Great park! Very clean and well managed. All sites are Southwest style landscaping with small stones, landscape timbers and small trees. They have an ala carte style fee schedule. My rate of $16 was for Camp Club USA, 30 amp and no sewer. I'll stay here whenever I'm passing by. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a decent park no bells and whistles but nice to stay in for a few nights if you are passing through. Manager is a very nice man who loves kids. I would stay here again. No bathrooms and no laundry room. But there are 7 or more laundromats within 5 miles. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice state park. Sites are pretty level. If using a pull through, go in the wrong way as water and electric are on the wrong side. All RV sites are long and the RV/tent sites have a nice sandy area for tents. Only 6-7 sites occupied the night we stayed and it doesn't get a lot of usage. Don't know why, as it has very interesting ruins and all trails are well marked. Rangers and camp host very well informed and helpful. Looking forward to returning. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Wednesday, May 22 – Homolovi State Park, Winslow, AZ: This is an Arizona state park right off interstate 40 in the northeastern part of the state. The park which was supported by the Hopi people was established in 1896 and opened in 1993. It serves as a center of research for the late migration period of the Hopi from the 1200’s to the late 1300’s. There is not much for shade in the campground that has two loops and 53 sites. Most sites have water and electric and cost $25. There are showers that were clean, hot, and easy to use. There are hiking trails and interpretive exhibits at the Visitor Center. This was an overnight stop for us, and we enjoyed it, but in the afternoon Arizona was getting high winds east of Flagstaff of up to 46 miles per hour, and it was in the high 90’s. It was hard to walk on some of the trails because of the gusts of wind. One can drive to Homolovi I and Homolovi II ruins and then walk a very short trail to see the ruins of Pueblos that were ancestors of the present day Hopi people. The park is at an elevation of 4,900 feet and has 4,00 acres, it seems you can see for miles. The term “Homolovi” is Hopi for “Place of the Little Hills”. There are over 300 archaeological sites identified within the park. Good stopover or for a longer stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Long sites, some are said to be 110 ft long. Pull through sites all seem to have the electrical and water on the curbside. The park was very quiet and all paved. We pulled into the campground, located some distance from the park main office, and then chose a site and unhooked the tow car to drive up and register. The camp host only accepts fees from late arrivals after 5 pm she told us. RV site payment also includes the park entrance fee which we appreciated. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We wish there would be more places like this along the interstates. Just a mile away, but very quiet at night. No noise from the interstate. The only downer is the long road to the visitor center for check in and the back to the campground. The road is plagued by erosion which caused cracks, and it feels like speed bumps every 50 yards. The sites in the campground are well apart from each other and fairly level. Good hookups. Dump station on the way in/out. No WiFi, but good Verizon coverage. We checked out the ruins but you need a lot of imagination to get excited about the place. However, if we needed to stay overnight in a 50 mile radius, this park would be our choice. A little known gem in the area is the little painted desert county park, just 12 miles away. Leave the park, go to the highway, turn left and drive 12 miles north till you see the signs to turn left. It's just a quarter mile rim drive left and right but an amazing view when the sun rises (that's when we were there). Maybe sunset is also worth driving there. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If you can go with out cable & free Wi-Fi, and sewer (although a dump station is on site) this is an excellent overnight stop if your east/west bound on I-40. Close enough to I-40 to not be an inconvenient deviation, yet far enough to get away from any Hwy noise. The park is clean, generous space between sites, paved roads & sites, camp fire rings, long pull-thrus, and a very peaceful AZ mesa to enjoy and relax in. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a great park. Sites are large and well spaced, good electric and water. Only negative is no sewer, but there is a dump station. Staff and volunteers are friendly. The old ruins are interesting. Nearby town of Winslow is also interesting. We had great Verizon cell and broadband signal. We would stay here again. Very easy access from I-40, but no highway noise. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

If you enjoy exploring ruins this park is a must visit. Just outside of Winslow, close to I-40 with easy access, roomy, well spaced sites with a view of town in the distance. Site water is turned off during winter, but water is available at the dump station. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Another excellent park in the Arizona State Park system. Sites are spacious and a comfortable distance from each other. Camp host is friendly and attentive. A windy winter storm cleared in time for us to enjoy the area sights. Water to the sites are turned off during winter months. We would camp here again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Quiet, beautiful, high chaparral! The jackrabbits had very long ears, the birds were sublime, and the view: if you like this type of landscape, it's a jewel! You can reserve an exact site on the website, and everything was was better than we expected! Wonderful! We would stay here again and again and will return when heading west on I-40 next time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I was very glad I selected this park to camp in. What a gem. The peace and solitude of the desert in a well planned out campground. Each spot has a strategically placed tree to provide some respite from the late afternoon desert sun. Give them time and these trees will be perfect, but they're still young and do their best. Super great restroom/shower accommodations. I am remembering this place for sure the next time I pass through. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. The view looking toward I40 and Winslow was great. The showers are the largest I've ever seen in a state park. The ruins are interesting. We couldn't resist going into Winslow and standing on the corner. Fun tourist thing to do. We stayed here as a base to go to Petrified Forest. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Restrooms & showers were clean. Showers separate from restrooms. Site was level and the ground was hard. We had a pull through and plenty of space. Site access & park roads were paved. No internet access. Not crowded and quiet with no light. Not a real busy park. Park is well maintained with space between each site. We stayed to see the ruins and have park ranger talks. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful, well run park. The sites are big and easy to get to. The ruins are really interesting and the rangers are very helpful. And there is the best Mexican restaurant near the airport- E&O Family Restaurant. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A little expensive for a state park. We used the non-electric sites but we had water. Clean restroom and showers. Only one channel available on the antennae. Lots to do at this park with the ruins, a cemetery, and several hikes. Watch for the rattlesnakes at the visitor center! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park and the host was extremely pleasant. We only spent one night here since we were in transit but it is definitely a place I would stay at again. One note regarding water hookup: we stayed here in early March, too early in the season for them to have the water turned on for the RV sites. They did have water available for our tank if we chose to fill up and then park. The water is not turned on until April. The bathrooms and showers were great, very, very clean and warm with plenty of hot water. Even though there was no sewer hookup, there was a dump station if needed. This park is super clean. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was a fabulous campground. The park was very clean and the camp hostess was extremely helpful. The scenery was beautiful and relaxing. The visitor center was very interesting, the park rangers loved sharing the stories of the ruins, and there is a free i-pod narrative of the Homolovi Ruins and tour included with camping fee. We will definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful new looking park, very large, set above the town of Winslow. The light and sunset are spectacular, facilities very clean. Sites are wide and level, easy access and there is lots of space between the sites. Each site has a little tree, struggling to provide some shade. The ruins are interesting and included in the price. Follow highway directions to the park, not your GPS! Staff helpful and friendly. We will stop here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

