It works very well. AT&T & Verizon cell service is good. This is a county park and very well kept, snowbird heaven. Although there is not much in the way of amenities, Laughlin, NV is just across the river (we watched the fireworks on New Year Eve from our rig)! Staff are all friendly and very helpful. A lot of things to see and do around the area. Will be back next winter. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate based on weekly stay. When we arrived we were told by staff that we couldn't drive around to view sites before paying. Renovations were being done on washrooms but were clean/older. Internet didn't work when we arrived but a new internet provider was introduced during our stay and worked well. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Government run park so no amenities or social activities but fair value for what you get. New Wi-Fi has been installed and works great but there is an additional charge. Sites are gravel and level. New staff and grounds keepers are friendly and working hard to bring park up to date. Restrooms are being updated but showers are still connected to the laundry so to get hot shower timing is everything. Will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great value for the money--very pretty river/city/mountain views. Back in sites pretty tight between the palm trees. Nice for an overnight (even though we had very high winds), but we were sorry that the big grassy fenced in field could not be used to exercise our dog. There were "hazardous" flags all over that grass. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Decrepit bathrooms, Old dirty cinder block showers. Best sites taken by very long term wrecks, some work kampers. No Wi-Fi as was supposed to be, they said they were upgrading. Wouldn't let us park in "A" section, nicer than "C" & "D" & closer to river. Length limit of 30 or 32 feet, but you could put a 45 footer in many. If we went there again, we might dry camp down on river shore. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Davis Camp Park is very friendly and a nice park. Great bike riding and walking park. Also can do a little hiking around the hills. Majority of rest rooms and showers are older but there are a couple of newer buildings toward the dam that are a little nicer. Basically government type buildings and showers. Warm water but nothing fancy. Definitely would come back here. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Pulled in late after office had closed but able to find our spot and took care of everything in the morning. Nice level site in the "C" area, not far from the restrooms. Great place for the price, located right on the river and just over the bridge from Laughlin. Quiet in the evenings and beautiful desert mornings. Nice for our dogs. A bit windy but the warm weather made up for it. Would definitely stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice camping, great weather at this time of year, not a shady campground, so stay away in the summer. Will stay here anytime in the area. Only negative was high winds that made it impossible to stay, but other than that, great place. Kids will love it: water, swimming, fishing, boating. Adults have the casinos. This place is a gem. I cannot add very much to previous posts. We stayed in area "A" which is just 2-way; areas "B" "C" and "D" are 3-way and there are the river sites which are dry camping. The bathrooms and showers are dated but clean. A real bargain in a beautiful location. We will return for a longer stay! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is our favorite spot in this area. You could stay in a casino parking lot and be close to them, or you can stay here and be on the river. Beach spots have no hookups but have a shelter over the table, palm trees and a fire ring. You are only 25' from the water. Its fun to watch the boats, jetski's and the casino tour boats go by. If you rent a ski, you can bring it right up on the beach to your campground. Have never used a hookup spot, they are further from the water, we like the beach. Feed the ducks, watch the rabbits, kick back and do nothing or go to the casinos (5 minutes). Bathrooms are a little old, but fairly clean. Shower water must be adjusted to make it warm, but is no problem. Can be crowded and hot in the summer: that's why we go in the spring and fall. They do have a laundromat. Of course we will be back again and again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for two nights in a site with water and electric (they do offer full hookups for $5.00/ night more). Our site was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again if in the area. It was better than three out of four other RV parks that we looked at in the area. The restrooms were a little worse for wear, and the hot water was a little scarce, however, the location was wonderful, right on the river and we like it very much. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed here 2 nights right on the river, dry camping/no hookups. This place was awesome. You have your own beach area right in front of your site next to the Colorado River. We could see the Casinos in Laughlin down across the river. I would stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park was just "okay" for a short stay as a base camp for exploring. The bathrooms are old looking and in need of repair, the showers are plain concrete rooms that are not very nice. There are old, run down looking long term units here and the traffic noise is terrible. We got very little sleep due to the trucks on the highway behind the park. We would not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Pull through sites are not well defined, with hookups that are spread pretty far apart. In the full hookup section many of the sites with views of the river are taken up by old trashy RVs that appear to be long, long, long term residents. Nice park overall, with the clear blue water of the Colorado River running beside the park. Keep in mind within 1/2 mile, casinos have some parking lots that allow free over-night RV parking. If we chose to stay again I believe we might just opt for one of the sites without hookups that are on the river's edge. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is on the Colorado River between the bridge and the dam and across the river from the big casinos. It has "beach" sites that are directly on the river bank with great views but no hookups and regular RV sites with hookups. The sites are fairly large and each has a metal shelter alongside. Some are deep enough for 40' and longer RVs. They are subject to noise from power boats on the river and from adjacent party sites. Most of the hookup sites are some distance back from the river and have no river views but are large and level. Many are occupied by long term residents but seemed to be clean and well maintained. We saw a few unleashed dogs in both areas. Our overall impression was that the place is nothing fancy but a good value. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The spaces are level and large. I rated it at 4 because there appears to be no enforcement of any pet rules. My dog on a leash was attacked by a permanent party dog who came charging out of a trailer. Staff were observed driving a cart around with their dog following without a leash. There are several permanent RV's here that are in shoddy condition and not even licensed. There were dog waste everywhere, and I even had to clean around my area. They charge you a dollar a day per pet. Speed limit is posted at 15mph and even the resident Rangers ignore it. With the correct management and enforcement of common sense rules this could easily be a 10 park. Did I mention this is a Mojave County owned park? I would not stay here again unless changes were made. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped along the river under the lights of Laughlin. The guy next to us started his generator at 3AM. We complained to the manager but I don't think they said anything to him. We didn't notice the traffic noise. Stayed 3 days and enjoyed the riverside site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A great alternative to staying in you typical Casino asphalt RV Parking lot for more $$. Would come back again, wish we had stayed here the entire week we were visiting! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very large county park along the Colorado River with several different types of camping. There are beach sites (directly on river) with no hook-ups and a ramada($10). There are sites with w&e only ($17)and sites with full hookups($20). It is right across the river from Laughlin, NV, with a view of the casinos. There is a lot of day use in the summer. Just be aware that it can be very hot and you will need the 50 amps to run your air conditioners. It was 115 when we were there in July. But we have dry camped on the beach in December. There are quite a few permanent residents. The full hookup sites fill quickly in the winter so a reservation is required then. WiFi worked well. Overall the park is well maintained and clean. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an older RV park that exists because of its location, i.e. close to Laughlin and the Colorado River. This park can use a major upgrading in the shower, pool (it is cold and never heated) and storage area. However, I don't think that the park can afford to make any major upgrades because it will require permits and compliance with legal requirements that have gone into effect since it was built. By that I mean compliance with the ADA since there is a noticeable lack of amenities for RVers with disabilities. But it does offer a fantastic location for those that enjoy gaming and river recreation. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice friendly staff, large sites, but dusty (it is in the desert!) . Close to stores, hikes, Laughlin casinos/restaurants. Wi-Fi was a problem at times. Would return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for 4 days on Coast to Coast at the Good Neighbor rate. Staff is very nice and the facilities are all clean. As a previous reviewer stated, the hook ups are at the back of the site, so you do need plenty of water and sewer hose. We got a much better TV picture using our antenna instead of the cable. Our site had a nice view of the Colorado River and the casinos in Laughlin. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for 2 weeks with Sunrise Membership. The cable went out every night for two weeks about 10:30 PM and came back on whenever it started to warm up outside. The staff says it happens all the time and they don't know why. The restrooms and laundry are clean. Nice clubhouse with new cooks, and several activities. The showers in the clubhouse give no privacy from others in the room. You have a curtain while you are in the shower, but to get dressed there is no privacy curtains. The seat cover on the stool in the handicapped shower in the ladies shower area is cracked, dirty, moldy and has been that way for the last 4 years. The restrooms and showers by the pool at the clubhouse don't open until 7 AM or sometimes after. The only other restrooms are quite a distance from that area, but are not locked. This is quite inconvenient. The staff is friendly and the grounds are clean and well maintained. The laundry has several washers and dryers. Some of the dryers do not completely dry a load in the 45 minutes they run. The RV spots have cement patios and are quite wide. The connections are at the very back of the parking area so you need extra long cables and cords. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

