The only negative is lack of sewer hookups, but there is a dump station. We stayed in pull through site #5 and it was quite unlevel. (Something that was NOT depicted in the website photo.) After leveling though, it seemed to be the best site in the park! It was on a slight hill, and more private than most, with a view of the lake and surrounding hills. If we had slides on both sides of our rig, we might not have fit. Also, there is a steep driveway to the site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We absolutely love this CG and have stayed here several times. The sites, restroom and showers are always clean. We only wish they had sewer hook-ups at each site. The online reservation system is fantastic and allows you to see a picture of the specific site, the driveway length and type of hook-up. Be aware that many of the "back-in" sites are fairly short and may not accommodate a very large TT or 5'r and the tow vehicle. We prefer staying on the "East" campgrounds as they are a bit quieter. There is a nice store at the marina with a good stock of supplies. If they don't have it, the drive into town nice and easy. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Another beautiful Arizona State Park. Some sites are difficult to get in with a big RV, some pull-through sites are steep. Not a lot to do if you don't have a boat, but there are some hiking trails. Clean restrooms/showers. Stayed 5 nights & would stay again if in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our second winter staying at this park for a couple months. This year we were there from January through March. Very enjoyable - friendly folks, and the owner is great. Park is always clean and quiet. Walking distance to town, and lots of outdoor places to explore. Very reasonable rates by the month, the cable TV is very helpful, and the internet is fantastic, even for streaming movies. Our Verizon phones work very well here too. Big bonus is the park is highly dog friendly with a 4 dog limit. We like that. We'll be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Small RV park with full hookups. Cable does not get any network channels; Wi-Fi is excellent. Owner a bit eccentric, but fun to talk with. Few trees; some sites a bit hard to get into. But the scenery and the birding. Be sure to see the cemetery at the Harshaw ghost town site. Old time gas station in town with very friendly owner; gas was $3.99, but worth it for the full-service, conversation and clean windshield. Town is quaint, a few galleries and a few restaurants. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Not much to look (thus a rating of 8) at but extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi is the best we have ever encountered. We stayed for 2 months and were very happy. Easy walk into town, quiet park, very friendly and the owner is always on site and available to take care of any issues. The pipes froze and he stayed around and took care of everyone. Dogs are very welcome and this is a truly 'pet friendly' park. We will be back!! We camped here in a Motorhome.
