By far the nicest park near Disneyland, BUT there are a lot of "buts"!!!: #1. Do not expect ANY deviation from their reservation policies, which are VERY restrictive! You must be absolutely 100% sure about your plans before you book ahead, which you might not need to do anyway because they were only about 50% full when we were there (albeit during winter). On the phone they led us to believe that they would fill up - not true. They also don't care if your request will not in any way impact their revenue or another guest's stay; their attitude is "our policies are set" and by gosh, you are out of luck! :P #2. Don't expect too much, it's a parking lot and the spaces are very small. #3. The price is quite high for what they offer; however you are paying to be near Disney and the good news is that you will save $15 a day on parking there if you walk. (It is almost exactly one mile to the entrance.) #4. I can imagine the other side of the park would be quite noisy next to Ball Road, but such is life in Anaheim! The place they gave us was definitely ok. (Except for firework noise of course!) ;) On the plus side, the staff here is very nice! I was told that the park is under a different owner now so perhaps that accounts for a lot of the RV-unfriendly policies. Because of those alone we will try to avoid it here in the future, but having so few alternatives in the area will make it hard to avoid staying here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an average, maybe slightly below average park by my standards. It is very close to Disneyland and the fire works will shake your rig at 9:30 every night. Street noise from Harbor Blvd is significant. About 50% of the park is long term residence. Wi-Fi didn’t work, pool was cold. We have stayed at the Village Resort right next to here before, and from now on we will stay there. I would not return to this park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

As mentioned by several previous reviewers, this is a good park for visiting Disneyland. The narrow sites were clean and functional; the bathrooms cramped and clean; the staff helpful; and the WiFi weak (only worked at the picnic table next to the office). The ART (Anaheim Regional Transport) system is a good way to travel between the campground and Disneyland. The stated rate is for a double site, which made for a less crowded experience. An added treat is that the campground is a great place to view the nightly Disneyland fireworks display. We will definitely use this facility again when visiting Disneyland. Spent 5 days here while attending Disneyland. Yes, it is a large car park however your not there for recreation. Wi-Fi was not that great came and went. Staff were OK and polite and seemed to want to help. Bathrooms were clean and generally up to a high standard. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We chose this park because of how close it is to Disneyland, but we found it to be really nice for other reasons as well. The staff was very friendly during our entire stay, and the small convenience store on site has many essentials that we forgot. I took my kids out to play on the putting green and in the arcade, and it was not crowded, and is new. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone, especially families. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The only discount this RV Park took was AAA, which gave us 10% off. You can go to Disneyland via three choices: taxi ($9 + tip), shuttle ($8 each), or drive yourself (parking: $12 auto or $17 RV). The restrooms were clean, and there is no key deposit from 8AM to 9PM, other hours require a $5 key deposit. All are back-in sites: level, with full hookups and no shade. The cable TV and Wi-Fi worked great. Freeway noise is from I-5, we pretended it was the ocean. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice setting for a nice park close to amusements for kids but relatively quiet. The facilities nearby and in the park were very satisfactory. The sites are all spacious and level. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is pretty much a parking lot with hook-ups. This is the place to stay for location to the amusement parks. My family and I stayed there and went to Knott's Berry Farm (5 minute drive). The nightly fireworks display from Disneyland are directly overhead of this park and is fantastic..the kids loved it both nights. There is a tremendous amount of restaurants within blocks of the park if you want to eat out. I would stay here again due to the location to entertainment options in the area alone. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

If you only want a place to park that is close to Disneyland, this is it. The "parking lot" description is accurate. The good news is that you can see the fireworks out your RV window. The bad news is that you may damage a motor home hitch as you drive in - the management apparently has done nothing other than post a warning sign stating that the entrance has a steep rise. We saw several deep gouges left in the pavement by hitches that had dragged bottom. To use the restrooms you must pay a $5 key deposit (we were never told this) as the doors are locked. The garbage was piled quite high in the garbage bins by Monday morning. The staff was friendly and willing to assign us an alternate site when we found that the awning on the RV next to our original site would have prevented us from using our slides. All in all this was not an enjoyable experience for us, particularly for the money we paid. We camped here in a Motorhome.

All back in sites. Long timers are located in the back of the park. Located on a major street next to Disneyland, so there's a lot of noise. Heard sirens several times a day. Get a double site for your tow or extra vehicle since the back-in spaces are only about 40 feet in depth. Wi-Fi worked for a few hours, and never worked again. No refunds either. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Parking lot RV "park", but close (1/4 mile) to DDLand. Clean, but traffic noise, debris from DDLand's fireworks show every night can rain down on your vehicles. Close to several freeways. Owners or Managers are a rude korean couple, and they don't like older RV's. One couple was denied camping because they had a perfect, pristine 1978 Class C Lazy Daze! Yet the fulltime "live-in" RV people have ratty old, dilapidated looking RV's. Orange Land RV park is much better, a bit farther away, but has free shuttles. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Parking lot with lines drawn. The full timers were very territorial and didn't like to see any new pets in the area. The only place for pets to go to the bathroom is outside of the park by a very busy street. If you like fireworks, you get a front row seat to the nightly fireworks from Disneyland. We must have been close to a hospital, we heard emergency vehicles constantly while there. Not a good camping experience at all, but it appears to be about all that is available in the area. Only plus was the WiFi was a strong signal. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Agree with previous reviewer that this RV park was very close (walking distance to disney) to local attractions but to me Harbour is just an overpriced ashpalt parking lot. Sites were tight together-I had a tent trailer beside me and my slideout almost knocked over their awning. Pool too small and overcrowded to be enjoyable and lack of cable tv, rec facilities etc. was annoying. No real room for your car either (unless you buy a second spot!) Next time I will save my cash and park at Walmart for the extra room. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent, clean urban asphalt RV park. Very close to Disneyland. Public areas cleaned daily, appeared to have professional full-time maintenance crew. Office staff helpful and polite. Excellent viewing spot for Disneyland fireworks shows. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Anneheim Resort RV Park was wonderful. We stayed here for a month and enjoyed it very much. Clean bathrooms, showers and laundry. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Shuttle bus pickup to Disney resorts, fireworks nightly from our RV, muffins, coffee and paper in the morning. Highly recommend and will be going back next year. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Anaheim Resort RV Park is a perfect park for rigs of all sizes and plenty of room for towed vehicles and other toys. The price of $44 per night is the rate for our two week stay including taxes. When we arrived I told them I have a 38 foot Monaco with a motorcycle lift holding my Triumph and our CR-V tow car. . I always tell the office staff about my motorcycle and I’ve never been charged for an extra vehicle which I really appreciate. I asked for a site with very few trees and access to the Southern sky for our satellite and a site large enough for our coach, car and motorcycle. They gave me site 326 which was just perfect! There is a beautiful pool and spa and lots of room at the site, wonderful friendly people and great water pressure so you’ll probably want to have your pressure regulator ready. The Disneyland shuttle stops by every 25 minutes and there is a kiosk at the shuttle stop for purchasing shuttle tickets. The office staff and the big rig friendly layout of the RV Park make this the perfect place to stay in Orange County. Over the past 15 years I’ve stayed at many parks in Orange County and none can hold a candle to Anaheim Resort RV Park. Have fun and enjoy all there is to do in Orange County. My family and I (5+), all stayed here in our RV over the 2012 holidays, for a week while we visited Disneyland. It was GREAT! We had all the hook-ups we needed for the RV, and we had absolutely no problems with the location or the service. A shuttle service comes to the camp ground every half-hour to take us to and from Disneyland, which is awesome! Also, free coffee and other drinks are always at the front desk. If I ever go back to Disneyland, I would do it this way again and again. THANKS A LOT! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Look for the park on a small street off Anaheim Blvd. No park signage on the corner. A little tight to maneuver with 38' trailer as some streets are narrow. Trees were trimmed out of the way. Camped in premium site. The site was just wide enough for our awning and slides, but this is urban camping. There are small grass areas between sites. A sound wall gives protection from noise from the Santa Ana Freeway. The park is in the vicinity of the Orange Crush interchange. The cable TV had many channels, but it was very weak on lower numbered stations even after the maintenance man’s repair. Changed our cable wire several times. Could have used a weather channel during the stormy weather we had at the time. Wi-Fi was very good. Individual shower/bathroom was completely tiled and clean, as were the heated pool and hot tub. There are complimentary muffins & coffee in the morning. Resort close to Disneyland/tourist stuff in OC (Orange County) and LA (Los Angeles). Fun time had by all. We will stay here again. We have stayed at the Anaheim Resort RV Park many, many times over the past several years and believe that it is by far the BEST RV Park in the Disneyland area. The staff is awesome, the office and RV Café are welcoming and I can’t say enough good things about the park in general. As for the negative remarks about the iPad Contest – We feel that it is VERY appropriate! The management of the park is very involved and interested in feedback from all of their guests. This is far from a “bribe”, rather a simple reward for taking the time to review the park. There is no pressure about what to write or how to review the park – only an incentive if you take the time. This is not unlike MOST other businesses out there that give something away for those who take the time to review their product or store. I would also like to respond about the park not having a fence all around. While this is true, they do have security that patrols all night long in the park. I'm usually up until 2 or 3 in the morning doing crafts, and have watched the security patrol pass our RV every 15-20 minutes. This is very comforting to me. We rate the Anaheim Resort RV Park a 5 Star operation! We camped here in a Motorhome.

