Dupont RV Park is located on Fredette Ave. which is close to the center of the village. The campground was about half occupied by contractors and workers, but it was still very quiet. Our site was a gravel back-in surrounded by grass and beautiful landscaping. The utility post shares the water, electrical, and cable TV connections. The electrical connection is sideways which can put a strain on the cable. Cable TV has around 40 channels and a few are distorted and spotty. The Wi-Fi connection is low strength, but does work as I am using it right now for this review. The campground was expanded and rebuilt about four years ago. Plenty of trees have been planted, but it will be years before they provide any shade. There is only one bathroom/shower facility for each sex, but they are immaculate. The laundry has two washers and one dryer. The owners charge $5 per load for washing and drying (self serve). Other than the campsites and amenities mentioned there is no recreation or other facilities available. That is why I believe it is not family friendly even though one could still camp here with kids. There is just nothing here for them. Toads won't fit in the campsites with a long rig. Sites are at most 40 feet long. The owners said that there is a place to park toads next to the office. Also one needs to get a key from the owner to access the washroom/showers and the laundry. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Great place to stay. Large Lots on the Peace River. Very clean rest rooms. No sewer hookup's. We would highly recommend this site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