1/4 mi. east of Laughlin Bridge on Bullhead Pkwy. $10 RPI + $3 resort fee + $3 50-amp. Convenient to casinos. About 4 mi. from Bullhead main business areas. Generally clean and decent, but several age and maintenance items neglected. Clubhouse was closed for refurb. Good laundry with newer machines of sufficient quantity for size of park. $1.25/wash, 1.00/dry. Poor flushing toilets in restrooms. Showers clean but average. Many dumpsters, but one was overflowing before pickup, and park less than half full. Pool cool (not heated?) and could be cleaner. Smallish pool deck with few lounge chairs, and many of those needing repair. Definitely could be better with some management attention, but fine for a membership period stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was the first time we camped here. Check in staff was "polite" friendly. Lots of extra charges (call ahead and ask) we were not told any of these until check in. Sites were adequate, gravel with some trees. Park was clean. Pool and restrooms were clean. Clubhouse was closed for remodeling. Town is close with everything you may need, gas on bullhead Pkwy with big rig access. Wind blew the entire time we were here. Pet friendly. We would return here as it is one of our RPI parks. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here prior, as we are Sunrise Resort members. Never this early in the season. The park was about 1/3 full. Weather was blazing hot so the pool felt good. Friendly staff. It is an older park and must be a maintenance nightmare to keep up, but staff does a good job. Closed clubhouse for a remodel but opened in time for the Halloween party. The resort activities were just getting started as more people arrived. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I agree with all of the reviews i have read about this park. It is a bit dated but that's what makes it nice to stay at. Nice large sites easy to get in and out. I have stayed here for the past 8 years from 2 months to 2 weeks each winter. This year i was staying here for 3 months. After the first month i went to the office to pay rent and casually mentioned i had to leave on a trip and was going to fly out for 2 weeks. The office person said i could not do that. I would have to vacate the site and move to storage if I was gone for more then 24 hours. I asked other members and they did not know of that park rule. I looked over the park rules and no mention of it there. I did ask when i first checked in is there any do or do not rules and she said no. I moved on to another park, and will never return. If you are planing side trip and staying here make it a short one. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice clean park. Quiet location as it is 9 miles off SR 95. Sites are gravel with concrete pads. The sites slope toward the paved road so require some leveling. Minor cable TV. As the the other review stated there are extra charges for some items. The wi-fi (Tengointernet) was very slow and dropped off frequently, not worth the fee. Clean pool and very clean restrooms. The showers had no privacy for changing just one open room. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We used this park while visiting the Laughlin/Bullhead City area. Found it to be a decent desert park with paved roads and gravel sites. Most sites will require some leveling. They accept discount camping from P.A. and others but nickel dime you with extra charges for Wi-Fi and 50 amp service. The park is located a short distant from the Laughlin bridge and is close to the casinos and entertainment. There is a pool and clubhouse that looks to be well maintained. The dog walk we used is the dry wash that runs West of the park. Its a large area and you can let your dog run off leash here. Nice view of the cities from a lot of the sites. We were in site 175 and found that the 50 amp circuit breaker was broken so we plugged into an adjoining site which was OK. I notified them of the problem but just in case they don't fix it: FYI. Nightly rate reflects Camp Club discount and a upcharge for 50 amp. I would have rated the park higher if not for the upcharges for Wi-Fi and 50 amp. Staff was nice and helpful. Well maintained, quiet, clean park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Ridgeview RV Resort Site 219 does not have a cable output. Ran cable to 218 and got a noisy signal. Picture was poor with lots of interference. WiFi ($) was good at our site. Location of the park is excellent. Sites were level and the other hookups were excellent. I would stay here again. Price reflects Passport America discount. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I didn't expect much from an RV park in this part of Arizona, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, well maintained, and easy to get in and out of. The sites were level and had plenty of space. And if you ask, many have shade trees, which really help to keep the heat down - it can be 110 degrees in Bullhead City in the summer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

$15 a night with PA, 3 night limit. Nice park for just passing through. I would not stay here for a month. Noisy towards the back of park, might be permanent residents. Showers needed to be cleaned, one night there was no hot water. Not too many trees for shade. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here as an AOR Member. Cable TV and WiFi included in the rate. Clean and spacious sites, but all gravel. Has good roads and lots of room to unhook. All sites are back in. Has a nice swimming pool. Casino's close on the Nevada side of Colorado River. Great place to stay if you like casino's or river recreation. If you have a dog, expect a little sand tracked in to the RV. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Price reflects Sunrise Resorts membership. We have stayed here several times. On every stay, cable TV has been poor and this visit was no exception. Cable TV quality has not changed over the past 3 years and should be addressed. I'd be willing to pay per night for GOOD cable TV as is done at the Dow Creek facility. This year Wi-Fi is available for 1 hour per day free with a charge for additional usage. Wi-Fi service is definitely improved since last year when you had to go to the club house to use it. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Grounds crew was evident this year, more so than in previous visits. Sites are level and spaced apart nicely. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice Park. Large gravel spaces. This was our second stay. We were given a site on the edge of the hill overlooking the river and Laughlin, beautiful site at night. Plenty of places to take dogs for a walk. We were here with RPI. Cable is free. Wi-Fi is available. Our Verizon and Sprint phones worked, but only our Sprint broadband card worked. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Roads are paved. Sites have small cement patio, otherwise are sand/gravel. All are back in. Some outside sites have good view. Pool is nice as are the changing rooms. Didn't use park Wi-Fi. Sprint air card works but is slow. Rooftop TV dish has no trouble with trees. Campground is near the airport but not much air traffic. Our site was next to what I think was a sewer vent as we had some sewer smells. Our cable TV was poor; neighbor's was too. He complained to office, and they fixed it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was not our original destination, but were so very thankful they took us in. The campground is away from the strip, but only a short drive down the hill, with a beautiful view on the top of the hill of the casino's and river. We stayed a week, and everyone, staff and fellow campers, were very nice. Only complaint, if you can call it that, was the sites were closer together than we normally like, but compared to everything around in that area, there was plenty of room! will definitely stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a membership park but have always enjoyed our stay here. All sites are back-in but are huge. Full hook-ups and beautiful view of the Laughlin Casinos. It is close to Colorado River, Oatman, Lake Havasu and with-in 200 miles of the Grand Canyon. Laughlin Casinos just across the river to try your luck. The reason not a 10 was when we were there cable was real bad, but they were trying to fix it and also there was no wi-fi. With so many of us being full-time and doing business on the road, it is getting more important for us to find parks with wi-fi. Other than that great park with great staff. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have a Sunrise membership for this park. The sites are sand and large with a cement patio. There is cable but every time we have stayed here there is very poor cable service. It has improved somewhat in the past 3 years, but still not good. Wireless internet is offered through Nomad at an additional cost. The staff is friendly, but you rarely see any of them. The showers and restrooms are outdated. The ladies room had two toilets and one of them gave no privacy as the closure for the door was too wide for the door and wouldn't lock, and gave viewing space if you tried holding the door. There are 3 showers in the ladies room at the clubhouse and only one is "private", as whomever uses the last one has to walk through the dressing area of the first two to get in or out. They are clean. The showers and restrooms below the clubhouse by the pool are locked at night and are supposed to open at 6 AM but sometimes it is as late as 7 AM or so before anyone opens the gate. The swim pool has been closed every year when we arrive in November. There are paved streets and plenty of outdoor lighting. There is a flag flying by the clubhouse but it is shredded into three pieces and needs to be replaced. The park has improved much in the past 3 years, but needs additional improvement. There is a 10 mph speed limit, but not many adhere to it. The laundry is clean. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The campsites were large. Electric service went out but staff fixed it quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. No picnic tables at sites. We would camp here again. Price reflects Coast to Coast rate. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The rate reflects Sunrise Resorts membership. We have stayed here several times before. The quality of the facities has detriorated. No power was available at the sites selected so had to run power cable to adjacent site. Cable TV was availalble but had few channels. Had better TV from the air antenna. WiFi seemed to be available from our site, but would not connect. I had to go up to the clubhouse to use. We will stay again because of our membership but feel that substantial work will be required to get the park up to acceptable standards. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access for big rigs & super friendly staff. My Garmin GPS gave me incorrect directions to park entrance, so double check yours if you use one! Rate reflects C2C membership. The swimming pool and hot tub work just fine! Nice club house too. FYI - You may or may not have internet if you use an air card depending where you park. We were in between two small hills, so I had to walk to a higher point (to the clubhouse) to get my network connection. No big deal. This place has wide paved streets with level & graveled parking spaces with a cement patio. It's minutes away from Laughlin,NV where you can find 2-for-1 buffets and $9.99 prime rib dinners at the casinos. If you visit this area take the car ( not the RV!) on a 20 miles drive to Oatman,AZ located on Route 66 and see donkeys walking the streets in an old mining town that still looks the same as it did 80 years ago. It was the most interesting place we've seen in a year. Worth the trip! We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Ridgeview RV Resort is a Sunrise Resort in Bullhead City, Arizona, just over the border from Laughlin, Nevada, near the Colorado River. We stayed here under RPI and enjoyed the park. The roads are paved, and each site is desert dirt/gravel, and all are back-in; there are no pull-throughs. There is free, very good WiFI available at the Activity Center, lots of activities planned each day, a decent-sized book exchange, and a pool, yet it’s not in working order these days. The one staff member with whom we spoke was very nice. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

