I tried to get into other campgrounds/RV Parks in the area but they were closed until May. I found this one, the guy that was on site, was happy to help us, and found a great spot looking across the mountains. The river walk was great which there was two different ones, they had a few things to buy, food, drinks on site, plus if you walk 5 minutes you can go to the General store for all the stuff you need, GAS, which was very handy, and the prices where excellent too. I was surprised to find WI-Fi here too being in the middle of nowhere. I will definitely stay here again. They seem happy enough to let your dog off leach as long as its out the main area of the campground, What I also liked about the place is, and also explained to us is that its in a banana belt, so they get less rain/wind/snow, and more sun, as the clouds slip off around that area of the campground, crazy eh! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Really loved this remote little campground, everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the tent sites were hard to get into with our truck, but that was because of the beautiful forest. It was a great place to have as a base for exploring Wells Grey. We camped here in a Tent.

The park was rather a mess. We had a reservation for a large spot, but they "advised" us another "much nicer site," as we needed only 30 Amps. The large place was a bit more expensive, but this was never an issue for us. The new site was one of many all next to each-other pull-through and shady. The large site had no shade at all. Then a big shovel was coming and going all the time with rubbish. When we asked how long this would go on they said that they had no idea; they were not KOA personnel, but doing some job. It was Saturday and we asked about Sunday. The answer: "We guess not, but we don't know." The disturbance went on till about 7 pm. On Sunday (Father's Day) we couldn't believe it, but they started working again! Anyway not too long. On Monday morning a bunch of laborers made a lot of noise at 6 am, starting pick-ups, which were parked in some parking lot on the camping ground next to our RV. Two positive issues I want to mention about this camping ground. a) Located next to the entrance of Wells Gray, which is a fabulous provincial park with lots of wild life, especially black bears! b) A more than average camping restaurant, where we enjoyed a tasteful diner in a friendly ambiance. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent base for exploring the oustanding scenery of the provincial park. Good services and friendly staff. Power pedestals have cable connection on them, but are not hooked up (yet?); NO local TV stations. Didn't try wifi-internet computer available in office. Campground roads are in lousy condition. Average spacing between sites; some shade trees in most of the campground. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here two nights, very quiet, a bit dusty since they do not have gravel drives. Good view of the lake, they rent canoes and small row boats. Staff very friendly and informative. The WIFI is the best ever strong 5 bars. Some sites have full shade and some very little. Restaurant on site for lunch and dinner. Tour bus stops here for lunches. 1 over the air TV channel. Will stay again in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park, but getting run down. The full hookup site power and water were terrible. My surge protector kept shutting down because of low voltage (104) volts. The water pressure was so low that I had to fill my holding tank, then use my water pump in the rig. I was told that there is a leak under ground. I would probably pass the park up if travelling through the area again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice resort. We overlooked the lake. It was quiet. They had good hiking trails right from the Resort. Staff was very accommodating. The showers were always clean. We would come here again. Thanks for the memories. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is adjacent to golf course and has special 'Stay and Play' rates. Next to Wells Gray Park about 35 km north of Clearwater. Very relaxed atmosphere and challenging golf course. Great place for a 3 day stay. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is the first (and last) campground from Clearwater with paved road access. Sites are large (many double sites), well groomed, and very private. Pit toilets, no running water (hard to use hand pump). Very nice park, with many beautiful falls nearby. Few mosquitoes. We would camp there again in a trailer for a few days. The park is remote, but worth the trip. We camped here in a Tent.