There are 4 or 5 RV parks near Disney, but Anaheim RV Resort is the best of the bunch. This is a smaller, more intimate park. Although it backs up to I-5, the noise level from freeway is not objectionable due to a very tall noise wall separating freeway from park. I would not be opposed to renting a site right up next to the wall. The park is very clean and well maintained. Front desk people are very friendly and accommodating. The lawns are green and manicured, with several pet areas complete with doggie bags and receptacles. There is a free continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. A shuttle picks up every 30 minutes or so all day, to take you to Disney. For $5 you get unlimited trips back and forth - a way better deal than driving a few blocks to pay $15 for the Disney lot. Big rigs are OK in many sites, but there are also many sites that are for smaller rigs only. The only real downside, and my reason for not giving 5 stars, is that the park is open to the surrounding area. It is not fenced on 2 sides. The park is laid out like a neighborhood with many roads in and out. There is one apartment building and an elementary school across the street. We had no problems with people wandering in, but if you want a security fence around you, this is not the park. On the other hand if you are looking for a smaller park with first class facilities, right across I-5 from Disney, then this is definitely the one. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had a wonderful time at this great park. Wonderful access to Disneyland and other local attractions. Excellent management! We had one slight miscommunication which was quickly resolved by the Park. This is a large, family owned park who state that their standard of service is the Golden Rule...and they mean it! If you are heading to play in the Disneyland area, and are traveling by RV, this is the place to stay! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an excellent RV park. This is the fourth time we have stayed here so that says a lot. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. The laundry is clean and secure. If you are here to visit Disneyland you are in the perfect spot. There is a bus that comes to the campground and takes you to Disney's gates. There is a small daily fee but well worth it. If you are too tired to stay in Disney to watch the fireworks, watch them from you campground site. Yes, you can see the fireworks right outside your RV door. It is wonderful. I would definitely recommend Anaheim Resort RV Park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The Good: It is in a great location. There is a $4/day shuttle to Disneyland. It is nearby Angels Stadium. It is very clean and has a nice pool/hot tub. It is clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful in suggesting activities/directions/restaurants. The Bad: the wireless was terrible. We kept getting kicked off and when we contacted the office we were always told "Someone must be streaming. We tell them not to, but they do it." well...if you always lose bandwidth due to streaming, you need a stronger router/booster for the park. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Level concrete pads, nice pet area, clean pool, restrooms, showers, pretty landscaping, plenty of shade trees. Close to Disneyland. (I highly recommend taking private cabs rather than the cheaper shuttle, which takes about 45 minutes each way by the time you wait, ride and pick up other passengers from area hotels.) Terrific staff and great location convenient to the Convention Center and Disneyland. We were there for a Trade Show and it could not have worked out better. We particularly liked the 'private bathroom/shower' shower arrangement. Staff could not have been more helpful and I happened to meet the owner, who is appears to be a 'hands on' style manager.. Everyone was extremely professional and it was a very well run park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate reflects weekly rate. Great park, excellent and friendly staff. Shuttle to Disney is cheaper for 2 than parking, and very easy. Sites are paved and level with nice grass between. This resort was everything it advertised it would be and then some. Great facilities, clean convenient restrooms and showers, and the friendliest people running it. VERY PET FRIENDLY! Family Friendly, Pet Friendly, Safe, Clean and Convenient Location. This was our first trip to Anaheim Resort RV Park, arriving out of state, our reservations were for a week. I really liked the location, tucked in a quiet neighborhood across from an Elementary school. It's minutes away from many Orange County attractions and tourist sites. Upon entering the office to register, we were greeted with big smiles and a very warm welcome. We received a site map, WI-Fi access and coupons for free muffins for the entire week. The park and all facilities are well kept, clean restrooms. Pricing for this park offers great value, definitely get more bang for the buck with the amenities and peace of mind, and the weekly discounts are even better. Full hook-ups, surprisingly even cable TV. Staff members were so nice and helpful all week. Seems like all of them are very people-friendly, their park did not have the usual "drill sergeant" typically found at many RV parks, they have just the right balance of being nice yet, creating an environment that is quiet and safe for my family. Other huge factors: This RV park is dog friendly. Dog owners know the importance of being able to bring all family including pets, Anaheim RV Resort provides that for us. No extra charge for two dogs. Space between RV sites are huge, not tightly cramped. Plenty of space to expand the awning and still have plenty of space. Well kept picnic tables provided at every camp site too. The shuttle to Disneyland picks up on-site, every half hour or so. Every night after dinner, we were able to watch the awesome Disneyland fireworks show conveniently from our RV spot. It's difficult to find a place that has all of the above in one RV park, but this place is the total package. We will be back a couple more times this year, they have earned our business. The RV park was close and convenient to Disneyland. The shuttle picked you up right out front. All the campers were really friendly and our spot had a great tree for shade and a table. The pool was nice but a bit too cold for us Texans to enjoy. The staff was helpful as well. I wish the shuttle came included. We had to buy an inexpensive round trip ticket, but other than that it was a great park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The Anaheim resort rv park is in kind of in an odd spot but I must admit its rather perfect. Clean bathrooms, pool, and the campsite are immaculate. Shuttle service is very timely and convenient as well. Nice family environment but great for a couples too. Not to mention free muffins, coffee, and a great view of the Disneyland fireworks!! The only thing that needs to change with this park is a wall surrounding the park to give a sense of security however, we would stay again in a heartbeat.The park has hot showers and level campsites that are easy to access. Best of all you are close to many local attractions such as Disneyland, California Adventure, and Angels stadium. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Price reflects a Good Sam Discount. Streets were wide for backing in. Very quiet park except for a bit of freeway noise. Nice areas to walk the dog. The first time I stayed here was for a business trip. I was very impressed with how clean it was, the friendliness of everyone, and how close to all attractions. Yet, everything was so quiet. I recommend the stay for anyone. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Here is what everyone should be looking for in a RV Park. This very clean park has a quiet area; and the Wi-Fi works in your rig. The shuttle to Disneyland is awesome. Employees are very friendly and helpful. This park is near everything; and you can see Disneyland's nightly fireworks display from your rig. It has a few dog walking areas. This is a very affordable rate for the area. What more could you want? Couldn't ask for any better park and location. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice. Sites are concrete pads (either pull-through or back-in) with grass areas around us and picnic tables. Areas clean (shower, bathroom, pool). Love the shuttle service to the Disney Park (ran about every 20-30 minutes at a reasonable rate and drops you off near the gates). Back-in site was big enough for our 26 foot rig and our tow vehicle with our awning out. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great park for going to Disneyland. Can see the fireworks from the park at night. The sites are plenty long even for 45 footers. Just a bit narrow. Neighbor's awning in out position came close to our slide out. We could not get our awning out due to tree in the way. Grass areas by each site and a picnic table. The pool was good size and very clean. Office staff were very pleasant and helpful. Coffee provided all day and muffins in the morning. Internet was included and worked well. The shuttle was convenient. $4 for all day use. Better than parking for $15 near Disney. Didn't run that often (they run one shuttle when not busy, so about once every 45 minutes or so.) We would definitely stay here again. A bit pricey, but considering the location, this is what is expected. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park with all the amenities needed. Very convenient to all attractions if use the shuttle. There is some road noise from the freeway, but didn't bother us at night. Stayed here for a week while visiting Disney. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The site we had was level concrete with plenty of room for visitors. Security was excellent, every night when we returned back on the shuttle bus, after midnight, their security truck was continuously driving around the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We chose this park for its proximity to Disneyland. The park was very clean, as were the washrooms (self-contained unisex toilet/shower rooms). Cable TV and wifi were acceptable. Coffee was available in the clubhouse. A shuttle was available to go to Disney (for a reasonable daily fee) and we could watch the fireworks from our window. The sites were a bit narrow but average for most urban parks we've stayed at. Considering how close the park was to the freeway, we found it quiet. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Yes it's right next to the I5 Freeway, but it's the nicest of the rv campgrounds in Anaheim. Clean, well-run, and everything works. There is no reason to be here except for Disney but we appreciated how close it is, clean, nice office staff and good hookups. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park is clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle to Disney stops right at the park and is very reasonably priced. The facilities worked well, internet is Tengo but is free, very fast and stable. I would have given them a 10 but the price is a little steep. There is some planes, trains and automobiles noise, but not too bad. We would stay here again if visiting Disneyland. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a fantastic RV site the staff are very friendly the only thing that you can hear is the freeway and the the train horn. But don't let that put you off the site because the place is spotless in all areas, and shuttle bus service to Disneyland and restaurants and shops etc. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Check in was fast and easy. The park is clean and tidy. Sites are wider than you would expect in this type of park. The public shuttle to Disneyland is conveniently located near the Resort office. There is some road noise, but it's not too bad and at least the Resort is not right on the freeway. This is our 4th time here and probably not our last. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean park. The Disney shuttle is available at the campground, which was a bonus. Shuttle runs every 20mins for $4.00 per person – per day. Shuttle tickets are available at the park. You are able to view Disney’s fireworks (Fri, Sat and Sun) from the park, but be warned, they are loud. Hook-ups were conveniently located. In fact, our spot had two separate sewer drops. RV spot was concrete and level, which also included a picnic table. Cons: Parking lot style RV Park. Campground located next to a pre-school and the I-5 freeway, which both produced noise within the park. Park is not surrounded by any walls or fence... which seemed very odd and not safe for unsupervised children. Wi-Fi reception was very poor. Walking to Disney from the RV Park is difficult (long), as the freeway is between both locations. RV spots seemed close together. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Easy in/out of park, level cement pads with grassy area for each site. Very tidy and clean park. Didn't stay here to visit Disney but watching the fireworks was an extra bonus. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Extremely well maintained. Concrete pads and patios. Very pleasant helpful staff. We are staying for the week so the last day is free. The sites are tight; if we put out the window awnings they would go over our neighbors awning. This is right in the city; so I'm sure property is very dear. The park is very quiet, but there is a lot of city noise drifting in. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our second visit to this park. It's a really nice place to stay near Disneyland. It is really clean and the staff is great. The Anaheim Regional Transit shuttle runs about every 20 minutes; a daily adult pass is only $4 per day (Disneyland parking $12 per day) and the shuttle stop is much closer to the Disneyland entrance than the parking lot. The shuttle service makes it feasible to come back to your RV for a rest during the day and you can watch the fireworks from your site! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed two nights mid August. The pad was cement and hook-ups were conveniently located. Restrooms and showers were very clean. The shuttle to Disneyland was handy and came around all day long. This is a very clean and well maintained park. Check-in was quick and easy, and a staff member was waiting to guide us to our site. The pull through sites were level, but a little close. There is some grass between each site, but still a bit tight for big rigs with slide outs and awnings. The pool and laundry room were both large, clean and well kept. The park is walking distance to Disneyland. At 9:30 each night, you can view the Disney fire works from your coach. Be prepared, it is loud. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a wonderful park, maintenance is great and staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a deluxe back-in site which was very large by CA standards. Two primary drawbacks. First, if you stay in the sites near the rear of the park you are in the shadow of I-5 and its everlasting noise and second, if you are an early to bed person you will be awaken by Disney's fireworks display each evening about 9:30pm. If you love fireworks as my wife does, this is a positive and not a negative. Definitely would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for a retirement party get together combined with Disneyland trip. Very clean campground. Friendly welcoming staff at the front office. Stayed in a premium pull through site and it was worth it. Sites were spacious, bathrooms and showers were convenient and very clean. Shuttle service to Disneyland was $4 per person. Very convenient compared to $15 to park at Disneyland. One upgrade I would suggest is to fence the property from the street access but other than that, not one complaint. I would stay here again if I were going to Disneyland for several days. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The site we had, faced the road and the sidewalk was right in front of the RV. Wasn't crazy about everyone walking right in front of the RV. But the staff was great and it was very convenient to Disneyland. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Wonderful clean park with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sites are wide and paved with a nice grass area next to each site. Restrooms and showers were the cleanest we have seen in any RV park. Swimming pool and hot tub are newly refinished and kept exceptionally clean. We were a little hesitant to stay in a park in a "city" atmosphere, but I must say, you really couldn't tell. The park is quiet with lots of grass and trees. Our reason for traveling to southern California was to visit Disneyland and California Adventure, and this park turned out to be the perfect choice. Walking distance to the parks on days we wanted to walk and a shuttle on the days we didn't want to walk. Plenty of dining and shopping options within 1 mile. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and have already made plans to visit this park again later this year. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean open park. We were in a back-in and had plenty of space for the MH and tow. The staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. We watched the Disney fireworks show from the coach one night and outside another. The park has easy access from I-5. The only significant drawback is the road noise from I-5. If we are in need of a spot near the tourist attractions here, we would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean and tidy. Love the smell of the fresh cut grass outside my door one morning. Nice pool. Best part for me was that the shower, toilet, sink and dressing room were all in one space for one person or family. Clean laundry room open 24 hours a day. Loved our stay there. Friendly! My husband and I stayed at the RV park with our two sons for 3 nights. It is a lovely, clean park. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. This was our first day in the USA and it was a wonderful introduction to the country. We had plenty of room and the shower and toilets were very clean. We would definitely stay at this RV park again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

