Our family really enjoyed this campground. At first we were a little bit leery as there were "shelters" over most of the RV's there and we weren't sure if all those people live here full time or not. It turns out that you can purchase some of the RV lots here for recreational use only. They come with a shelter and shed on site but the owners do not live there full time but can leave their units there. The park owners are incredibly friendly and strive to keep a well maintained and family friendly space. There are many activities for families as well as scheduled events for kids on long weekends such as sand castle contests, outdoor movies, boat races etc. The lake is a small one but nice and warm and clean for swimming. There were peddle boats, canoes and kayaks for rent as well as really neat peddle go carts. There was free ping pong, horseshoes, basketball and outdoor hockey as well. All in all we had a great time and our son says it's one of his favorite places so needless to say we will be back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