In general this is a nice campground, but it seems like it has a completely "invisible management". The club house, which is nice, is empty and no one use the communal facilities it would appear. People race through the campground at what appears to be close to 30 miles per hour and no one tell them to slow down. It has the potential to be a much better campground than what it is today. Members are trying desperate to sell or give away their membership which is never a good sign. "The magic" of this site is missing, unfortunately. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good, central location for all the goodies RV people like. Clean park. Staff okay. We've been there 3 times, stayed a week or more. Downsides: Must go to clubhouse to get decent wi-fi signal. Also, the swimming pool has NEVER been usable the past 3 years. Always C-O-L-D. Each time the staff says "new heater on order." We DO like this park, but wish they'd fix the pool. $10 per night for us Coast-to-Coast members. We'll be back anyway! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We've stayed here a number of times, being a Coast-to-Coast affiliate. A nice clean park on a hillside. There is a good view of Laughlin from some points. I had to take my laptop to clubhouse to use wi-fi. We've never been able to use the pool as the heater is always haywire. They always say it'll be fixed, but we've never seen it happen. But the location of the park is great, close to Laughlin, Mohave, Oatman, and right in Bullhead City. Lots of good shopping, restaurants, etc. This area is not allergy friendly, so bring your meds! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped here in a 40' motorhome using our Resorts of Distinction membership. We had 50 amp with full hookups. Small concrete patio. Wide site. Cell phone wavered between Verizon and Extended network. Not a strong signal. Ended up using our external antenna and switching to analog. Airplanes/jets overhead as park is below the flight path. Windy. Park personnel friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Strong sewer odor different times of the day. Hot tub not clean. Cable TV not working in the area of the park we were in. OK for short term. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Overall, it was a nice park, needs some maintenance performed. Cable is advertised, but did not work in our area. No WiFi, which is becoming more of an issue for us. Nice community center and the staff was friendly enough. A good location away from highway noise and a much better alternative than Laughlin! A little TLC and it could be a 9. Not a bad park for a short term visit to the area, although there are quite a number of seasonal RVers. We were in an older section that needed some work including getting the cable system fixed. Super resort. Excellent clubhouse and awesome pool area. Large area adjacent to resort for dog walks off leash. Can see the casinos light up at night in Laughlin. Only negatives is airport close by and no shade trees. The park is well-maintained and we would definitely come here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good location, close to everything needed. Managers of park are very friendly and helpful. Many long term tenants. They pull through sites are close together near the front of the park. We had a back in site that was tight to get in but was a nice protected spot with trees. We did not use the bathrooms or showers. We would return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A basic park with primarily full time residents. The short term spots in front are pull through sites and somewhat narrow, especially if you have multiple slides. The interior roads are paved and the sites are level and graveled. For a stopover spot, it is more than adequate. The office help was extremely friendly and asked if we were AAA of GS and gave a 10% discount off the $21 per night rate. We would stay here again for a stopover spot. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We really enjoyed this RV park and would have stayed longer but the wind was bad. True there are a lot of snowbirds and some full time residents but the front row were pull through spaces for overnight or short term visitors. The spaces were fine. The park was clean and it has a nice community hall. Office staff was friendly. We plan on staying here again. Very busy in January. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Adequate park for several nights. Easy access in & out. Lots of long-term residents and some of the sites not very nicely kept but we had no problems and people were very friendly. No shade trees in the front for short term visitors. Not listed in Trailer Life, we stumbled onto this park by mistake but they gave us GS discount and we were comfortable here for a short stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park website looked nice and the rate w/cable TV was appealing so we came here and committed to a week ($125), which was a mistake. Pull through sites up front are really narrow and the residents kept driving through the empty sites next to us, unless they were taken by over-nighters, which meant no privacy. Lots of beat-up motorhomes and trailers here, many smokers (cig butts all over grounds), and dog doo not picked up. Didn't seem very safe. Also had trouble with very weak signal for Verizon air card, although cell was okay. Best surprise was the clean, spacious shower house. OK for couple days if you have a short enough rig. Otherwise, look for nicer parks. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Older park, but nicely kept. Year-round residents (older rigs) could use a little clean-up but weekly-nightly sites are more to the front of park. Our site was very small, Wi-Fi was about $2.50/24-hr service and fast. Managers were friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great location. Close to the Colorado River. Laughlin, NV right accross the river. My only complaint was that they advertise 50 amp service, but they only have 30 amp service. Camp hosts very nice and helpful, but didn't know the difference between the two. Because of low voltage, we had to replace our convertor. We camped here in a camper.