First off: they have palm trees and no shade trees. We just missed the heat wave (113 degrees) so shade was not a huge issue. We were given a site nearest Ball Rd, which at 2am and hearing the traffic go by made it hard to sleep at night. Spots along the storage facility would have been better. There was no cable TV access and was told a lot of money was spent on those darn palm trees and electrical. The bathrooms were clean but hot water on 1 day was an issue. Used the laundry facility which was fine. Pool area was clean as well as a fenced pet area. The sites were tight especially if you had another RV right next to you. Asked for a site for a 26 footer, however the back end of the trailer was hanging over the grass and the hitch was sticking out. Fortunately we were here in the middle of the week, so room was not a factor. Next time will try for Canyon Country off Gypsom road. Its a bit further from Disneyland and traffic might be a issue but think it might be worth it. Would probably would look elsewhere, but works in a pinch! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was our first time camping in our new trailer. The people in the office were very accommodating, sent someone right away to get us situated and to help with the hookups, etc. Gave us a pull-through as this was our first time. We had a perfect view of the fireworks from Disneyland and a shuttle to take us there right from the campground. Although the sites were very close together we did not feel we got in anyone's way as most people kept to themselves in their RVs. We were right off the street so this might not be the perfect site for little kids or dogs. I'm not sure if they had any pull-throughs that were not off of the street. We would come back any time and stay here again as the staff was very friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I stayed here for 4 nights. It was during spring break so it was crowded. The park was clean and the staff were polite and more than accommodating. The spaces were nice with trees and tables. The restrooms and showers were clean the the grounds crew were constantly keeping busy keeping the park clean and presentable. The park is only a mile or so from Disneyland, and the nightly fireworks display is spectacular. I would recommend this park and will stay here again when in Orange County. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The RV park had a good location to get to Disneyland. They were close enough where we could watch the Disneyland fireworks. The staff was pleasant. The cons were that the location was not in the best part of Anaheim and we worried about leaving anything outside of the rig. The sites were small. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the cable TV, and the staff were out in less than five minutes and resolved it immediately. We stayed for a three-day Disneyland trip, and the park is quite close - about a five minute drive. I've read complaints that this RV park is just a big cement slab, but it's in downtown Anaheim -- what do you expect? It's comfortable, clean, quiet, the sites are large enough, and it's close to Disneyland; what more would you want? I'd definitely stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for three nights because of it's proximity to Disneyland. We could see the fireworks every night from our site and the Anaheim shuttle had a stop right at the RV resort. The cost of $71 per night was for a pull-through site plus the extra charge for our three kids. This RV resort was okay: it was clean, paved, the sites were decent sized with a picnic table and the owners were so friendly and helpful. I did think it was a little bit pricey for what it offered but I think everything around Disneyland is expensive. If going to Disneyland again, I would most likely come back here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice campground close to Disneyland. The only disappointing feature and they must have just changed this is that you now have to pay for WiFi. I was sure it was free but that was not the case. We had a back in site that was flat and even had grass. Even though it is close to Disneyland relatively speaking you will probably want to take the shuttle that stops there every 20 minutes or so. If you want a car for a day to tour L.A. or the beaches, you can rent a car right through the campground so the car will come to you instead of the other way around. It does cost more but it is really convenient. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Typical blacktop RV park in a tourist area. Walking distance 1/2 mile to Disney. Road noise during the week, weekends are better. Nice looking school across roadway with a mountain backdrop including California Palms. If the park was full, we'd have a bit of a problem backing our 61' rig into our site. Many residents at rear of park. Some resident sites need attention and I still can not understand why owners put up with pack-rats! Hit and miss with WiFi at the site unless you are very close to the office. We stayed for a week to visit Disneyland and the VA. A very pricey park for what you get but we have been in worse. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Greedy is the word for this park. They've lost my business. We booked 3 nights and stayed only 1. My grandson got sick and we had to head for home after only 1 day at Disneyland. Office staff refused to refund even 1 night. The park was deserted and there was no one waiting to get a spot. No fence around park and in a bad part of town. A little compassion for our situation would have gone a long way. Too many choices near Disneyland to ever stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here for the past 3 years and have spent a lot of money at this RV park. Last summer we stayed the entire month of June. The park advertises 10 percent off when staying for a week. When we tried to add another day after staying 10 days the staff refused to give the 10 percent off saying, "You must do this at the time of paying." Adding a day, you are charged the full rate. Several times they asked us to move our truck. The first time a tire was touching the grass and the other time I parked it next to our spot in the adjacent spot, as their spots are not very large.The park was EMPTY this time of year. Their Wi-Fi is Tengo and the service STINKS!! You would think for the 65 dollar fee and the 15 percent tax they would give it free. They are friendly with a smile and a scowl at you at the same time. We will NOT be staying here in the future. They got the $5.50 this time but have lost a good customer. Their toilets need to be flushed 3 times to get rid of the stuff in them. Be prepared for presents left by the user before you. The shuttle to Disneyland IS EXPENSIVE!!! $4.00 per person per day. If you buy a 3 day pass it is a 36 HOUR PASS!!! NOT 3 days. So if you miss a day, you are out of luck. For 2 people, for a week this would be $56.00. It is cheaper to pay the $60.00 for the Disney yearly parking pass. Be prepared. Southern California is NOT RV or Big Pickup friendly. Hard at times to find Diesel, the parking spots are very small and the lanes are tighter too on the freeways. There are other parks in the area, some closer to Disneyland and within walking distance, this one is not. Other parks have Off Season Rates. Not this one. I don't think we will stay here again. A very nice campground. Accommodating staff, nice surroundings, and very close to Disney Land. We couldn't get their pay-for-internet (Tengo internet) access to work, but they have a shared computer in the clubhouse that worked just fine. It is nice and quiet, if you don't mind trains, which we got used to real quickly. That might have something to do with exhausting days at Disney Land. We camped here in a Motorhome.

For the money it came up short. Nice narrow site but they no longer honor Good Sam discount nor do they state in web site that the shuttle is $3 per person per day. Be sure to lock up at all times; bad area of town a mile east of Disney. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We checked-in to this campground in the middle of a loud argument going on between an employee and an apparent manager or owner. It was inappropriate and should have been occurring behind closed doors. The check-in staff ignored it and checked us in. They weren't overly friendly. The only real positive thing about this park is the convenience to the shuttle to Disneyland. If you don't need the shuttle, I wouldn't recommend this park. There was no security or barrier from the campground to the streets. It is not in a good neighborhood and is directly across from a school. The main street is long and cars get up to high speeds. I wouldn't let my kids roam free at this campground. We found sprinklers leaking water all around our RV pad. The site was very tight and hard to back into. We're going to try a different campground next time. We might come back if we can't find anything better. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pretty much what you would expect this close to Disneyland. Smaller sites, very open, no privacy. Very clean, well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. Washrooms should be checked and cleaned more often. Free wireless internet, fairly reliable, good signal. Can see the Disneyland fireworks from here. We stayed here in the off season, lots of empty sites so we could park on the site beside our trailer. Don't know where you would park your vehicle if the campground was full. Streets fairly narrow. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great location and a very nice place. They no longer offer a free shuttle. Also no longer offer a discount for GS or AAA. They need a fenced dog run. Wi-Fi is not free. I have always stayed here, but may try another park next time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This pull through site that we got was nice on a cement pad, and a long enough pull through, that we would not have had to disconnect our tow. This campground is definitely a "family" campground since it is so close to Disneyland and has free shuttles. Front office was not typical "resort" style; had very little offerings as far as supplies and groceries were concerned. Prices were pretty high for us. Campground was clean. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our second visit to this park. This time we upgraded to a premium back-in which is a little larger than the standard but spaces are still close together. Great for the Disneyland visitor! The only problem we encountered was the close proximity to our "neighbor" with his outdoor TV (very loud). We were also "warned" to not keep anything outside due to some kids going through other campers unsecured items. Other than that great for the family visiting Disneyland just keep in mind the close quarters. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The actual site itself is a large parking lot. The sites are level, they have a nice picnic table outside, Wi-Fi/cable accessable, the staff people are very friendly and helpful. There are no frills about this RV resort, but the shuttle service to Disneyland was very convenient and pick up/drop offs about every hour or so. It beats dealing with the parking lot at Disneyland! They also have tickets at a discounted prices. The only downfall is that it is accross the street from a school, and there are no convenient places to eat, buy groceries or walk to. We had a good experience there and served the purpose that we needed. We would stay here again when we go back to Disneyland. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a reasonable choice for those who want to be close to Disneyland. The park was clean and well kept and the management was friendly. The bath / showers were very clean. The park is next to a school, but that did have any effect on our stay. There are apparently some permanent residences in the back part of the park, but again, no problems. We really did not spend much time in the park itself as we were at Disneyland for two solid days. What we did see and experience at the park was good. Be careful when arriving - we missed the obscure street sign and found ourselves trying to get turned around in a nearby residential area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Clean level paved sites with grassy areas. Nice place to park and visit Disneyland. Nothing for children, so plan it as a place to sleep. School next door, some traffic noise, and a train not far enough away. All in all a pleasant place and I would stay again to visit Disney. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed here while visiting Disneyland. Didn't use the shuttle, but pickup was convenient for those who did. Did a lot of driving and found park to be convenient to shopping and restaurants. Spaces in the park are very close together, most sites have a little grass and a picnic bench. Didn't use the rest rooms, but I peeked in and they were very clean. Although this is an urban area, I felt safe. The park is kept in great shape. This is the second time I have stayed here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an excellent park to stay at for Disneyland access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle (a large bus with plenty of room for everyone) followed the schedule given to us. The driver was very nice. The drop off at disney is in a good location to have fun at Disneyland, Disney California Adventures and downtown disney. My husband and kids used the pool and were very pleased. The showers were clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return if we are in the area again. If you are going to Disney, this is the place. We checked out the other RV parks in the area, and this is definitely the best. The free shuttle also makes it the best choice. I will stay here again. The only thing that could have made it better would be larger sites. But this is the big city. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very close to I-5 (they warned us when we made the reservation) so it is somewhat noisy at night. Shuttle to Disneyland runs every 30 minutes, and the staff is very accommodating. Park is clean, everything works, but there is not much landscaping. Good place to stay if you are visiting Disneyland. We camped here in a Motorhome.