On I-40, stopover campgrounds abound. Many are not pleasant. Homolovi is not one of these. It is well off the highway, though one can still hear the song of the tires. This is a great place to enjoy a sunset after a day on the road, and a sunrise before returning to the journey. The ruins and little painted dessert give reason to spend a few hours exploring. Restrooms are spotless, TV signals decent, cell coverage weak. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I agree with all said about this campsite. Very interesting Hopi Indian history, rangers very friendly. Although I could not find 50 amp service, with diligent use of power had no problen with 30 amp service. If you stay here make a trip to Winslow and go to the La Posada Hotel. It was a Railroad hotel in the 30s and is being rebuilt. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Convenient when traveling I-40. We were on our way to the Grand Canyon S. Rim and this put us only a few hours drive away. Very clean campground, the restrooms were the cleanest we have seen at any state park or private campgrounds. We only stayed the night on our way to west, but would definitely recommend this to others and the ruins add a nice stretch after a long day of driving. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

This is a great place to stop-over when traveling on I-40. Checking in at the visitor center was painless. Get their pod-cast when you tour Homolovi II ruins. Adds another dimension to a great learning experience. Site was fairly level with great water pressure. We'll be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Please note. This Campground reopened in March 2011. This is our first visit to this campground, so I cannot comment on how it used to be, but I found it in excellent condition. Although the website said there was no water at the sites, there was a working spigot at each site. Showers and bathrooms were clean and in good order. This is in a lovely location. Although it is only a few minutes from the highway, it seemed like we were far away from it all. They had not yet remarked all the hiking trails, but that should be soon. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

We enjoyed this park but only stayed one night due to travel to another destination. Besides the hosts, we were the only ones in the campground. The sites were were spacious and the hosts were very friendly. I did not use the bathrooms but checked them out and they looked very clean and user-friendly. We enjoyed the visitor center, the petroglyphs and ruins, and hiking on the trails. It would be a great stopping off point to tour area sites. Winslow is close by for supplies and you felt isolated, yet you were not too far off from I-40. I highly recommend this state park and look forward to staying there again. AZ does a marvelous job with their state parks! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a little used and wonderful small state park about an hour east of Flagstaff. We've stayed here twice and loved it both times. The sites are spacious, the campground is quiet, the bathrooms/showers are clean, and the ruins are beautiful and interesting. Decent hiking, gorgeous sunsets, interesting petroglyph's, and a wonderful small visitor's center with a terrific collection of Hopi pottery. The rangers love their work and are very knowledgeable. A nice change of pace from huge national/state parks. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Neat State Park. Our choice was a moon-shaped pull through sites with water & 50A electric hook ups on the passenger side. No overgrown trees to block satellite or cell phone signals. Lots of small wildlife like jackrabbits. Campground fee included park admission and was well worth it. Really enjoyed our two night stay and visits to the ruins. Flying J located conveniently close just a couple miles west on I-40 @ exit 255. We would definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A special lightly-used state park campground, which offers a quiet place to contemplate the peoples that used to live there. You can walk amongst the artifacts, and actually pick up decorated pot sherds (as long as you put them back). The park offers very clean restrooms and showers at a reasonable rate. Helpful park rangers and camp host. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

At the time we camped at this state park the water line to the place had ruptured and water was not available, thus the small nightly rate. Registration was at the Visitor Center. Trees had been planted that eventually will provide shade. It is desert terrain however and accordingly there was not an over abundance of trees. A very nice place, close to I-40, and worthwhile to stop over for a night, or even longer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Located 5 miles East of Winslow on I-40, Homolovi Indian Ruins State Park is a great overnight. The park has all pull through paved and mostly level sites with full hook-ups for $19 and no hook-ups for $12. The individual shower/toilets are roomy, clean and the water is hot and soft. Great for showering. Most sites have a tree for shade although they are not mature yet so do not provide much more than a place to sit under. There is a envelope box system in place and all the sites were spaced well apart and easy to get into and out of. We were there in early spring so the heat was not a problem. There is a commercial park in town with a billboard advertizing $15 full hookups but it is next to the interstate and a truck stop. Homolovi has no store or amenities other than the hook-ups and a dump station, but the price includes access to the ruins. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We were here for a week and it served the purpose. Nothing fancy but water pressure and voltage were good. It was a good base for Winslow, Meteor Crater, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, and Flagstaff. They have a Mobil station with diesel so that was nice. Right by I-40 so it would be good for overnighters. They have 2 large dog parks which was very nice. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice park with gates and a security person. You are out in the middle of nowhere so I don't know if the security is necessary but it is nice to have. Our site sloped toward the back and out levelers just barely got us near level. Otherwise we would have have to drive up on boards.The trees provide some shade and screening but the nice thing is that I could get satellite Internet and TV looking back over the rear of the motorhome. The trees were not an issue. It was quite windy when we were here so there was some dust. The utilities are spread quite far apart. The water connection is toward the front of the site and the electrical pedestal is at the back. The sewer connection is about 6 feet in front of the electrical pedestal. This park was actually pretty nice for being out in the desert and it is only 6 miles to the Meteor Crater, which I recommend. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites are all level pull-throughs. Average space between sites. Some with new trees. Driveway is gravel. Where the picnic table is located is pea gravel. Full hookups and options for just water and electric for lower pricing. Small laundry with 3 or 4 machines each, but very clean. Pets are welcome. There are two decent sized dog parks. Free Wi-Fi, worked fine. Verizon Internet worked great. No Sprint Internet. Verizon phone: 5 bars. AT&T phone: 4 bars. Book exchange. No activities. The RV park states that the Meteor Crater tourist trap gives a discount to guests at the RV park. $2.00 discount. Not impressed. I think buy one/get one would have been better. The park is kept very clean and nicely landscaped. Even though the roads are gravel, they are sprayed often to keep the dust down. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park for an overnight. We've stayed here three times before. Very friendly staff. Very well kept grounds. All utilities work well. Nothing much has changed actually, including the crater. It's still an enormous hole in the ground after all these centuries. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a great campground, with excellent staff. The sites are gravel but long and level. The restrooms, game room, as well as the laundry facility spotless. We decided to stay here at the last minute and so glad we did. We would stay here, again, if in the area. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

Perfect time of year to be at this park -- lots of vacancies meaning lots of privacy. The sites were clean and wide. I would have rated this park a 10 if there were shade trees surrounding the sites, but I don't believe that is possible in AZ. The hosts gave us some great printed material for places to see, beginning with the amazing meteor crater down the road. We also visited Winslow, the Petrified Forest/Painted Desert, and the underwhelming Hopi Reservation. We wish we could have stayed longer because there were other interesting day trips. The park had 2 large fenced-in dog exercise areas. The park was also easily accessible off I-40, but the road noise was not distracting. My husband said the bathrooms were like a bathroom in a home -- private, clean, tiled, with a glass enclosure shower. Great park. We would definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

How, with all the wind they keep it so clean, I can't imagine. Sites were flat and even. Gravel was clean and well packed. Sites well spaced apart. Trees on each site. Not huge trees, but growing and well watered. Two enormous dog parks. Very nice staff. Loved this place so much we stayed an extra day and did laundry. WiFi was great. We're new to RVing, but we've enjoyed our stay here in Meteor Crater park. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. The grounds are very well kept and the laundry and shower areas are immaculate, private rooms. In our limited experience, this has been a great place to spend a day or two. It's quite remote, but Winslow is a great short trip for dinner or lunch. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed one night while traveling east on I-40. Didn't know this place even existed except for a sign advertising The Meteor Crater. Glad we stopped. Nice park, well maintained, quiet, far enough from I-40 so no perceivable noise. It seems the sites are designed more for trailers as the hookups are at the back of each space, but was not a problem for us. The staff was very friendly, the gas station/convenience store was very nice. We will surely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I stumbled upon this park on my way west and chose to return on my eastbound trip, stayed multiple nights eastbound. GREAT place. Level, pull-through, full hookups, with easy turns. Not much in the way of entertainment but I had all I needed with Wi-Fi, great laundry facility, peace and quiet, and the friendliest staff I've encountered! Put this one on your list if you're wanting a nice place to regroup. See the crater, too! It was amazing. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stay here twice a year on our way back and forth from the West Coast to the East Coast. It's an easy in/out with very level sites. You can get some amazing sunsets from there also. The park has some very nice mature trees providing at least a little privacy between sites. We do have a couple of minor complaints: If you leave before 7am, you have to go out the side gate, which is closed but not locked, so it requires you to get out of your vehicle to open the gate. We wonder why they go through the trouble of having a coded security gate in the front, and have a side gate that is left unlocked at all hours. Seems like if they want to be safe and secure they should come up with a different system. Going in and out of the same locking gate would seem to be ideal. Also, we are a very large rig (43' plus car) and for our last visit, in site #22, we were not able to hook up our sewer and barely made our other connections due to the fact that they are located toward the very back of the site and we had to pull forward to make sure our car was out of the way of the park road. We do recommend this park very highly though. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had reservations to stay here in a full hook-up site. The campground was easy to find, had awesome customer service when we checked in and was extremely clean and in pristine condition. The pull-through site was big enough that we didn't have to disconnect the tow car from the coach; that was so nice for the morning time when we left. The bathrooms were like a private bathroom at home - it wasn't a shared sink, and a shower stall down a corridor, the hot water was great after a long trip. Also, we liked this place so much that we stayed here on our way back to California from New Mexico. When we pulled in without reservations, we couldn't get the full hook-ups as they were already booked full and it was dark out. The gentleman (unfortunately I forgot his name) drove us to the dump station and shined a light in the area for me to see what I was doing then proceeded to direct us to our site. Before he left, he pointed out where the connections were so we didn't have to search in the dark. That is what I call service!! For those of you who insist that your site be a concrete slab, this would not be the place for you. The sites are fine crushed gravel, and very level. I had no problems with the gravel tracking into the coach. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Meteor Crater RV park is owned and managed by the same people who own the meteor crater site down the road. The RV park is a much better deal! (speaking in dollars) The park is immaculate and in addition to being clean there is an unusually high level of security - real fences with gates and a security patrol. It is just off the freeway but not noisy. There are large trees and even some grass for areas like the children's play area. This is a lovely overnight stay in the middle of nowhere. No cable. People who work here are welcoming and helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park! The sites are gravel, level, and have a picnic table. The individual restroom/showers are very clean. Shower had great water pressure but I could only get lukewarm water - don't know if I was doing something wrong or if it was the park's problem. The staff was very friendly. There are 2 large enclosed gravel dog runs. The convenience store is well stocked with snack items and Route 66 memorabilia. The park is convenient to the interstate which translates into traffic noise. Train tracks are also nearby. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park. Gated with security patrols and very well maintained. Sites are wide and level side to side. Spent 5 days here. They give 5 cents a gallon fuel discount to those that are staying here. Gave it an eight because of no cable TV, too close to I-40, considerable railroad noise during the early morning and day and loud on-site sewage treatment facility that runs 24-7. Get a site on south end if you can. Not all sites have sewer so be sure to call. Will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean, very well maintained. Gravel sites moderately level with small trees and picnic tables. Close to Meteor Crater Park. Adequate pull-through site for our 29' motor-home towing a 12' trailer. Nice park with gas station and convenience store on the property. Gas was about .40 a gallon higher than the last gas station we saw in Winslow, AZ. Staff very pleasant and friendly. We would stay here again if we should ever pass this way. Very nice park. WiFi worked good. The price was $30 was for a Electric+Water no sewer site and they add $2.00 if you use 50amp. Only half of the sites have sewer which I think is just wrong. If you are going to have a nice park like this all sites should have sewer. Even though this park is out in the middle of nowhere the full hookup sites go quick so make a reservation. This is a Good Sam park. Stopped here on our trip to the East Coast from Las Vegas. Just off the interstate but we didn't notice any noise from there. Lots are long and wide enough that one has some privacy and wouldn't have to unhook, but since we wanted to visit the crater (discount coupons for that at the office) and do some geocaching, we did. You also get a small discount for fuel at the adjacent station if you're staying at the park. We went into Winslow to eat but missed the Route 66 display. Drove to Two Guns for a bit of history about the Apache/Navajo tribes and the abandoned town's history when Route 66 was the main route. Very nice desert RV park and would recommend it to anyone. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have been here before and still find this RV Park an excellent overnight stop. On previous stops we regretted not visiting the Crater. This time we did and it's a well worthy site not to miss. It appears the trees and grounds have been receiving more water and care. Some sites do have partial shade at times during the day. The same long term residents are still here and their degraded RVs have become an eyesore. The adjacent dirt road, perhaps old Highway 66, is now gated closed with no trespassing signs. The road was once great for bike rides and walking. The rate reflects a SKP 15% discount. Will likely stop here again in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Wonderful place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Campground, restrooms, and showers clean and in great shape. Located just off I-40 so there was some road noise and a train in the distance but nether was enough to disturb our sleep. Free Wi-Fi was excellent at our campsite. They provide free coffee in the morning and have a well stocked store with gasoline that is just as pricey as you would expect. Price reflects Good Sam Discount. We wanted to see Meteor Crater again and this was a great stop. The park is maintained beautifully even though it is gravel roads and colored pea gravel between the sites. There are some trees and the spaces have some room between them. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a rec room with a TV and sofa, as well as two off leash "dog park" fenced in areas, as well as a few patches of grass. There's a security gate which is locked overnight which is nice, as it's a pretty desolate area, although right off I-40. There is an emergency exit. There's also a gas station and convenience store where you check in. If you're passing through and need a place to stay, this one is very nice for the area. Winslow isn't too far away and it's fun to "Stand on the Corner in Winslow Arizona" at the park for pictures. We also ate at Casa Blanca in Winslow and the food was great. We'd definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great place to park. Easy on and off freeway but remarkably peaceful and fun to watch the prairie dogs. Bathrooms and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. Easy to do laundry. First off, the Winslow area wouldn't be a recommended stop to our way of thinking. But that said, this RV park is a great one. And if you do need to stop, or if you do want to see the meteor crater (which is worth seeing - we had just seen it before already), this would be a good spot. It's a few miles away from downtown Winslow, but you probably wouldn't want to stay in downtown Winslow anyways! Yeah, it's got the Route 66 stuff, which is neat, and there's a Walmart for resupplying, but that's it. This cg, while mostly just sand (because that's all they have in that area!), is very nicely kept and even has pretty little patches of grass planted here and there. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is well maintained with gravel pull-thoughs, some shade. Plenty of room, but we needed a little leveling. The RV park is part of the company that owns and runs Meteor Crater, and all the staff at both the park and the crater were very friendly and well trained. We recommend the tour at Meteor Crater with Eduardo! The park is right off I-40, so there is some road noise, but in this part of Arizona , it's either road noise or train noise or both! No trains here. We also took the tour of Rock Art Ranch which was wonderful. This park would make a very convenient overnight stop. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We like staying in this park. It's easy on and off from I-40, great friendly staff, very clean and well kept. We are usually in here twice a year and stay for 2 to 3 days. They have two laundries, one in the main building and one in a satellite building on the north end of the park. The satellite laundry is very small, but there would be room for a chair!! Imagine my surprise when I went over with my laundry and book and no place to sit! A chair would be a most welcome sight!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

I cannot say enough good things about this park. Check-in: Attendant was warm and informative, gave me the rundown on everything (almost information overload, but better than being left in the dark). The gated park was immaculately maintained. It's more than a gravel parking lot --there are well-watered trees and desert landscaping. The sites are easy to get into and the hookups are in great condition. We visited in the low season I guess because there were only a hand full of spaces taken, however, the security truck patrolled as if it were Spring Break. We will stay here again. Very nice RV park. RV Parkreviews lists this park under Winslow; however, it is actually 20 miles west. Rural setting is much nicer than staying in Winslow or Flagstaff. I stayed here for 1 day. Campground elevation is 5,403 feet. Maneuvering my 40 footer towing a dinghy in the park was no problem. Roads, sites and patio are gravel. Patios are edged with landscaping timber and are nice. Site spacing is good. Pull through sites hold a 40 foot motorhome towing. My site 14 offered 30/50 amp service & full hookups. Wi-Fi was included in the daily rate. I was able to receive AT&T Wireless G2 Internet & Cellular service. I received Dish Network 110/119 Satellite TV from dish on roof of motorhome. Campground is pet friendly. Walmart and Safeway are 20 miles away. I am unable to comment on other amenities due to not using them. An occasional train came and went but otherwise, it is very quiet. I must confess, I was concerned this would be a tourist trap oasis but what a wonderful surprise. Everything is spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and this park is one we will be certain to revisit. When we checked in, we were told there was a special if we stayed another night. Since this really is an oasis, I was dubious. Now wish we had time to stay another night and visit the Meteor Crater. Maybe on the way home in the spring. Anyway, what a wonderful RV park! Meteor Crater RV Park is a nice park. Sites are long and plenty of room between them. Shore services are good. Restroom/Showers are great. The only lighting is from around the shower building. We stayed here on a Friday night in late October and there were only about a dozen other RVs. In the summer the situation would be much different. The park is well laid out with all pull-though sites. Some may be long enough to not unhook. There are about FHU 25 sites with the rest being W&E. The office/store/laundry and main bathroom buildings are nice and there is also a satellite bathroom and laundry building. Most sites are satellite friendly but I could not get the local antenna stations listed in the handout. I had a little trouble with the Wi-Fi but got on it long enough to accomplish my goals. They considered installing a pool but decided it was not worth it due to their short 2-3 month pool season. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Overall a nice clean park. Level lots. But with Camp Club membership you may get a nice price but no sewer hookups. Suite style restrooms with shower (nice and large). Friendly staff and nice common room but, if you're wanting to watch TV here (antenna use was sketchy at best) and it's night, bring a flash-light. Very dark and no outside lights allowed on. I can understand having low or dim lights, but none?? I tripped twice getting back to the fifth wheel which by the way, was at a back site again because of the discount. Light it up: just a little?? We camped here with 3 grandkids, paid $1 extra for each. We called ahead because we were to arrive somewhat late but the check-in was very thorough and friendly. The park is close to I-40 but surprisingly quiet. We could hear train whistles in the far distance but they were not disturbing. We did buy some milk at the store at very elevated prices for a quart size only but at least it was fresh. We used our $2 off per adult coupon the next day at the Meteor Crater. The park was nice, roomy, quiet and friendly. The security gate was an added plus, as were the exceptionally clean and roomy restroom units, each with it's own shower. The bathrooms and showers were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. Each bathroom is an individual room. Very nice and roomy. Very well maintained, extremely quiet and beautiful view of the desert. I would definitely stay here again. Extremely nice man at the front desk. Gas and air are available at the office. I stayed here one night and would definitely stop here again. I’m not sure what city this RV Park is in, the closest town is Winslow. The park is a little south of I-40 at Exit 233. We drove here from Las Vegas, NV. It is a nice stop for those of us that don’t get early starts. We have stayed here twice before. Since our last visit many of the sites have been cleaned up with new borders separating the drives from the landscaped areas. As usual the staff was very friendly. There is a game room for campers and fairy well stocked convenience market, plus a service station. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We found this isolated RV Park relaxing, appealing, and presenting to us one of the best panoramic views. It is an oasis surrounded by miles of short shrubs, dry grasses, colorful Navajo sandstone and the crater rim is visible from the RV Park. During our stay, many migrating birds were using the location as a stop-over. The RV Park is gated and there is a private security patrol. Sites are spacious with a natural vegetative appeal. The lay-out for the sites is well designed. One of the rules here is no exterior RV lights on during the night. A rule we really like so we can enjoy the night sky on moonless nights. The WiFi here was easy to dial-in and the speed was relatively fast. We have been here before and wished we had spend at least another night. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is in "nowhere" and it was terribly windy. We stayed here only because the other couple wanted to, and to visit the Meteor Crater. In all fairness this park was "ok" if it's not too windy. They have plenty of room to pull in and park, sites seemed fairly spaced apart. It's handy to the hwy for on and off. Didn't use the facilities so can't say how they were, although the park was clean and neat. They've planted some trees and watering is going on. We loved this park! They have level, long, wide, pull-through sites with good water and power, and several small but gorgeous, lush grassy areas – we saw nine big bunnies nibbling in the playground area just after sunset. A clean laundry room adjoins a super-comfortable lounge area with a huge sofa, coffee table, chairs, and big TV. What a great change from hot, cramped laundry rooms with hard plastic chairs! There is also a Foosball table and board games. There is an on-site store, and the nicest folks run the place, but the park is 20 miles from Winslow and nearly 40 miles from Flagstaff. Get food and any supplies you might need before you get here! The Meteor Crater site is just down the road and is a fascinating place, far more interesting than I expected, frankly. Rate reflects Escapee discount. This park is ideally located for the area attractions; 5 miles to Meteor Crater, 18 miles east to Winslow, 25 miles west to Walnut Canyon National Monument and 35 miles west to downtown Flagstaff. Road noise and train noise barely noticeable. Level sites long enough for our 36' fifth wheel. Gated entrance which is nice and the park was clean. Would be rated higher if paved roads and pads. I would highly recommend this park for a pull through or two night stay (had to stay a 2nd night to watch NASCAR at Talladega). Cleanest showers and restrooms I've ever seen in an RV park. Grounds excellently maintained with very level spaces. Great security and friendly/helpful staff. Single hook-ups with ample size spaces, as I detest side-by-sides. I travel with no pets but they have a good size fenced in dog run for pet owners. Only downside doesn't sell beer in general store but a short trip (a fast 18 miles one way) to the Super Wal-Mart in Winslow solved that. If traveling east to west, make a stop at the Super Wal-Mart in Winslow before going on to the park. I was going west to east. Satellite TV solves the no cable problem. $32 a night (including tax and Good Sam discount) may be a bit pricey to some, but you get what you pay for and won't be disappointed stopping here. Someone previously complained in a review about hearing trains too loudly here. Sound was very distant and low, too low to complain about. Obviously that person never stayed right up close to tracks like in Yuma, Benson, or Gallup! I-40 interstate noise likewise, way too low to complain about. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We chose the park as a halfway point between Las Vegas and Albuquerque. It is an excellent stopping point for an overnight stay, and if you have never seen the meteor crater it is just down the road. We stayed here one night while passing through. The access from the interstate was very easy. They had a small store that we did not use, However they did have a small deli that had the best green chili tacos. The restrooms were very clean. This is a pleasant, well-run little oasis in the desert, but be aware that it's right off the interstate, so you will hear traffic noise. You will also hear train noise. Personally, I didn't find the noise overly objectionable, but it's definitely noticeable. All sites are pull-through and plenty big enough: lots of folks didn't even bother to unhitch, unless they were planning to visit the crater. Some sites are W/E. There's a nice fenced dog run. The bathroom/showers are individual units, just like you'd have at home, and were very clean. There's no town here, just a small gas station and c-store, with a little Mexican fast food take-out. As a result, I don't imagine that many people stay more than one night. