The park roads were gravel with some pot holes. Our site had a level concrete pad and 30 amp electric. Other sites were grass, concrete, or gravel. Most of the sites occupied by long term residents. This is an old park that has seen better days, but it was quiet and the staff were friendly. Our rate was reduced due to a reservation mix up and we were given a site that was used by a long term resident who was away at the time. Regular rate is around $28-30. I would return due to location and price, but only for short term stays. We camped here in a Motorhome.