OK for a metro site. Daily rate is more for weekends. Big draw here is Disneyland. Across from elementary school and apartments. Had terrible experience with Wi-Fi (Tengo-internet) no refunds, each call to customer support was minimum wait of at least 25 minutes, and all they do is take your complaint and forward it on. This place was convenient for visiting Disneyland. Very Clean park. Lots of families stay here. A bit noisy at times due to the freeway. The shuttle was useful but be aware of time changes and how often they arrived. This location has the most amenities for an RV park in the area. We will probably stay here again. Like others have said this is an "Urban" park in town with a lot of campers visiting Disneyland. It is definitely too far to walk to Disneyland, but there is a shuttle that comes and goes frequently. We ended up in a site that backed within 2-3 feet from an old permanent mobile home, not very aesthetic! Water from sprinklers sprayed on the side of our trailer. It is just an OK park while visiting Disneyland, so all we were doing there was sleeping anyway. Wi-Fi worked fine and was $15 a week. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is one of the first "urban city" RV parks we've ever stayed in, so we had no idea what to expect. The sites are close together compared to what we're used to. However, we thought the park was spotless and the staff was very friendly. The location is also a huge plus. There are several permanents, but they are imacculate and the park has a nice overall atmosphere. We paid for a deluxe site, and we were glad we did because we had grass behind us, and a nice shade tree. We were opposite the freeway so that wasn't an issue as far as we're concerned. I would stay here again on another stop to Disney, and I would recommend the park to others. CHEERS! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here several times while we visit Disneyland and the area. Can't beat the location and the free shuttle service. True the noise from I-5 is a bit much but when you are in the RV you can't hear it. I will be staying here again and would recommend this park to anyone. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites are average for metropolitan park. They do have free shuttle to Disney. Runs at least every hour except for lunch and dinner break. Beware of your site location within the park. The north end of the park is against Interstate 5 and noisy 24hrs a day. Difficult to sit outside and have a conversation due to noise. The night temp�s are cool but you can�t leave your windows open because of the interstate noise. Also, the north end of the park has restrooms that are not described online. They are more on the community or open style and as a guest on the north end of the park, you do not get the combination for the private restrooms (located in the center and south end of the park). Park has many mobile homes and long term residents. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice concrete pads, room for slide, and enough roadway to back 30' TT easily into slot. Shuttle to Disney was very convenient going to, if you don't stay too late. Also easy to return on, wouldn't walk that with 5 year old. Staff was helpful and friendly. Needed to find a repair shop since not allowed to work on TV in park. If doing Disney again, would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is only OK. There is a free shuttle to Disneyland, and you can see the Matterhorn and fireworks from the park. Those are the best things about it. Otherwise, our site was terribly unlevel, we had no grass strip even though we paid top dollar. The pool is small. We did walk home from Disneyland twice, and while it is not preferred, it was not TOO far - about a mile. We would stay here again because of the shuttle and proximity to Disneyland, but not for the park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very clean. Staff was very helpful (they helped me out of a jam with my septic problem.) The deluxe pull-through's are spacious enough for my 29 footer with room to extend my slideouts. The deluxe sites were a bit tight to get into but not a real problem. I thought that the distance to Disneyland was just right. About two to three blocks and a breeze to get into the parking lot. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We booked a pull through site, but the neighbor's fully extended awning left no room for our slide out. The office gave us a free upgrade to a premium site since there were no other pull throughs available. One of the staff helped guide us out of our old spot and into the new spot. Everybody on staff was friendly and we had a good stay. Wi-Fi was sketchy on our iPad, and unusable and/or unreachable on our iPhones. Since we have a Disneyland parking pass, we parked in the Toy Story lot, making it very convenient to go to Disneyland. It's an easy walk, but not when carrying a sleeping four year-old home at the end of a long day. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied. The grass and shrubs were very well groomed and everything was clean and well maintained. We stayed at Anaheim Village with two other families for a week for a softball tournament in Fountain Valley. The park is very clean with a nice pool/hot tub, laundry facilities, clean showers and a small store in the office. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We enjoyed watching the Disneyland fireworks each night too. They don't have cable TV, but that was no problem since our kids were busy outside in the pool or playing ball until it was time for bed. The park is right next to very busy streets and a major freeway, so there was a lot of traffic, but we always have a fan on when we sleep to drown out noise! This park is close to everything you would want to do in Orange County, and access to the freeway is very easy. Note: If you use the Harbor Blvd offramp, cross Ball Rd and go into the park through the back entrance. If you turn right on Ball Rd as your GPS may instruct you, you will have to make a u-turn and go back on Ball to enter the park. This would be a huge problem for large RV's or ones with a tow. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park is very clean and maintained. The check in was terrible but quick. The lady that assisted us was one of the most unfriendly park employee I've ever met. The sites are so close together that if you have slide outs, you'll spill onto your neighbors site. Makes it impossible to have your awnings out. Just a small strip of grass separates you from your neighbor. Nice pool area but always crowded and the water was cloudy from suntan cream. Nice, fairly new BBQ area. Traffic noise is an issue and the fireworks from Disneyland at night are intensely loud and will vibrate your RV. The time that we were here, we could hear the riots going on down the street. The area is a bit seedy even though the city has tried to clean it up somewhat. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is clean, the pool is heated, the fireworks show is great to watch each night as a bonus. It beats staying at any of the area hotels as far as we are concerned. This park was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back. We stayed for 3 nights after a bad experience across the street at another park. This park was a breath of fresh air. The park was spotless, the employees helpful and there was a man to guide us to our spot. The spots are small and tight but more than adequate for our needs. The showers were clean (spotless really) and the pool and hot tub were great. The hot tub was a joy after 8 hours at Disneyland. I would recommend this park to anyone and we plan to go back. Stayed here for a few days to fully enjoy Disneyland, rather than commute from home. Check in was easy, and a staff member guided us into our spot. Spots are pretty level, though some have a dip across the middle where they did electrical work and re-poured cement. This may make leveling a TT difficult if your axle lines up in the dip. Plenty of room for the slide out, but I didn’t park far enough over to give the awning enough room to extend before reaching neighboring slide out. Very clean facility, and the staff was friendly. No hassle to add an extra day onto our stay. My medium dog loved the dog park (no leash required, lots to smell). Twenty minute walk to Disneyland. We’ll stay here again for future overnight. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here with our RV club. Check-in was seamless. They had a very nice gentlemen in a golf cart escort me to my site. This was helpful as he also got me situated on the site. I imagine they do this because the sites are so close together they want you perfectly set so everyone can open their awnings and slides. The employees here are extremely friendly and stopped by frequently to say hello. The plus side of this place is you are several blocks from Disneyland. There is a shuttle than can take you over and back for $3.00 return or if you have a larger group you can arrange your own time to go. Call the shuttle company direct and ask if they can accommodate your schedule. It's owned by a husband/wife team and they were exceptionally nice. There are no shade trees, just gorgeous palm trees. The pool was clean and refreshing. There was a very tiny dog run. The bad part of the park is you are by the Disney fireworks so if your dogs are scared of fireworks plan on being in the rig every night at 9:30 p.m. with the TV blaring or they will be terrified. There is also a bunch of street noise as you are on Anaheim Blvd., & Ball Ave. Two major thoroughfares and 1/2 block off the 5 Freeway. I thought it was noisier than Canyon RV where some folks like to stay who are going to Disney (20 miles away). There is an RV car wash on site, which was kind of cool. Someone in our group helped another guest get in and out as he was about to take out a railing. Kind of a tight squeeze. There is a laundry that I noticed people using day and night. This place was extremely clean and very close to Disney. I thought I was going to hate it as it's sort of like a parking lot with only small grass strips and palm trees between sites. However the welcoming staff and location made it a fun place and the pool was heated and refreshing. I left my dogs at home so I was able to enjoy the fireworks both nights I was here. We had a perfect view of them from outside our rig. You can see the Mattahorn from the park. So if your goal is to be by Disney: this is a great place for you. There is also a McDonalds down the street if you don't feel like cooking for the kiddies or don't want to pay Disney prices. There is a group BBQ area, and playground. You can also fill your propane tanks here, another plus. I liked this place and would come back. There was another park around the corner and it didn't look nearly as nice. FYI: staff did patrol the grounds in a golf cart at night, but there is no locked entrance to the park. If you are coming from the North on the 5 Fwy, make sure you exit on Lincoln, then right on Anaheim Blvd., and then Right on Ball Avenue into the park. It's a longer way around, but you cannot make a left into the park, only a right. When you exit you will be 1/2 block from the 5 entrance: very convenient. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very friendly staff, and clean grounds. The back in sites are very roomy. Have enough room for your rig, a picnic table and your vehicle. The laundry room is very large and well equipped. Pool and spa area is kept clean, and the bbq area is brand new. If you are looking to stay near Disneyland, it is right across the street and you will be able to enjoy the nightly fireworks show. The only downfall that I noticed was the traffic noise at night (would depend on the site your are in). If we are planning another trip to this area in the future, I will definitely stay at this park again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy park to find and get into. Lots of room to maneuver my big rig. The sites are just fine for 45 footers in the row they escort you to. Very close to Disneyland, but they use a shuttle service that only runs a couple of times a day (at least that time of year). I just bought a parking pass at Disneyland and had freedom of travel anytime. Good fireworks show from your rigs. Clean place. I'll likely return again next year. No cable TV, no big deal because we were in Disneyland all day and most of the evenings. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Anaheim RV Village was a nice campground and we stayed 4 days. The staff was friendly. The pool and spa were very clean. The park is within walking distance from Disneyland, which is nice. They do not offer cable which I thought was weird since we were paying $75 per night. The reason this park is rated a 6 is because the camping sites were very narrow and they put RV's right next to us even though half the park was empty. Our row was almost completely empty but they still chose to squeeze in a big motorhome that had slides on both sides. The RV that was parked next to us had their picnic table underneath our slide out because the spaces were so narrow. I would rate this park higher if the spots were wider. Nice park: convenient location to Disneyland. We stayed here for two nights to visit Disney. Park is well maintained and seems very safe. Traffic noise from Ball Rd can be noisy, but earplugs solve that problem. Walking to Disneyland with our 10 year old daughter took exactly 22 minutes (yes, I timed it!) from leaving our RV to actually entering the park. This included a few minutes for the backpack search and a small line to actually enter the park. So actual walking time is probably around 15 minutes. When you factor in the time waiting for a shuttle and then the transport versus just walking, you probably get there quicker by walking. My advice on walking, cross Harbor Blvd. to get on the West side of the street and then walk to Disney. By doing this you avoid having to wait for a few lights that only intersect on the East side. The most difficult part of the walk is the incline on the bride that goes over the I-5 freeway. I believe the distance is about a half mile. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Disneyland with the RV. We camped here in a Motorhome.