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is our second time staying here in our 39 footer. Safe and secure park. Mostly gravel here in the desert. Good water and power. Bought Mexican food up at the check in/gas station and it was good. No playground or activities for kids. Do not take you dog to the dog exercise area. There are wicked thorns/burrs that have such long sharp needles that they actually went through the bottom of my crocks (sandals)!! My poor dogs had them stuck in each foot. It was terrible trying to pull them out. We like everything else about the park though. We would stay here again. There are some tall bushes, but I couldn't really say there was shade. This is a gem of an RV Park between Flagstaff and Winslow, and ought to be used as a template by other RV Park operators. Our stay was a terrific overnight stop and we really enjoyed our time here. The well designed attractive sites are all pull-throughs and spacious. They are gravel based like the extra wide access lanes. There is an ample bounty of shrubs and trees to provide a green appearing landscape in an arid area. The restroom facility was climate control, sparkle clean, and was composed of individual private rooms with showers. The WiFi network worked without problem and we had fast speed at our site. This is a gated RV Park and a security patrol is provided for the RV Park. Sunsets, sunrises and star gazing is a premium feature here. Meteor Crater no longer provides 50% discount for Passport America. They do offer a 25% discount for Passport America, which is still a good deal and a good value. This park is well maintained and the sites are large and level. The hookups work well. The RV park WiFi was pretty slow so we used our Verizon card. There are a few over the air channels only one of which came in clear through our antenna. The surrounding area is pretty desolate, but it is 20 miles from Winslow and 35 from Flagstaff so there are places to go in either of those cities. It is much hotter here than in Flagstaff because of the difference in altitude. The whole park is gravel so it could get dusty in the wind. There are shade trees around the sites, but still pretty hot. The park has a convenience store, gas station and Mexican fast food restaurant. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

After passing by several run down RV Parks in the area, this one was a welcome sight. It's located right off the highway but there was no noise at all. Its very well laid out and easy to navigate. There is gated security and they give you the code. There was free Wi-Fi, but at times it was slow to the point of uselessness. There is a gas station, store and restaurant, with a small clubhouse room for RV patrons. The restaurant is fast food Mexican, but pretty tasty. We did take-out and ate it in our rig. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this Passport America CG is. It's beside I-40 so easy on & off. It is very well maintained, they even watered the roads to reduce the dust, the CG is in a very windy area in the dusty desert. The site was a 30a/water pull through that was long and wide. The office has a very nice convince store. Sprint cell and air card worked fine. Meteor Crater & Museum is 5 miles away and an excellent site to see. Winslow visit was disappointing. Our first time stopping here, and we'll be back, especially since there's not a lot of attractive alternatives for miles. Convenient location off I-40, pretty large sites that are well-spaced, 2 large dog runs, store and restaurant and fuel, excellent showers/restrooms (spacious, clean, and private), security gate, and it's pretty quiet given the freeway proximity. There is also a laundry, which we didn't use. Only downsides, but it is the desert: low water pressure, very little shade, dusty (gravel and dirt, although there is some grass for the dog to at least cushion his paws for a few steps). Friendly/professional front office. You get a $2 discount to see the crater, which we didn't use, and they accept Good Sam or AAA for 10% discount (reflected in price I listed). We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park has a Winslow address but guess that because one can't find Meteor City or Rimmy Jims ( two small locations along I-40 ). It is very conveniently located off of Exit 233 and is a nice overnight stop. Sites are wide, open and their Wi-Fi worked well at our site. Be prepared for lots of wind. They do have two nice fenced pet areas, a fuel stop at their entrance (high prices but easy access) and a fast food section (The Hole Enchilada) in their office. They had not received their food order so nothing worth purchasing while we were there. They do Passport America for water and electric only and honor Good Sam. No highway noise but maybe that was because of the high, steady winds. I-40 is about 1/4 mile away. We would definitely use this as an overnight stop. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is a great base for seeing Meteor Crater and Winslow, Arizona. It is well maintained and clean. The only drawbacks we found were that the sewage treatment pump at one end of the park runs all night and continuously hums, and there were only two shower/bathrooms unlocked (out of 6) in both bathhouses. We were winterized so we did not use our bathroom. Parks bathroom were very clean and private. In the building closest to us, there were six bathrooms that locked that all had a shower, sink & toilet. The check-in lady was very helpful and nice. There is also a Mexican take-out stand in the check-in area called The Hole Enchilada. We walked over and took out dinner there and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. This was our second stay in this park. It is still one of our favorite parks along I-40. The park is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. This park is the closest to Meteor Crater. Excellent RV park - easy access from the interstate and easy in and easy out. Security gate makes one feel safe especially so close to the interstate. Sites are wide and level. Each site was clean and neat with all hookups within easy access making hookup easy too. There are two big dog fenced in dog walk areas with shovels and trash can provided for clean up. The only reason I rated this a 9 instead of a 10 was due to the number of goat head stickers in each dog enclosure and I had to remove one from my dog's paw. Great service, great information given and coupons are handed out for Meteor Crater too. Coffee is free here too. All we had to do the next morning after spending the night was to go up to the office with our own mug and pour it. In addition, the check out time is 1pm which allowed us to tour the crater, return, hookup, and leave. Great place. Would stay here again even just passing through which is what a lot of others did. This RV park is located about 6 miles from Meteor Crater, hence the name. We stayed there one night while traveling to our destination. The next morning we went to Meteor Crater which was very interesting and well worth the visit. This is an OK park if you are staying in the Flagstaff area. It does not have many extra amenities, but the sites are pull-throughs. My site only had water and electric as it was a discount site and the rate reflects Camp Club USA. The campground is gated, but the main gate closes at 9pm local time. Another feature that I don't think they give enough notice of is that the laundry facilities (which is in the recreation room) closes at 9pm as well. There is a sign on the wall above the washers that tell you not to start any loads after 7:15pm. However, that information (the closing time of the laundry and recreation room) is not on any of the doors or walls of the TV area, nor is it included in the information packet they give you when you check in. The bathrooms and showers are clean, but beware of the shower entrance. The clearance is very low and I hit my head more than once on the railing overhead for the sliding door. Other than the laundry and the store (with included taco stand), this park doesn't have much to offer other than proximity to Flagstaff and Meteor Crater. The park does provide internet access, but I didn't need it as my aircard worked fine. I would probably be willing to stay here again if I was just passing through. The security feature of the park is nice, but if you want a park that has more amenities (pool, activities, etc.) you will want to stay somewhere else. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a "Passport America" park so the rate quoted in the one-half price rate. Without the "Passport America" rate, it is $25. The resort is gated. This is why I gave it a 10 rating. Park was nicely laid out. Adequate space between sites. All gravel but level. Our rate is for PPA which provides a water and electric only site. There is a no charge dump site available. We visited the related Meteor Crater impact site. It is privately owned by the same party that owns the RV park. We found the admission fee excessive for what was provided. There was a fair amount of duplication in the displays ie: the same film is shown in 3 different places. The area set aside for the gift & sandwich shop was far larger than the museum. Unfortunately, you don't find out you have been duped until after paying he entrance fee. We would stay in the RV park again if passing on I-40 but would never visit the Meteor Crater site. Most sites are pull throughs, are gravel, and are not quite level. Some trees near sites. Two dog walk areas that are chain link fenced areas with dirt surface for easy pick up, and enough room to chase a ball. Some noise from the freeway nearby. This was a great park. The views of the mountains are great. We used our Passport America discount. Contrary to a previous post, there is no dump fee. Aside from the wind this park was very nice being out in the desert. The sites were big and level. There are a few trees but not much shade. The bathrooms are very nice, private bathrooms complete with shower. The hosts were very friendly and recommended touring the Meteor crater. I also recommend having dinner at the Turquoise Room in the historic La Posada Hotel in Winslow, the food was fabulous. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a Passport America Park and when you check in using PPA they tell you all you can get is water and electric. If you want dump at site that's extra. The Passport America Book and the web site doesn't say anything about this restriction. They could stop giving all the gift coupons and give full hookups to Passport America guests. Excellent location, 5 mi to Meteor Crater itself. Also nearby is a stretch of old Route 66 for those feeling nostalgic. Showers/Restrooms were large & exceptionally clean. Customer service was outstanding; we arrived late and called the 1-800 number, and security personally came to the gate & let us in. Very nice staff, small store, good playground area for the kids. Excellent value, would definitely stay here again. Would've rated a 10 but wife took a shower late in the a.m. & the water was not as hot as desired, but then again it was late. This was a great park with friendly staff. The park was very neat and the RV sites were large. The facilities were complete and clean. The WI-FI and Cable worked as advertised. This park is right at the road leading to the Meteor Crater. It is a gated park, not too far off of the interstate, but far enough away to be quiet. A very nice park, directly off the highway. Well laid-out sites, mostly pull through. Limited full hook-up sites but water and electric at all and a dump station. Mobil Gas station with camp store, Subway sandwich shop and meeting room at the entrance. Helpful staff. Children's play area and pet walking area. We pulled in after a long drive through a dust storm; found we'd ripped our slide topper. The staff did what they could to assist and get us set up with the winds still blowing. The rate reflects the Escapees 15% discount and includes taxes for a full hookup site. They are also Passport America, but that rate is only good on the water/power hookups. This is a very nice park with wide roads and long, wide pull-through spaces. It is close to the Interstate, but we didn't notice any road noise in the park. There are trees at each space, but they didn't interfere with our roof mounted satellite dish. As mentioned by another reviewer, the water pressure is very high, so use a regulator. At check-in they will give you a discount coupon good for $2 off if you are visiting the Crater. If you visit the Crater, there is a coupon for 10 cents/gallon off on fuel at the RV park store/gas station on the back of your ticket. We would definitely stay here again. This is a very nice park. It is the closest campground to Meteor Crater. It is owned by the same people who own Meteor Crater. They provided us with discounts to use at Meteor Carter when we checked in. The campground has some sewer hook up sites but most do not. It is very clean including the co-ed facilities (with shower and toilet) which have individual locking doors. All facilities are recently updated. The sites are of varied lengths and widths depending on your requirements and should meet most if not all space requirements. Interior roads are wide. Beware of high water pressure. You will need a good water pressure regulator! I would recommend this park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

For being out in the middle of nowhere, this park is pretty decent. There is a gas station and convenience store with the park. Sites are very large and easily accessed. Well maintained; clean; very helpful and friendly staff. Security patrols all day and night. Individual bathrooms which we really liked. Each one has its own toilet, sink and shower. Very nice. The downside of the park is its location; about 10-15 minutes from any shopping or amenities (Winslow) and the wind gusts that go through the park all day and night. They even have a sign at the registration desk that states winds can reach 75 mph. After having to take our awning in and out too much, we just settled on leaving it pulled in, which is tough because there are very few shade trees, and what trees are there are immature not fully grown, and it does get hot. With all that, we would still stay here for a couple nights if we passed through again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The park was maintained and secured by a gate. We weren't too pleased with where they put us, right next to a noisy lift station but we were tired and the noise wasn't noticeable after awhile. This was a great location to see Meteor Crater. We went through the Painted Desert, stayed overnight at the campground and on to the crater in the next morning. All in all, a good visit. There is nothing but the Crater anywhere near. The RV park is attached to a gas station ( with diesel and a Subway sandwich place). It is surprisingly nice campground. Park service employee stayed until we arrived as it was right up to closing time. We really appreciated that since we missed a turn in Flagstaff. This seems to be common with signage in Flagstaff. Meteor Crater RV Park was large, and gated with security code to enter. Spaces were wide and plenty of room to maneuver. WiFi was down the nite we visited. However, WiFi is really satellite feed (high latency, low bandwidth connection) as they are in the middle of nowhere. I was not sure if an extra charge might have been required for WiFi access. Convenience store on site, gas station, and extras. Caretaker lives on site with RV park. Easy on/off access from I-40. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Like prior reviewers have stated, this is a very nice, well maintained campground. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Nice laundry and rec room, although they were having some problems with a couple washers eating quarters! We did not use the bathrooms or showers, but we looked at them and they were all very nice, clean, individual private rooms. There is some road noise from I-40, which is not too far away. But that's the price you pay for the convenience of being near the freeway. Also, some train noise, but not enough to wake us up. We camped here in a 40-foot motorhome with toad, and hade no problems driving around the campground or pulling into our chosen site. Roads and sites are all gravel, so there is some dust, but this is the high desert, so that's to be expected. There are trees at most sites, but they aren't large enough to provide any significant shade. Our site was reasonably level. Most other sites appeared fairly level as well. All sites are large and can accommodate large rigs. A very nice place to camp for a night or two, especially given where it is and the limited options for camping in this general region. We'd definitely camp here again. The campground is owned by the same enterprise that owns the Meteor Crater. You get a discount on the Crater entry fee as a guest at the campground. The Meteor Crater is quite interesting and we thought worth the couple of hours and nominal charge to visit it (and take the guided 1 hour hike along the rim). We camped here in a Motorhome.

