About year ago we already stayed at this park and we stayed again because it is very convenient for us and our visit. Nothing has changed, the washrooms could be cleaner and could definitely be nicer. The roads are a very good collection of different pot holes of all sizes. This time we had a level site. I have chosen a site without WiFi and had to go to the office. There, the signal was good and strong. Cable TV worked and we could enjoy about 20 channels. We had 30 amps and I didn't hookup to the water. The site is wide enough for a slide out and long enough for a 35' 5er with truck up front. For what we got I believe the price is a little bit high but we might return as it is very convenient for us. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park has dirt roads with pot holes and lots of dust. They charge for showers and Wi-Fi. The cable has been cut back to very basic. The water pressure is quite low. They do allow you to wash your RV. The setting is nice, though there is minimal shade. The pool is full of very small loud children. I would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Lots of trains. Lots. Overnight too. So if you can't stand train traffic don't come here. However if you can manage that, this is a great place to be. Lots of trails around the riverfront. A short walk up to Fort Langley for quaint yummy food. Sites are level and clean. Open, not many trees in the sites but the edges of the campground are surrounded by them. Overall, quite pretty. We come here in the off season because it's close to home and we can get away and still have full camping experience. We camped here in a Motorhome.