All paved site park, no shade or shrubs. Clean and helpful staff. Park has a shuttle to Disneyland, which is very helpful. While expensive, you have a free nightly fireworks show from Disneyland, which is wonderful. Easy access off Ball Road. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed for 2 nights and didn't visit Disney Land, but other attractions. The Park is a parking lot with green grass between every other site and lots of palm trees. It looks nice and is well maintained. All sites are sloping towards the front which is not a big deal, 2 planks under each front wheel and you are level. The sites are pretty narrow, but there are different sizes available. All hookups are there, but no cable TV. The restrooms are clean but from the outside look of the property I expected something nicer. Don't understand me wrong, everything is tiled and pretty clean, but the tile work is not so nicely done and there are a few details asking for a handy man. Additionally, the space to put on your clothes is very limited, there is only 1 hook and if the shower door would be replaced by a nice curtain, you wouldn't wet the floor while opening the door. And a clean curtain would look way nicer than the not so clean glass doors. I didn't use the pool or the hot tub and the store was already closed upon returning again. A big surprise was the Disney Fireworks every evening right outside your RV window and the good access to I-5 and other main streets without being to noisy. I will return if again in this area. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

My family stayed here so we were close to Disneyland. We thought we would use it as a base but ended up staying two days extra because of the amenities. The pool, the game room, the TV were all great. Will come back even if it costs $100 a night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Typical parking lot style RV park. Spots are VERY narrow and even though they had picnic tables for each site they were useless. Pool was on the small side for as many people that use it. They had a convenient doggy "pee-patch" but I was kind of disgusted on how many dogs use it and then to let my little 6 pound Chihuahua walk on "their" pee. ICK. I wished they would've hosed it down a couple times a day. One of my biggest complaints was after staying two days we had to change our itinerary and needed to leave a day early and even with 24 hr notice they would not refund our money. They were at less then 1/3 capacity so it wasn't like they were loosing a potential camper. I had to do this with 4 other RV places and none of them had a problem with the change/refund. This being one of the most expensive RV parks I was discouraged. But the BIGGEST frustration was when I asked where I could buy Disney Tickets and they gave us a business card for a place to buy "discount ticket" from. The business card had the name of the place and then the name of the person referring us (employee of Anaheim RV Village). The "discount ticket" place wanted to know who referred us and so I gave them the card from the RV park that they gave us. Later that day I went to a local GROCERY store and found the same two-day, park hopper tickets for $50.00 less a person. That was $250.00 LESS then what we paid!! Makes me wonder if there was some "kick back" incentive they receive by referring people there. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 5 nights during our trip to Disneyland. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very happy! The park is well maintained with palm trees throughout the whole park & some grass which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was good size & our kids took advantage of it everyday. We actually took the 15 minute walk to Disneyland although they do offer a shuttle for $3 per person round trip. They even had a little BBQ for guests on the 4th of July. One of the best things was that we were able to watch the fireworks from Disneyland out the front of our motorhome windows! They also have a play area for kids & I believe a pet area as well. It is a large park, but while we were there it was not full. The staff was very friendly & helpful, & there is a little convenient store as well. It was a little more expensive that other parks, but well worth it & if you have a AAA or Good Sam membership you will receive a 10% discount. We will definitely stay here again! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Staff is very friendly. It's very pet friendly and accommodating. This park is older and the pool and playground could use updating, but the roads are good and although the sites are paved, they're too small. It is within walking distance to Disney. If we return, we would stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an excellent park located very near Disneyland. The staff are helpful and friendly and the entire resort is spotless. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed four nights at this park to visit nearby family and not to go to Disneyland, although it is located very close to Disneyland. We found the office staff to be helpful and friendly. We were escorted to our site by a staff member. There is a small dog park so dogs can get off-leash. The pool is small, but well kept and clean. A nice playground is on the grounds as well as a do-it-yourself car or RV wash (separate fee). Sites for big rigs are very long, but close together. Typical for all of the Anaheim area RV parks, as we have stayed at 3 others here. It's close to restaurants and freeway access. The rates are comparable to other RV parks in Anaheim. We will stay here again when we return for family visits, in spite of the high daily rate. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park was clean and well managed. We were escorted to our site (one of the "Premium Pull-Throughs" as all others were booked). We also purchased propane (price was high but access was easy). All hookups were in good condition. Water had a strong chlorine smell. Wi-Fi was good, though signal was a bit weak. The park is within reasonable walking distance of Disneyland. The ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) stop is across the street at America's Best Value Inn and services Disneyland, Anaheim GardenWalk and several other places within Anaheim. Purchase ART passes online (http://www.rideart.org/) before going to the park as the nearest kiosk for purchase is at Disneyland (they don't sell the passes at the RV park). There is a Self Service RV Wash available, along with a heated pool, camp store, very minimal arcade and small pet park. All were clean and well maintained. Overall a good place to land when visiting Disneyland. We camped here in a Motorhome.

My husband & I have stayed at this park every year for the past 10 years. It has had other names, and since it has changed hands, it has definitely improved. However, if you are looking for a relaxing, restful stay, don't stay at this park. They cut the grass and blow leaves twice per week, starting sometimes at 8am - 9am and go well into the afternoon hours. If you are staying for an extended time for work related purposes, you might want to consider another park. If you happen to stay beside a family with 6 very young children in a travel trailer, which happened to us this trip, we had a miserable time with children literally starting to yell and scream and ride their skateboards by the bedroom slide starting at 8am! They didn't stop until quiet hours began - and sometimes not even then. The staff is too afraid to ask the patrons to keep their children under control. This went on for 6 nights even after complaining. We stay at RV Parks 6 months out of the year and we have never encountered such a disruption with insensitive neighbors and the manager/staff unwilling to do anything about it. Although, it is really convenient in location and clean, we will re-evaluate where we stay in the future. Hopefully, the owners/staff will take note to help make everyone's stay at their park a pleasant one because we do like staying so close to all available freeways. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is all about: location, location. location. We walked to Disneyland. Has good clean restrooms. Just your average RV Park with level spaces. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The best park in the Anaheim area, near Disneyland. Sites are narrow but are 60 ft long. The downside to this park is the narrow spaces and the 60 ft lengths. The park is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. We are repeat users of this park because of it cleanliness and the staff. This park is not cheap but it is worth the effort to get here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were in the area for the Angel's games, not Disneyland and we found this park to be very nice for a resort area. It was a nice mix of concrete sites and grass. The staff was very polite and helpful. The park was very clean. Our site was clean, level, and large enough for our rig and suburban without having to use the patio area (as in many parks). We will be staying here again soon. We camped here in a Motorhome.

My husband and I stayed here for 4th of July and had a wonderful time. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. The camp ground was exceptionally clean and very quit. I would not hesitate to return to the park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Slightly above Average Park due to amenities which included a small kid’s play area, a swimming pool, and a sub par game room. We didn’t use these amenities because we were there for Disney land which is also a perk of this park it is very close. We were escorted to our pull through site and the staff helped us park our rig. The spaces are very tight using your awning will put you right up against your neighbor. They have a nice little store in the office. Trash cans may be a bit of a walk from your camp site. A shuttle service is offered to the Disney Park however for a medium sized family it is not cost effective. There is no left turn into the RV Park which is a pain when you’re coming from the 5 and if you have a large rig such as my self a U-Turn on Ball Rd is not an option. You will need to do drive past the park 2 blocks and then circle through a block to get back in the right direction or take a different freeway exit. It’s also important to note that Disneyland does offer an RV Parking lot/Big-rig/Bus parking for $17. If you want to spend an extra day as we did pay the extra $5 dollars for parking it’s easily recovered by cooking a meal out in the lot. My 40’ rig barely fit in the Disney parking space but it did fit. I would return to this RV Park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We'd been looking forward to this visit, but we were disappointed with several problems about this park. It's in good condition and the sites were fairly level, but that's about all the positives. It's still very narrow and the sites of insufficient width considering the prices and the apparent fact that it was recently renovated. If you count on a shuttle to get to Disneyland, this isn't the park for you. It is not on the ART route. It has its own shuttle which is $3 per person, regardless of age. The times the shuttle goes to the park are infrequent and it wasn't available during one of the listed times when we arrived (we were told this is a common problem and that it's often down). It's not a long walk to Disneyland, but it's along a very busy roadway where cars regularly travel at 55 to 60 mph. With young kids, this is not recommended. Until this park joins the ART shuttle route (which we were told is just a matter of their choosing to), we won't return. We went to the office/store at 5:02pm and were stunned to find it closed. It closes at 5pm! Way too early for an RV campground. There was no recycling and the playground was really small - not sufficient for kids over 3 or for a campground this size. Not a good neighborhood. No security or controlled entrance. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Expensive, but not out of the norm for an area by Disneyland. If you have pets, this is the only place that I would recommend in the area. They are very pet friendly and that is why we always go back to their park. Sites are pretty narrow and there are far too many picnic tables sitting around. Very large laundry room. A guard watches the park nightly in his golf cart during the hours that the office is closed. if Disneyland has fireworks, you get a front row look at them. There is a school next door, but it seemed pretty quiet for a large metro area. We have been there twice and will go back when business takes us back to the LA area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice park, about 1/2 mile to Disneyland. They have a variety of RV sites, some pull-through, and all sites are full hook-ups with a small patch of grass. There is an RV wash ($1 per minute) pool, a great laundry room, store, free wifi, small arcade, and playground. What is the nicest thing about this RV park is the staff - every person we have met, either in person, telephone, or email, has been extremely nice and helpful. There is a shuttle to Disneyland ($3 round trip), or you can walk. We highly recommend this place if in the area. Rate reflects a break in the $45/night charge if staying a week. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is perfect for visiting Disney which we did everyday when here. It is exactly a 15 minute walk from RV door to Disney, very safe walk along a busy road. They do have a shuttle service ($3.00 per person) which leaves Camp at 8:45/9:55/3:30/6:30 and leaves Disney at 3:00/6:00/10:00/11:00. So we did a combination of walking for early entry and shuttle, we did 1 cab and it was $10.00. The park staff is very friendly, clean, has a pool and a great RV wash. It is right off the HWY so would be easy access to other theme parks in the area. Overall a great stop to see Mickey Mouse!! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We enjoyed our stay at Anaheim RV Village. The location is very close to Disneyland which is a huge plus. The staff was very friendly and give an escort to your site. After hours there is security which is really nice. Access into and around the park is easy and all of the sites are paved with small grass strips between sites. There are no shrubs or dividers between sites so there is little privacy. This is not the place to go for scenery, basically a large lot. The pool was fun and there is a small game room with video games. The store has most of the things you would need plus they give you a list of the local grocery stores. The biggest negative is the size of the sites. We were in a pull through which was large enough to open our slide out, but not large enough to put a picnic table on. The biggest pluses are proximity to Disneyland and the great view of the firework show at night. All in all it was a nice trip and I would recommend this campground. Cheers. This place is pretty well taken care of for the most part. Grass is mowed, palm trees trimmed, etc. A major plus is how close it is to Disney. I've seen other people talk negatively about this place due to it's location and the neighborhood. What? It's a 5-10 minute walk to Disney, blame Disney for being in this area. The spaces are a little tight but I've been in worse. We were able to put out all slides on both sides and our awning. Wi-Fi was fast, and didn't lose connection, no cable but lots of TV channels, that come in fine for the evening news. Yes, you can and will see and hear the fireworks from the parks each night. We stayed three nights and watched them each night. We only went to Disney for one day, but made a point of it to get back to our spot to watch the fireworks. Now, why I give this place such a low rating. This place allows tents, lots of them. I generally don't mind tents, I used to be a tent camper years and years ago. Most tents were located on the outskirts of the park or the opposite side, again okay. However when there are 2-3 tents per site and 2-3 people in each tent, that equals a lot of extra people using the restrooms and showers. The restrooms and showers were extremely filthy our entire stay. One toilet was plugged with what looked to be 5 rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay. There was constant trash and paper towels on the sinks and floor. There were three showers: one was a constant trickle, one had rags in the base and one had an "out of order" sign on the door. I went to the restrooms everyday to see if they were clean, but it looked as if no one had even tried to clean them in the three days we were here. The staff was okay, not really friendly but not rude either. There is a shuttle but we drove to Disney and other locations. We complained about the restrooms, but nothing was done. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park close to Disney. Although the sites are fairly close together, we had room and a bit of grass. Location in proximity to Disney is fantastic. We drove to Disney but a shuttle was available. We could watch the fire works from the back of our camper, better view then at the park. Pool was nice. Big laundry. Workers were friendly and helpful. Other campers were great. All in all a good experience. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

