This is a great RV Park/Campground. The spaces are long and wide. You will park on rocks and dirt, but there is green grass between each site. There is a large picnic bench at each site, plus a fire ring. Must remember that you are 4.5 miles from the highway and you do have to go over a very skinny metal bridge on the way, but it is worth the excitement as you drive over it. The park borders a very large river and there are several walking paths to walk. This RV park does not have it's own web page, so the one listed will not get you to them. Also the phone # listed is wrong, it is 250) 842-5940. the bathrooms/showers were clean but does show some age. It cost 1 Canadian dollar for 4.5 minutes for the shower. Yes they do have internet, but you had to go up by the office to get on line. We stayed one night and would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Great campground. Located just 5 miles from 16 and has easy access. Beautiful mountain and river views everywhere. Quiet and a great relief from the gravel lots further north. Women's showers were not working, but the bathrooms were very nice. We had good internet and several local television stations. We will stay here when we are in the area again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Access to park is off Yellowhead Hwy (16) North through town of Hazelton. 50Km speed limit. Must cross awsome 1-lane bridge at bottom of hill on way in, so go slow. Park roads are all paved, with long pull-throughs. Sits right on Skeena River. This is a great campground, next to Ksan Village. Village and campground is part of Gitanmaax First Nations business effort. If you are traveling Highway 16, put this stop on your schedule; well worth it! We camped here in a Motorhome.
I had reviewed this park before but left out the fact that they have dry camping and also tent sites. Would stay here again nice park. Also takes Good Sam discount. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This campground is next to the Ksan Historical Village and museum. Great place to stay all flat sites with gravel and grass around them and paved roads. You sit looking at the mountains and Skeena River. Our price is Good Sam rate. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