Monthly rate for Bluff view lots are $430 included electric. Great sunsets and a view of Laughlin casinos, river and mountains. There are large and clean homestyle type restrooms. Friendly residents in this clean park with a large dog area. Close to shopping, casinos and restaurants and in a very quiet location. Watch out for the speed bumps. The new office/check-in is located at the very bottom of park, not well thought out. Management team was not friendly. There is no internet at the park. Have a Verizon 3G card which worked 1/2 time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good RV park. Lots of snowbirds, + many year round residents. Room for some over nighters. Great heated pool, nice whirlpool which is usually empty, as are the clean rest rooms & showers. Small store. Excellent weekly and monthly rate. Folks friendly to transients like us - we stayed 4 nights. Mostly seniors here - we never saw any kids. Beautiful sunsets at the western edge of the park, which is on a little ridge. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed in a spot on the ridge. Good view of Laughlin. Some interior sites are larger. The ridge spots are borderline too close together for me. The back area with some of the residents is a eye sore. But overall was OK. A week was long enough for me, however. We camped here in a Motorhome.

HOT!! Some shade but not much. Park has both permanent and temp areas. The temp area is clean and well cared for. Can't say as much for the permanent resident area. Lots of old trailers and junk on the back half. Located 5 miles from the casinos in Laughlin. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sites are level dirt/gravel and fairly wide. Roads paved. Bluff sites are the nicest view of river and casino lights. Pool and restrooms/showers/laundry clean. Dog run is kept clean. New office and dog run are a good distance from the entrance. The old office at the entrance has been converted to a mini-mart. Cable TV, power and water are good but the water is not too good to drink. Typical of all desert water: very hard with alaki. Wi-Fi free but slow. Nice little walking trail around the perimeter. Gym is just OK, as is clubhouse. Definitely NOT a summer location though. We stayed two nights passing through and were trapped in our 5th wheel by the heat. Evenings are nice however (after sunset). We would stop here again, but in cooler weather. We stayed at this park for 1 month and we found it to be overall a nice park w/clean pool and restrooms and a nice workout room.We first parked on the outer ridge and quickly realized this was a mistake due to the high winds that come up, but the manager was very good to let us pick another site and move.The ridge thou had an awesome view overlooking Laughlin,Nevada casino`s.We would stay here again but will take an inside lot next time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stay for a week on route. This park has great access to Laughlin. And has very reasonable monthly rates. There is a lovely view from the ridge of the Colorado river and the Laughlin area. A section of the park for long term residents that has some older trailers detracts from the look of the park. Pool area is small. The new shower house area is nice. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a great park. The staff was first-rate. Met the friendly owners, who asked us how were were liking our stay in the park. This park is visible from the road as you go up the hill and you can see the RV spots that have the view. The park sites that are on the outside have a fantastic view of the Colorado River and casinos in Laughlin. We pulled our motorhome into the spot so that we would have the view and could watch the lights of the casinos come on each evening. Walked to the cute little cafe in the park that served a nice breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay. Plan to return as soon as we can and stay longer than a few days. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I gave this park a 8 because it is better than most we looked at in Bullhead City. The pool is very nice and warm. The gym is not the greatest. Has several machines: but half work, half don't. The sites are wide: you don't feel like you are on top of your neighbor. There are fruit trees that you can pick the fruit. My biggest complaint is that it is always windy here, but that is not the park's fault! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

There is some things I don't particularly care for in this park but since we got to stay four days for the price of two based on a coupon we received in Quartzite I can't complain. With that being said I will list a couple of things that might irk me if I was paying full price. We had a back in spot; most back in spots are very unlevel. All spots are in dirt fine gravel; can't imagine what it would be like when it rains and it does rain here. Wi-Fi very slow at best, unless very early or very late. Would I stay here again? You bet in a heart beat, for this price. The owner or manager wanted to extend our visit for four more days same price but we couldn't so he said price is the same whenever you come back. Now that's wanting your business. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an OK park. The sites are wide and not packed like sardines, as are other parks in the area. The monthly rate is very good and includes 900 kwh of electric. The negatives are the internet connection slows to a crawl during the day and the sites are all sand, so if it rains, it is a mess. Also, you need a minimum of 20' of sewer hose to make a connection. There are great views of the river and Laughlin at night. Laundry is good and the staff friendly. Note: Verizon 3g/data does not work in the Bullhead area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This RV Park is misrepresenting itself as a “Resort.” The amenities and facilities do not justify the resort title. Just about each aspect of the RV Park is a short coming and is provided without consideration of quality. The exception is the view, which is outstanding for some sites. There are three type of sites offered. There are those for the permanent appearing degraded trailer community, the regular sites and the premium sites. The only difference between the regular and premium sites is