OK…. I’m writing this review on our last night here and I’d have to say we had a wonderful experience. The staff, as of this date was very friendly, accommodating and seem to go out of their way with my needs. The only problem I had was the fact that my nine year old daughter was charged as an adult…WOW…how fast we grow up, It’s not like there turning down my beds and leaving a mint on the pillow. Well, I guess I can overlook that, but I hope management will look at this age thing a little closer. On another note the park looked clean and well kept, bathrooms are clean and they seem to be making improvements to the park as I type. The pool, kids playground and dog play area look to be in good order, and I was told that there’s plans to upgrade/improve on the pool. The entrance to the park has easy access and they have on RV wash that I would have used if it wasn't raining during my stay. If you're going to Disneyland, or any other event in the area, this is the park I would recommend for your stay. One more thing….. Yes, the utilities for the spaces are in a strange location, but they work very well and seem to be up to date, except for the lack of cable….that would be icing on the cake. Final note…. The WIFI works great and that’s what I’m using right now. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A lot of concrete, very few trees and the sites are too close together. BUT it is 2 blocks from Disneyland, the hookups are in great shape and work, the pool looks very nice (although it was too cool to swim), the kids playground was just fine for our 4 year old after a full day with Mickey and there is a Starbucks right across the street and several fast food places close by. We stayed at another campground the last time and liked this a lot better. It is perfect for doing Disneyland, although we wouldn't come here if we intended to spend many waking hours in the campground. It just isn't very picturesque. As others mentioned, you can watch the fireworks from the campground but they are quite noisy every night which was a concern with two young children already asleep. The only complaint about functionality is the Wi-Fi. It seems to be highly variable and occasionally is gone altogether. All in all, it is a great spot for Disneyland. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our only negative comment is the price of the spaces. However, we were 2 blocks from Disneyland, we watched the fireworks from in front of our RV and it was easy freeway access. With all those positives this park rates a 9 in our book. The staff was friendly and helpful and we will stay there again anytime we are visiting the Magic Kingdom. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is now named ANAHEIM RV VILLAGE. The facility is nothing to write home about, BUT if you are going to Disneyland and want CLOSE access. This is the place to be at. There is nothing fancy at this place (due to it being a URBAN camping site area). It is really close to north and south I-5. There is plenty of gasoline stations near the site, along with a Starbucks right across the street. Disneyland is only 6 tenths of a mile. The outside of the park is clean and tidy. The premium pull through sites are OK. VERY tight (side to side). Not too much grass, but OK. The sites are concrete pads and somewhat level. 50 and 30 amp sites at the box. Sewer and water hook up kind of in an weird place, very far towards the front the front of the pad. The pool is nice. Video arcade consists of 4 or 5 games. RV wash facility employee is nice. Honored our "WORD Quote" given by another employee. WINTER SPECIAL for premium pull through site 65 dollars a night. Beware of the 15 percent city tax. There is a school right next to the site but it didn't bother us since we were at the Kingdom the whole time. GREAT site to be if you want to watch the Disneyland fireworks at night. One of the best seats in the house. All in all: a 6-7. We plan on staying here again. Wi-Fi available with very good signal. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The lady who runs the park is very rude and needs to work on her people skills. Very nice view of the fireworks from Disneyland EVERY night. You will get charged for any extra vehicle or people that are at your site for more than a few hrs. Small spaces nothing over 30 feet was available. If you are more that 5 minutes late on your rent you pay a penalty. Not a very well lit park. The noise from the traffic was horrible sirens all night long. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

