Simply a place to park and hook-up. There are no amenities at this fairground. All sites are back-in, side-by-side. No trees, pads, tables, etc. All sites are dirt backing up to horse racing track. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a good park for an overnight or a day or two, but it's primarily a mobile home park, not an RV park. They have a few sites that can handle big rigs, but it was a very tight squeeze for our 43-ft MH. Park was clean and all hookups were fine. It's very conveniently located in the town of Safford, but signage for the park entry is easy to miss. Slow down as you approach and be prepared for a narrow entry. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great location, wonderful enclosed dog area, Very friendly people. The Wi-Fi is only available at the office/clubhouse, but it's a nice facility. Didn't connect the cable as we have a sat dish. Laundry room clean. No pool or hot tub. The only down side are the back-in spots, which are rather narrow to slide into. But once in, the spots are nice and set up so that the patio is in between our trailer and the truck. Walking distance to Walmart and restaurants. Rate is Good Sam. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park, with friendly folks all around us. Many seasonal units and park models, which means not too many spaces available for overnighters and short-term visitors. The cost reflects our monthly rate. The managers for the past four years have just retired, but the friendly owner lives on site and is currently training the new manager. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here several nights and had a nice level pull through. Showers/restrooms very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lake is nice to walk around. Not too far into the Walmart or eating places. Being New Mexico, and in drought, vegetation is suffering but there is still quite a bit of green. The small hot spring tub was relaxing. Would return again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The only reason it doesn't get a 10 is lack of sewer hookups. Dump station on site. Site #14 is quite private. Good birding here; many yellow headed blackbirds during our stay. Short drive in to Safford for all services. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed just one night on our way west. Great restrooms although we didn't explore the area too much as we arrived late and left early the following day. Nice covered picnic tables by each site. Friendly check-in staff. The park was quiet this time of year, although they booked those campers that were there all in the same area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for one week. Sites are big but sewer connection is at back of site so would have to buy extra hose to make it work. Lots of permanent people living in this park who used abs pipe to make sewer connections. Lots of old beat up units staying here full time. Washrooms were filthy, laundry was filthy, pool table was filthy as well as needing cushions replaced. The furniture around pool was in disrepair. Picnic tables were covered with last persons drinks. Pool and hot tub had lots of dirt accumulated in bottom. Inflated electric bill as we paid 38.00 for one week; just left campsite in Deming where we paid 13.00 for one week and used 10 more KWH. We will not be staying here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

From the outside this park looks good, but the hookups are a bit tricky. Sites are all back in, hookups laid out as if they were designed by someone who had never hooked up an RV. The $16 rate is plus electricity and here is where they really get you. Once your electric cost of 12.5 cents per kwh is figured they add another $23 for adjustments which include a $10 assessment for meter reading, which I read myself, Fuel costs, etc. These additional charges doubled our electric cost. We stayed 1 week and will not return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park was clean, easy to get the things we needed. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the rv park to everyone coming through this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a mobile home park with and RV section filled with mostly permanents. A place to stay for a couple of nights. Nice walking area around a lake in the middle. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Was a pleasant campground for the night. People friendly. Quiet, had a pull through site. Easy access to all hook-up. Manager escorted us to our site. Site was level, plenty of room to put slides out. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is clean and well maintained. Great staff and very easy to work with (asked for a late checkout and there were no problems.) This was my family's first trip together in our class A motor home. We camped here in a Motorhome.