We needed a place to spend the night and called this campground. We told them we would arrive after they close and were told to call them on the intercom box by the front gate and they would let us in. When we arrived we tried the intercom and cell phone and nobody answered. After traveling down a two lane road for a few miles I finally found a place to turn around. This is a lovely, quiet, well-equipped park in Arizona’s big-sky country – flat high desert surrounded by vast prairie, delightfully in the middle of nowhere. The park is surrounded by a security gate with an electronic gate control. The level, gravel spaces are roomy with adjacent parking & picnic table. The park is nicely landscaped with tall mature trees and some shrubbery. The staff are exceedingly helpful & friendly. There are a total of 71 spaces with 15 full-hookup sites in the row closest to the office, (including 2 handicap accessible). This is a great home base for a visit to Meteor Crater, Walnut Canyon, Painted Desert, Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Flagstaff and the not to be missed “Standing on the Corner” in Winslow, Arizona! Good WiFi, strong signal, pay as you go. Great voltage & water pressure. Old Route 66 runs perpendicular to the park – it is unpaved, try it if you’re adventurous. The tall, ruin-like adobe building to the east of the park (on old Rte 66) is the original visitor center for Meteor Crater in the early part of the 19th century. Don’t let this keep you away, but there was some very far-away traffic noise from I-40 – certainly NOT bothersome and we dislike traffic noise. Somewhere in the desert, far north of the park, a very distant freight train rumbled through once in a while. The park has a nice office, well-stocked general store & Subway sandwich shop next to the park. There is also an affiliated Mobile station with moderately priced fuel & gas. All in all, this is a nice park, well designed and definitely worth stopping at – good for a bit of rest & relaxation and 'touristing' if you’re in the mood. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We generally agree with all of the comments made previously. The first 2 nights were under PA (electricity and water only) for $12 per night. The 3rd night was full price so we moved sites to a full hook-up site. They did give us a reduction for Good Sam Club. When we called to make the reservations, they told us that wi-fi was $1.95 per day. When we arrived, we were shown a brochure for the wi-fi at $1.95/day. When we logged onto the wi-fi, the price came up at $3.95/day. When we informed the office, they said they would notify the owner. The wi-fi was slow. In spite of the fact that it kept telling me my signal was very good and 54 Mbps, it functioned like dial-up. If the wi-fi had been good, we would have given this park a much better rating. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a pleasant surprise this rv park is!! We made reservations using Passport America and upon arriving we were welcomed so warmly and quickly assigned our site. As a Passport America member we can only have electricity and water, but there is nicely arranged dump station. The sites here are pull-through, very spacious, with the widest streets I have encountered in an rv park. An oasis in the desert (I-40 exit 233)! Great find for an over-nighter and to visit the Meteor Crater Visitor Center. Level, gravel, spacious pull-through sites with full hookups. This is a Passport America campground, so with tax we paid $10.65 for the 1 night we stayed here. There's a few trees and it's 1/2 mile from I-40, but the noise is minimal, but best of all FREE WI-FI! They limit the PA members to water & electric, but since we were only staying 1 night, we didn't mind. There was a grand total of 4 RV's and 4 seasonals on a Saturday night, so the park was quiet. because we wanted to go to Meteor Crater (which I highly recommend!), and this RV park is a most convenient way to go. Staying in the RV park gets you a discount on admission to Meteor Crater, also. Park is fenced and gated, felt quite secure. There's a Mobil gas station out front with a country store, and the people at both could not have been nicer or more helpful. Has laundry rooms, showers, dump station and a recreation room. A great secure place to park your RV while you go to Meteor Crater, or to any of the other tourist type attractions in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We liked the place and would return. We found a Wi-Fi signal here, but it was weak. The
park office also serves as a well stocked store, including a Subway sandwich shop and payment desk for the big-rig friendly fuel pumps outside the entrance. There are interesting views from some sites. The business address is in Flagstaff, but the park is at the entrance to Meteor Crater, which is worth seeing. Things did seem a bit hecktic at the check in desk, and it seemed like one of the clerks was a trainee. All-in-all we felt this was a really good place to stay and were quite comfortable there and would return if we were in this part of the country again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

An O.K. park, would be better if there wasn't an attitude by the mngmt. There were 2 people checking campers in, but only one of them was allowed to handle money, causing backups. Office also serves as a quickie mart for regular travelers, which in our case consisted of several younger people asking stupid questions and bothering campers trying to check in. This place would be better with some intelligent supervision. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park was formerly called Freddies RV Park. It has trash on the ground. The sewer fixtures do not have caps; at best they are covered with plywood boards that blow off in the wind. There is noise from I-40 nearby. Sites are nearly level, a mix of gravel and dirt, have little or no shade, and are short, narrow, and close together. Roads are a mix of gravel and dirt, wide, with many potholes. The office is in the Winslow Fuel gas station at 1 Transcon Lane, Winslow AZ 86047, phone 928 289 9177. Staff are friendly. Verizon data service works well. The rate is with tax; no discounts are offered. Credit cards are accepted. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here because there were decent supermarkets for us to stock up as our next stop was for 8 nights and a long ways from shopping. It's basically a gravel lot with hookups, just off exit 255. Take your own paper if you want to use the toilet. Most sites are vacant except for the occasional long term tenant. No credit cards. Self registration is likely. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