It is OK. Great location is its selling point. Close to Disneyland (<1 mile). Great view and sounds of Disney fireworks. Better than being in the park. With its great location and price, it has room to improve and become more "upscale", but I am mostly concerned about access (7), quietness (9), and location (10). Staff was extremely friendly and not reflected in my rating. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate shown is based on a weekly rate. Nice park with large spaces. Lots of trees but trimmed so they do not hit rigs. It is next to a very busy freeway, but there is a sound wall. The traffic noise is always present, like a "white noise". All the southern California attractions are easily reached, and the price is much cheaper than anything near Disneyland. I would have rated this park a 10 except they have no Wi-Fi. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice friendly Park, sites are good size (gravel) and easy to to back into. Lots of shade and very quiet, easy on off the freeway. Big negative is the freeway noise but you get use to it after a while. Also only four (three working) washers and dryers for a big park which results in getting in line. Would not recommend staying there if you have to do laundry or go find a laundry-mat. Would stay again because it is convenient for visiting our grand children. You will not find another Park in Orange County California with shade,grass and large sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I love this park, lots of room for your rig, 2 cars, and my golf cart. You can walk your dog anywhere and the grass area is endless. I park my 2 cars lengthwise in front of the 40 foot RV and still have room to the road. You can have wood fires and cook up smores: it is a great camping experience. The staff is great, friendly, willing to help. They even have free parking for your trailer on site. On the weekends they have car shows, weddings, and dog shows, to name a few of the activities. The location is good as there is a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. There are two reasons why I did not give this park a 10. 1. 95% of the sites are gravel, asphalt or concrete would be better, but I think it is restricted because the park is in a flood plain. 2. Noise from the 91 freeway. The park is right next to the freeway and sometimes it gets noisy, but it never gets too bad. In summary if you want a park with room for you, your cars, and your dog: stay here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed this weekend on a club outing and really enjoyed the park. Sites are spread out and hookups are good. Easy on/off access from the freeway. The club section had good satellite TV reception. We will continue to use the park as a club location. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is quite a good park. Very spacious, some green grass, a lot of shade. No internet access except in the visitor center for a fee. I really liked the park but found the reception on arrival "cool." No information provided except a receipt and a map of the sites and where to go. No additional help provided. When I had problems connecting to the internet at the building the attitude seemed to be a "bother." Also the building was locked up one hour earlier than posted so I had to bother someone to open up for internet access. Very nice surroundings. Some washrooms need help. One with the door barely hanging on it's hinges. Showers look very clean. Restrooms less so with some good and some in need of repair as above. There is freeway noise but it is acceptable. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Staff wasn't so friendly the 3 different times we tried to "preview" the park. The first 2 times were on weekends and we were told "no drive-through on event dates", as this park hosts many different events on weekends (dog shows, car shows, Scouting events, etc). If it matters to you, the events are clearly listed on the site calendar which is constantly updated. The third time we tried, I called ahead and was told “Sure, on a weekday no problem.” However, on arrival we were still turned away due to "lack of adequate staffing on site", whatever that means. We took a chance and camped here anyways (against my better judgment, as poor customer service shouldn't be rewarded with patronage). I was however pleasantly surprised at the experience. Yes, you can hear the freeway no matter where you are in the campground. After all, you ARE camping NEXT to the 91 Freeway, which is a major freeway through Southern California day AND night. The freeway noise seems to be more noticeable on the east side of the park. We noticed the east side is all "short term" camping and was populated mostly with groups and overnight. On this side of the park, the campsites are situated a bit closer together. This side of the park is easier to navigate with your rig due to less overhanging trees on the roadway and less switchbacks on the roadways themselves. The west side of the park is mostly long-term sites, although there are overnight sites available (even next to the river). The Santa Ana river flows next to some of the sites and makes for a nice breakup of the freeway noise. The west side of the park is a little tighter to navigate with more switchbacks, but certainly not impossible. Provided you look ahead, look up, and don’t mind a *little* bushwhacking here or there on your roof, no problem. On this side of the park, the sites are a bit more roomy and have more space in-between. The cabins are nice but right next to the freeway and personally, I couldn't bear the thought of camping RIGHT NEXT to the freeway sound wall. However, some of the cabins and campsites were occupied so if it doesn't bother you, go for it! Towards the youth camping area on the far west side, the sites along the riverbed are basically all dirt. The grass stops entirely and we were told it was because there is too much shade. Not really the case as there is plenty of sun in the open areas, but I feel it’s really because there are no automatic sprinkler systems like there are in the center of the park. When you make a reservation, ask for a specific area if grass vs dirt matters to your patio area. The grassy areas in the center of the west side (surrounding the pool area) are great and have plenty of shade trees. We just moved our camp chairs across the driveway during the day. The pool still had a greenish tint as mentioned in another review. We thought better of jumping in, although there were plenty of other guests swimming with seemingly no ill effects. There is also a sprinkler-type splash area for small kids next to the pool that the maintenance staff will turn on by request. Strong cell service throughout the campground and decent TV antenna reception. We don’t use a satellite but those of you with roof-mount units may have problems in some of the shadier sites. I definitely like the key card access system for getting back into the campground. Never saw any park ranger or staff patrolling the campground. FYI no tents allowed unless you are in the Youth Camping area or there is an RV on the site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for the 3rd year in a row on 4th of July weekend. First of all the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. That makes all the difference in the world. They have a $20 key deposit for the front gate that is refundable so you can go in or out any time of the day or night during your stay. In the past they didn't have this. The sites were roomy with 50 amp service. We had shade part of the day and overlooked a large grassy area. There is freeway noise, but you get used to it. There is a nice river that runs through the park and some wildlife. We spotted a hawk, owl, crane, egrets, squirrels, rabbits, and bats. The one side of the park has cabins for rent at $60.00 a day. They are small and sleep 4 people. There is also a senior rate of $40.50 for those 62 and above for RV sites. They do not allow tenters unless accompanied by an RV or unless part of the Scouts or a church group. Dog rate is $1.00 per day per dog, max 2 dogs per site. I think their rates are very reasonable. The bathrooms were very clean. The pool looked green to me. I did see someone cleaning it in the morning, but I didn't want to go in something with a green hue to it. The playground equipment, pool, and cabins are on one side of the campground. This is a better area for families. We've been here numerous times and find it always clean, the staff friendly, the security excellent and freeway close! If the plan is to go to Disneyland, this place is further away, but much, much nicer than any of the parks you'll find near Disneyland. This has a very nice rustic feel to it where those parks are more like a parking lot. It's a relaxing place to get away from it all. They are currently experiencing fluctuations with their water pressure. That was the only issue we had the whole weekend. We would definitely go back to this resort. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped here with 5 RV's from our Club. The staff was very friendly and this park exceeded all of our expectations. Yes there is freeway noise from the 91 freeway to contend with but a rural setting is hard to find in the southern California area. Short driving distance to all attractions. If you think about it how many times do you camp near a major roadway. We all agreed that we would return in the future. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We really were excited about coming here. It quickly faded as the creek had overflowed the roadway (common apparently) and we had to take an alternate site. The next day we went to our site and it was on the river: a very visually pretty site. Now for the negatives: Pet fees: they charge a dollar for each pet per day. This is a cash grab and whoever pays this fee is cooperating with their cash grab. Freeway noise is absolutely relentless and contrary to previous reviews, is absolutely brutal! You cannot escape this throughout the entire park. Not necessarily the park's fault, but there are a lot of holes in the ground: we found out only once we had left the park, that our motorhome was infested with Deer Mice. After three days of cleaning, sealing and trapping / killing mice, we are getting it under control. That is until we clear the 14 day "clear" period of getting Hantavirus, if these Deer Mice are infected. Once again, not the park's fault but there is a real rodent population in this park. Beware and prepare to seal and trap your RV appropriately. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice semi wooded rural location, located 15 minutes from Disneyland. A great, quiet place to take a break from sightseeing. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was our second stay at this park. I really like the area and the park itself. Clean, good-sized spaces complete with fire ring and bench. Digital/HD OTA TV comes in fine and fair amount of channels available. Did not check Wi-Fi this trip, but clerk said I was going to be too far away (space 125). What I DID NOT like was being locked out of the park at 7:20am. I left to run daughter to tourney and returned about 7:20am. There were six other guests lined up at the gate unable to get back in after getting coffee, breakfast, or whatever. We all sat there because they do not give gate cards to over-night or week-end, may be a a cost-cutting measure. This is outrageous and we all sat there until nearly 8am when a long-term stay returned from his errands with a gate key. He was kind enough to let us all in, one at a time, but the line had grown to eight or nine by then. Calls to the posted phone number went to voice mail and were not returned. Great park, but that kind of stuff can really leave a bad taste. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The staff were friendly but we really struggled to find this park. The address listed on the park website is the mailing address (but it doesn't say this) so when we put it into the Navman we had quite a merry chase around the Anaheim Hills. But we eventually got there and it's a very nice park to stay in. Nice big, shady sites and while the ablutions block is old it was clean. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park was very nice, and close to Disneyland. The male staff was friendly when submitting our reservation. When we checked in, the female staff was not friendly. Make sure if you do camp here that you get their physical address, and not their mailing address: we ended up driving around for an hour and a half trying to find it with our GPS! This is a wonderful park to stay in. Has very friendly staff and lots of oak trees for shade. It's also pet friendly. Looking forward for a return visit. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here 4th of July weekend. Check in was easy. We also filled up with propane and were taken care of promptly. We had 4 sites together. The campground was clean, and quiet. We had been camping every 4th at Vail Lake and had a problem with fireworks noise from other campers. We had no campers setting off fireworks here. You could hear some in the distance, but it wasn't bad. There is a beautiful river that runs through the campground, lots of grassy areas, bat houses, wild life (bunnies and birds) and a bike path just outside the fence. There is also a pool, which we did not use. The bathrooms were clean and private. Each shower and toilet were in their own cement room, with a sink on the outside. There was a $5.00 fee for guests per car plus $2.00 per person, which was a little high. One car was allowed per RV site at no charge. Pets were $1.00 per night per pet. Security was on duty late at night. Other than the freeway noise (which we were able to get used to) the campground was very quiet. We really enjoyed it. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate shown is based on weekly rate, including all taxes and a $1 extra charge for our dog. Campground is more like a very nice state park than a typical private campground. Most sites are large and well spaced. No cable or Wi-Fi, but off air TV reception is excellent and wireless broadband from AT&T and Verizon both worked well. Park is about a mile long on banks of a swift-flowing river. Lots of green space and shade, song birds, herons, squirrels, rabbits, and the occasional coyote. Direct access to a jogging/biking trail that goes for miles near a nice residential area. Convenient shopping nearby for just about anything you could want. Excellent base for visiting this area. The only downside is road noise due to adjacent freeway. It can be heard throughout the park, but the site you choose makes a big difference. The loudest area is the west end near the youth camping section. The area nearer the river towards Gypsum Canyon Road (which is where we stayed) is much better. We were here two weeks and would definitely come here again when visiting this area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We were here as part of a rally group. It is a lovely park, lots of mature trees and grass. There are fire rings and tables at each site. It is close to a highway, but the noise wasn't bad at all. We were very happy to find this piece of nature in such a "developed" area and would happily stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park for a week during Spring Break. We loved this campground! Beautiful grand old trees with plenty of green space. Sites are large with lots of room for us to spread out. We were a little disappointed the pool was still closed despite the warm temperatures but the kids enjoyed the playgrounds. Park is about a 20 minute drive from Disneyland or Newport Beach. There is a good selection of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We could not get any TV reception at all but Wi-Fi was available in the lounge area. The only major drawback we found was the freeway noise. There is a constant hum of traffic that never stops. We got used to it after a few days though. This campground is an excellent alternative to the parking lot type parks located next to Disneyland. We hope to return someday. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The park is large and has plenty of space between sites. It has A LOT of trees, so bring a portable satellite dish if you have one. It has a nice view of the Santa Ana River. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked to change sites due to the satellite signal, and they set me up very quickly. I would recommend this park if you are in Southern California. I will stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Just finished a long weekend in Canyon RV Resort in Anaheim. It was our first stay and we came away with both positive and negative opinions. On the positive side, the park has lots of space. It is in a nature preserve next to a river. The spaces are large. Just about any size rig can find a home: with plenty of room, no matter how many slides you have. There is a picnic table and fire ring at every site. The sites are gravel and pretty level. The utility connections were in good shape. The park is centrally located with easy access to Disney and other area attractions. There is a bike path outside the park that goes from Riverside all the way to the ocean. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area, too. Since you are in the middle of a metropolitan area, there is great cell coverage and my Verizon air card had excellent coverage. On the negative side, there is no cable and no Wi-Fi. I think there were about 4 or 5 broadcast stations available on the rabbit ears and the folks there with us with satellite said they had no problems. The resort is immediately next to the 91 freeway, so there is road noise. It is a constant background hum. I got used to it, my wife didn’t. One little quirky thing at the gate. There is an inbound gate that must be opened from the office or guard shack. The outbound lane is open, but has the tire shredders in it to stop wrong way traffic. Between 8 AM and 8 PM, you wave your pass at the office and someone opens the inbound gate for you. Between 8 PM and 2 AM the guard shack is staffed. But between 2 AM and 8 AM, you can’t get in: period. Not a problem for us, but if you want to run out for a quick cup of Starbucks in the morning, you won’t get back in until after 8. Overall a good experience. It would be better if there was less noise and if cable TV and Wi-Fi were available. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Surprisingly nice and spacious park in very urban setting. Close to grocery stores etc, though with freeway and lots of traffic we decided to stay put. Campsites are large and well spaced with lots of large areas of thin grass and large pines, sycamores and other shade trees. Situated along a riverbed/wash and riparian area. There is riverside walking and bike trail. If staying here ask for a riverside site or one away from the freeway, as noise is non-stop, even at night. There is no cable TV or Wi-Fi. Those are 2 misses that they should work on fixing. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park spaces were OK. Security seemed a bit excessive. Not much of a store and park is somewhat remote from shopping, if a person is not familiar with the area. Restrooms/showers seemed a bit rustic for the price of staying at park - metal toilets and shower facilities that were difficult to keep clean because of the woodsy atmosphere of park. So-so place. Not sure we would stay there again, if something else was available. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We really enjoyed our three night stay at this park. It wasn't very crowded during the weekdays we stayed. We had plenty of space around our RV. The pool was nice and clean and we saw that they had a ropes course, although it didn't seem to be open while we were there. There was plenty of room for bike riding (and even a bike path), and there were several playgrounds for children. The only downsides were that there was no internet access at the site - they have a library/office room near the front office for computer usage, and the showers were clean, but seemed dark and a little spooky! They charged us $45 per night with an addition $2 each for our small children. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is our favorite park out of 60 or more we have visited. Beautiful sites, you feel like you have your own "back yard". Even on a Holiday Weekend, the park was full, but there is so much room, we never felt crowded. We would stay here anytime we visit Southern California. We camped here in a Motorhome.