the view. For a higher price, the premium sites have an uninterrupted view of the Colorado River, Laughlin Casinos and the distant mountains. Both the regular and premium sites are mixed in with sites privately owned. The wide access roads are paved and have some irritating speed bumps that are not well marked. The sites are composed of sandy grit and hard packed dirt. There is little or no vegetation at the sites. A few sites have some small trees attempting to thrive in a hot environment. Shade is something to dream about on a hot day. A few of the sites are level and most are bumpy from previous leveling challenge accomplishments. The utilities work without flaw and they could use some maintenance for improving the appearance at the site. The WiFi here is terrible. We were within 50 feet of the hot spot and we had an extremely weak signal. It disconnected often. Even in the clubhouse itself, the WiFi was slow. Yes: they have a pool and only one pool. It is rather small for such a large complex and it is located at the entrance with no parking. A guest will need to use the pool before late afternoon. At which time the long term residence people will begin hogging the pool. The fitness room is composed of a couple good tread mills. The rest of the equipment should have been placed in a dumpster years ago. The clubhouse is very small for such a large place. The common theme here for each amenity is under size and low quality. When it came to donuts day: there were no donuts and no coordination. Rules, not sure if they exist here, are not observed or expected. We stayed here at half price with the Camp Club discount. Local taxes are absurd and I can not fathom how an RVer would be willing to pay the full price. We will not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed only one night and had to pay a $100.00 deposit. We were not told about the deposit over the phone when making the reservations. We are traveling the country and have never had to pay a deposit for a campsite! Took over 1/2 hour to register, and after we paid the fee and deposit then they told us that Wi-Fi wasn't available for a few days, plus when it does work there is a fee for it. I would not recommend this park. There is one very close that is excellent, cheaper and close to the water with free Wi-Fi and all the same amenities and more! Maybe if people stop going to Silver View the owners will stop requiring a deposit which I think is ridiculous. Motels don't require this! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice clean park; friendly staff. Internet was $24 per month, and reception was awful. Staff kept saying they were working on it. We stayed 2 months, and it never got better. A very windy location, but close to hospital. One of the highest priced parks in the area, but they seem to have room for everyone. No organized activities, but a nice exercise room. The club house was used mainly by permanent residents as a beer social club. 2 laundry rooms, good machines but not enough folding areas. We will stay here again only if no other option is available. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We are full time RV'ers who just left this park. It is fabulous with spectacular views and star gazing. The store/restaurant has a great selection and get this delivers food or groceries to your site. MMM-mmmm good food too. There is a pool, spa, rec room, library, gym, bingo room, hiking trail, dog run, and the showers are very clean and spacious. They have free internet in the clubhouses. You can see the stars and the casino lights of Laughlin at night along with the Colorado River. The staff is friendly and helpful and we had a great time. Its nice and quiet at night. We will be back when we return to this area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a second review, as this park has really gone downhill. New Management/ Staff clueless (with exceptions). No customer service, office only open M-F 9-5; manager never available. Sites never cleaned or raked, lots of weeds. No shade. No picnic tables, or fire rings. Very dusty. WiFi? Good luck. Cable works, sometimes. Water has a very high mineral content; use a softener. Bring a long sewer hose; connections at rear of site. Expect wind; use awnings at your own risk. There is a store/deli; overpriced and food is dodgy. When its not windy, you can be outside. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here in late December, 2008 and it was not the best rv'ing experience. The park is very pretty as long as you are assigned to a site in the "non-permanent" area. We, unfortunately, were put right in the middle of their permanent residents. Paved through roads, with gravel sites. Free WIFI, which was not very reliable, no cable tv. All back-in sites, no pull throughs. Some park models available for rent also. With barking dogs, a lot of trash around their units, cars leaving at all hours for these residents were working, we did not enjoy our time at this park very much. The staff was nice, although a little rushed. Their laundry room was very nice, with the washers and dryers being $1.00 per load. It was also very windy, as this rv park is on top of a hill, and in talking with some residents and snowbirders, this is really the normal type of weather for that time of year. We would probably not be staying at this park again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for a week at a time for the last two years,(Dec. 2006 and 2007)with our 12 year old daughter. The pool is definitely the best part. It was so warm and clean. We swam every night. The people were helpful and friendly. We were there mostly looking for a warm place to stay during Christmas vacation. The bathrooms are very clean. It is windy and we were not on the cliff edge. There was an Internet ready computer available for use in the club house. The only thing I wish they had provided was an outside table. We would definitely stay there again. This is a great park. Nice views. Friendly staff. Pool is nice. Close to boat launches, and Laughlin. Small store with sandwich shop. Did we mention the views? Sometimes a little breezy. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here two nights. They were two of the noisiest nights for sleeping that we have ever encountered. We were parked near the office, and the local street ran behind us. It never seemed to quiet down. The Park itself was clean with a nice dog run. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park with friendly and helpful staff. We personally do not like unpaved sites as too much dirt gets into the coach. The site was long and wide and had a great view even though we were not on the cliff. The hook-ups were way in the back behind the coach and it was a stretch with the sewer hose. The pad was packed sand and I wondered what it would be like in the rain. We only stayed one night but we would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I liked the place. We have been back 2 times and gambling is not even on our things to do list. They charge a tad extra to be on the cliff's edge but the wind is constant 60+ MPH and never stops. Strangely it is not windy away from that edge. If you don't mind the wind you will be treated to the best infinite view out your RV window. I think you can see more then a hundred miles. Even if you don't get an edge slip there are walking trails along the edge to see those wonderful views. Nice people in the front office. Small clubhouse with games and pool table. There are many many things to do nearby even if you do not gamble. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has a friendly staff in the office when the extremely young staff is not behind the counter. The young girls lack knowledge, courtesy and good manners. This park is good for one or two nights and then move on. There are many here who have been coming for years - that is the second biggest problem here. Too many full timer sites and too many live-ins that look like live-ins. Sites are allowed boats, extra vehicles, sheds, utility trailers. The park is clean, landscaped and now in the process of expanding. The worst problem there is the wind. They charge you more to be on the bluff and won't allow you a site there unless you stay 3 months. Of course that turns out not to be true, but what is true is that the bluff is windblown to the point of being dangerous. We spent 3 months due to other obligations in the area and never once sat outside or even stood outside to enjoy the view. Our slide awnings are almost ruined, saved only by tying them down. Our slides pushed in from the strong winds and our satellite dish was tied to the hitch and the truck. Crazy way to spend a winter in the South. We asked to trade our site and were told no sites available. The least they can do is warn newcomers of the wind on that high bluff. We actually paid a premium to be blown around and have our rv damaged. That time of the year it is almost impossible to get more than a day at a time in the local parks, we looked and ended up staying there. Never again. They held our deposit until the last day! Silver View RV Resort is a wonderful place to stay. Very friendly staff. The grounds are kept super-clean and the view to the river and the casinos is breathtaking. The clubhouse is usually full of friendly residents playing cards, bingo or dominoes. In the summer time they have water aerobics classes twice a week. The pool and jacuzzi is kept clean and at 92 degrees. I don't have a computer but i know they have Wi-Fi connection available. Full-timers and dogs are welcome. I saw a nice clean kept dog run. I am definitely thinking about coming back to spend the winter here in this park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This RV park high on a windy hilltop has many troubles with loud wind chimes, barking dogs, trucks and motorcycles with very loud exhaust (no mufflers) and these "permanent residents" are permitted to routinely violate the park's written noise rules with impunity. Permanent residents have "special rights" so it is discrimination to other RV'rs who don't stay all year long. But to make matters worse this RV park will take your reservation and your deposit money, assign you an RV site space number and when you arrive to your space you find another "permanent resident" took your space! You then are forced to move and end up in some inferior space you never intended or wanted or agreed to obtain. This is a violation of written contract law and it is illegal when money and a space number is assigned to you in a reservation. (Hotels do not assign room numbers when making reservations, but RV parks do assigen RV space numbers, so the written contract is firm and legal that you do get that space you reserved and contracted for) but this RV park is so oppressive it willfully and intentionally violates your written contract. This switching and special preferencing is discrimination and illegal and violating contract law, but they are doing it anyway. You can sue the RV park if they do this to you! You can complain to Fair Housing Dept for discrimination and the Attorney General office for unfair business practices. They will get you justice. If you are not a permanent resident don't expect this RV park to resolve any noise complaints or serious problems you may have. If noise rules are being violated, you will suffer as they will not enforce park rules upon any permanent resident. Beware of this RV park. It has oppressive policies. There are many other very nice RV parks in this area of Arizona that treat everyone equally and fairly. Avoid this place. If you want to stay in a law-abiding RV park go elsewhere! The restrooms, shower, laundry and pool areas are very clean and well maintained. Many sites have excellent views of the Colorado River and Laughlin casinos. Be sure to use a water filter, as there is an abundance of minerals. There is no shade and it can be very hot and windy on top of the mesa. The cable television leaves much to be desired. Service interruptions are frequent. Although five channels of HBO are available, several of the remaining nineteen channels have, at best, limited appeal (ie, The Jewelry Channel, The Rural Farm Channel and The Hunting Channel). The WiFi service is plagued with very frequent service interruptions and wildly fluctuating connection speeds. The management alternated between oblivious and rude when problems with cable and internet were mentioned. It appeared that expanding the number of sites was more important than maintaining the present ones. Had I not prepaid for an extended stay, I would have left within the first week.