One of the most pleasant stays we've ever had. Easy access for any size rig just off Hwy 91. This place also had the largest size camping spots we've ever seen with lot's of trees and green grass. I was amazed at the distance between RVs. We have family about 20 miles away and I will stay here again the next time we visit the area because it's worth the drive. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped here with a large group. Group rates are $35/night for 10 or more rigs. The office staff was extremely friendly and efficient. There is a charge for an extra vehicle over and above your rig and one car. I believe it was $5.00 per car plus $2.00 per person in the car. Even though the campground is almost under the freeway, after awhile you don't hear the freeway noise. There is at least a 50' high wall that blocks out a good portion of the noise. There is a lovely river that runs through the campground. I don't think this place has a bad campsite. Some sites were in the dirt with trees, others backed up to grass and trees. It was very nice. The campground was spotless as was the restroom and showers. This is truly a campground, not an RV resort. The sites were level and plenty of room in between sites. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and am already making plans to return. It is very dog friendly as there are large lawns to walk on by the river, park benches to sit at and even a gazebo. It is right off of the 91 freeway, so freeway access is a plus. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We chose this location while visiting Disneyland. This RV Park was close enough to the Disneyland entrance, about 20 minutes, but far enough to escape the crowded parking lot type camping found close to the local attractions. Our site, #53, was right next to the Santa Ana River which runs through the RV Park. The spaces were large & level. The location gives the feeling of being out in the country rather than within a large city. The park is bordered by major freeways and there exists the associated road noise. Since we were right next to the river, the noise was not a problem. The price was on the high side but we believe this may be due to the proximity to so many local attractions. Staff was very pleasent and helpful. Only downside was perhaps the bathrooms, although very clean, they were rather bleak and prison-like. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The park looked great. Lots of trees and grass for the kids to play on. It rained alot while we were there, but still a nice place. The biggest problem which is why I cannot give a higher rating is the freeway noise. It's located right next to the 91 freeway and you hear it all the time. Even the sites along the river are not immune to this. After a while you get used to some of it, but it's a significant issue to me going back. The spaces are great, grounds are great. WIFI, is not available throughout the site. I had to search for it and drive close enough to access it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We had an great experience at this park. There was a little issue of somebody parked in our site when we got there but they fixed it right away and got us an even better spot! If you have kids they will love this place. Easy access for most spots that I could see but this place is huge. Close enough to the action, but far enough out of the craziness. This was one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. It did not feel like we were in the city but rather a country setting. Lots of grass and, lots of trees. The sites are very spacious and not right on top of one another. Plus, it's not like most campgrounds nowadays that are basically a parking lot. The sites are gravel or dirt and fairly level. We would definitely stay here again. You are right next to the freeway and you do hear the freeway but it's not worse than camping by the beach and having the train go by. It's basically just background noise. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Though location is listed in Anaheim, this park is in the very east end of Anaheim, I'd really call it Anaheim Hills. 20-minute drive to Disneyland and other theme parks. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Spacious grounds including several group camp areas. Bathrooms and showers plentiful and clean. Sites not crowded too close together though riverfront sites book well in advance. Looked to us as though there were a number of long-term renters here. New camping cabins look really nice. The Oct. 2007 fires came right to the riverbank on the north side, but the area is still wooded and quite pretty. The noise where we were located from the 91 freeway was noticeable, but didn't really detract from our enjoyment of the space. We were here President's Day weekend for our first trip in our travel trailer, and it was everything we needed. Lots of retail and restaurants in the area, so you don't have to cook unless you want to, and can get to a theme park or a movie easily if you wish. There is what looks to be a really nice bike trail that routes through the campground. We didn't use the pool as it was February. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We have very mixed feelings about Canyon RV Park. On the upside, the park has lots of trees and lots of open space. There are plenty of paved roads and paved bike trails for the kids to ride bikes. The playgrounds are well equipped and maintained. We enjoyed watching people on the ropes course on Saturday (operated by an outside vendor and didn't seem to be available to campers). The sites are generous with fire pits and picnic tables. The sites are gravel but we actually prefer that anyway. There was a nice mix of full timers, trailers, and big luxury coaches. Probably the best thing about the park is the Santa Ana River with many sites right next to the water. As mentioned in other reviews, the river is not accessible but is still nice to see and hear. Try to get a site on or near the river and you won't hear the freeway traffic at all. Cost is the biggest downside. We didn't mind the $45 nightly fee considering the park is in Anaheim and so close to big tourist attractions. However, that only includes TWO people. Each additional person was $2 per night. Each dog was $1 per night. Our two night stay with 3 kids and 2 dogs cost us $106!!! Adding insult was a ONE HOUR visit by a relative and her two toddlers which cost them $7 to drive through the gate !!!! The restrooms could best be described as prison like. The structure is all concrete block. Each stainless steel toilet (no separate seat) surrounded by concrete block to the ceiling with a skylight (what do you do at night?). The showers are similar bleak structures with a concrete block bench. This bathrooms appear to be something designed for an urban public park with a homeless problem. This was completely out of place in such a beautiful, gated park. We decided NOT to use the restrooms and used the motorhome facilities instead. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped at this campground as part of our daughter's 18th birthday. Her big goal on her birthday was to go to Disneyland a couple of days and to go to Medieval Times for dinner one night. Though our first impression was that this campground was a little out of the way for our Anaheim and Buena Park adventures, it's proximity to the Highway was a bonus. Some RV sites are within a stones throw of the highway, but if you ask for a site nearer the river, you won't be able to hear the cars passing by. Even when we took our dogs for walks in the areas near the highway, you had to really try to hear the traffic noise. The 20 minute drive (both weekday and weekend day) was a breeze to Disneyland and the drive to Medieval Times was about the same. This is a beautiful older campground (I remember it being there 40 years ago) with lots of shade trees well kept facilities. The campsites were nice and big. There are only two reasons I took some points off of what I might have called a 10 rating for this park. Well, Ok a 9 ('cause nothing is perfect). The WiFi was down and the staff didn't seem to have a clue as to when it might be up and running again. The second reason was the lady at the office (in her 50's or so I would guess) was on the gruff side. She never really liked to make eye contact and didn't really strike up conversation any of the 4 times we visited the office. Despite that, this was a great park to stay at and I think we may have found our central location for future RV trips to the Orange County/LA Basin in the future. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our first trip in our new travel trailer. I found the staff helpful and, after dealing over the phone with Pomona (Calif) KOA, a welcome change. Park was clean and quiet. There was a camper using our stall as his personal parking space when we arrived. Once alerted by his friends, he promptly responded and moved his vehicle. We stayed in space 115, directly north of the 91 freeway. I can tell you without hesitation that there was virtually no traffic noise and you should not be concerned with parking there at all. Showers and restrooms clean. If there was one downside, it's here: The "Ropes Course" that is displayed on the parks web-site is actually operated by a different company and was not open when we were here. This could be huge if you are going with your kids, like we did. I found it hard to understand why it was not open over a holiday (Thansgiving) weekend, but is was closed. Bummer!! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very spacious and lovely park but costly. With no connections for wireless network or cable TV unless you have your own, the cost is pretty high. As we travelled, we found some parks are now allowing 6 months and then you must move. We have learned to ask questions before we reserve as well as go to a park first, check out the site and be sure everything works before committing to a longer stay than one night. The ads are not always true. There were 3 staff members and two were not knowledgeable of the area at all nor were able to answer much of anything. No mail can be sent to you at the park. You must receive as General Delivery at Yorba Linda post office. UPS and Fed Ex do deliver however. Workers kept the park very tidy. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a clean and very friendly RV park. We stayed towards the back and had very little freeway noise. The grassy area was great for the kids. The pool was nice and clean. We will definitely be back. We have stayed in another park close to Disney - this is a better choice in my book. It's a bit farther, but it doesn't have that "parking lot" feel of an urban park. Easy access, roomy sites, very clean, feels like you are out in the country. Large trees so satellite reception in some sites may be difficult. Near Interstate but you don't really notice. Gated, so feels secure. A little pricey at 45.00 a night but for the area if you want nice you need to pay a little more. We camped here in a Motorhome.

My wife can list many complaints, no pull-throughs, gravel sites, freeway noise, the pool closes at 8 pm, but for my money, this was one of the best parks we've ever camped at. The lay-out is like a county park, mature trees that shade your site, wide-open grassy areas, big spaces between each site, a river at one end to walk your dogs. The playgrounds are well-maintained. The staff was helpful, and it's within 16 miles of things like Disneyland and Knots Berry Farm. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is a nice sunrise after going through Los Angeles. It is a nice big park with big trees and a nice pool. If you need room for your kids to run around etc then this is definitely the park for you. Sites are gravel, which some people might like but it really caused us a problem with our truck sinking and it created problems when trying to get out of our site. We arrived late and the office closed early which left us with many questions that you ask when you arrive in a new area. There was NO wi-fi ! No Cable TV ! These things are a necessity when it comes to modern camping. It is the furthest away from Disneyland of the Anaheim parks. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park in good location. Great for families. Lots of shade trees. Road was paved but sites are gravel but level. Nice pool area and both of the playgrounds were nice. Landscaping was very well kept and it was a pleasure to take an evening walk around this very large park. We will be staying there again without question. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and loved the park, we loved the trees and river. The only thing I would like to point out is the freeway, just to close. They do have a sound wall and that seems to help, I would get a spot closer to the river. The bathrooms, pool and park it's self were clean and staff friendly. Another thing we loved was the spaces, They were large and most had shade. We'll be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Even though this park is literally right next to the freeway, you wouldn't know it! It is shady with lots of level paved areas for biking. We had a lovely time camping with another family and we were situated next to a huge green lawn, probably an acre wide. The kids had a great place to play. No noise problems to report at night. We were there just days after the big fire so we weren't allowed to have a campfire, but that was understandable! Very nice creek-side sites are available and we'll try to get one of them next time. We will definitely be back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is very expensive but immaculately groomed and is made on the footprint of an old county campground. It is more park like with large open space between the loop sides. Each site is well spaced between each other. Most are back in. I stay here when work requires me to be closer than normal. It's gated and safe. There are a few sites right on the Santa Ana river, but mostly it is a "city Park" like atmosphere and is located in a suburban area. Noise from the 91 freeway is unavoidable. it's the only real downside to this park, besides the price. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here over the New Year's weekend. We made the reservation the day before arriving. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites and playground equipment were clean. There is a $20 refundable deposit for keycard to get in and out after hours. A very nice RV park with lots to do, but with one minus. The 91 freeway runs along side it and the freeway sound is non-stop. Find a site away from the freeway side. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice park, although pricey. The sites are wide and level with tables and fire rings. It is a park setting with lots of large trees that do hang over some sites. A few full time live ins, but they are clean and not a problem like at other parks. The WIFI signal is spotty sometimes and not always easy to pick up. Some staff is friendly, some indifferent, none unfriendly so far. We stay here several times a year. There are lots of squirrels and birds. Our neighbor saw some type of large cat in a tree once. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

As a family park, this one is pretty good but not great. Good playground, park is right next to bike path, but also right next to the 91 freeway and the noise is quite prevalent throughout the park. Pool is seasonal. The rope course advertised on the website looks cool, but is operated by an outside vendor and was not open when we were here. Game room is shabby, camp "store" is pretty slim pickins'- make sure you don't forget anything. Front desk help is not exactly rude but they aren't helpful or cheerful either. There are a number of permamnent and semi-permanent residents and all the sites are sort of mixed together. All told, this is an ok park and beats most others in the Anaheim area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent 2 nights here while our house was being fumigated. It's a pleasant area very close to the 91 FWY. Moderate number of seasonal campers in CG but did not degrade the experience. Bike/running/walking trails near by. While the CG is next to the Santa Ana River, you should be told that access into the river basin and the waters is usually not allowed by law. It's a river to look at rather than to use. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
