Staff was inattentive and occasionally rude. Site was two angle-in parking spaces side-by-side in a large asphalt parking lot. When we said this is not what we expected or wanted, we were told curtly that they had already run my card and "no refunds could be given!" Free cable was advertised, but when we discovered their cable had a male connection rather than the standard female connection, we were told that we would have to go to Walmart and buy an adapter. We finally called the management company responsible for the park and complained. They reluctantly agreed to refund our money. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice RV park and very quiet; the staff was nice. We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The restrooms/showers were clean and newly remodeled. The sites were big and you had enough room to park your car. Only thing I didn't like, was anyone could walk/drive through the campground. There were a lot of people who took short cuts to get to the apartments that were located behind the RV park. So I was kind of uncomfortable with that. Overall I would recommend this RV park and we will be coming back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Our biggest concern was the constant movement of people walking through the park taking a short cut to the apartments behind the RV park. I saw what looked to be a drug buy within the park gates. We did not feel secure at all and moved after one night. After calling for a reservation and the employees not being able to tell me how to get to the park if I was not on I-5, I was not sure what to expect. I knew this was a parking lot and had no problem with that aspect. I was quoted a price of $43 +3 for our daughter. I was asked twice about my rig and truck. Upon arrival I was told the spot was going to be $65. Umm, No. After going around and around they explained that my 29 ft rig would not fit in the 40 ft site because I also had a truck..that would be the truck I told them about 2 times, right? After arguing we ended up in 2 spots near the front opening..no gate on the opening and not secured in any way. We stayed for one night and moved across the street. I would not recommend this park ever, for anyone. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

What a delight this was staying here! Clean, good power, super friendly staff. And the complimentary coffee and muffins every morning were great too. Five minute drive to Disneyland parks and if you don't want to drive, a bus is available to take you. I would go back here again without a second thought to visit Disney! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very attentive and helpful checking staff. Everything very clean. As to be expected in area, close to Disneyland, sites tight with very little privacy. There is a shuttle available to Disney but it isn't free. Would come again if we return to Disney. We camped here in a Motorhome.

For an urban park, this is a great place to stay while in Anaheim. We have been here before and will return in the future. While there is some freeway noise when outside, we heard zero inside the RV. The park is not located on a busy street, but a quiet side street. The staff was superb in assisting with information, purchasing of Disney tickets, and any kind of assistance we needed. Muffins, coffee and a newspaper were provided every day. The shuttle to Disney works very well and 65 up get a three day pass for $5, otherwise is $15. The shuttle bus has it's first pickup to Disney and the first drop off here. Sites are level, park is kept spotless and sites are ample for all slides to be out. Grass for the dogs and a safe place to stay. We'll be back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for a week while visiting the area. The back-in sites looked to have a lot more space between them than the pull-throughs. Fair warning: Tuesday morning is garbage day! The trucks will be slamming waste bins for what feels like hours. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Hookups all worked well. Had to use a couple of leveler blocks on the front wheels due to a slight downward slope - not bad. Park is very clean. Wi-Fi worked well for us. No cable TV, but not really needed when surrounded by so much to do and see. Calm atmosphere - of course it is the off season...so who knows? Reasonable weekly rate. We will definitely use this park again whenever in Anaheim. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is well kept. It has grass and trees (mostly tall palms) between sites. It is the closest RV park to Disneyland. We were treated courteously and in a friendly manner. They do heat their pool and spa all year. Their WiFi did not work in our rig at our site (#448). It did work fine in the lounge/game room. Their rates are quoted for 2 persons. Extra person is $4.00 per night. Their rates as quoted do not include Lodging Tax (15%) or Tourist Improvement District Assessment (2%). These are added when you pay. There is a 10% discount for AAA, Good Sam, etc. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed for 3 days at Anaheim RV village. The RV park is centrally located to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, right off the I5 freeway. There is an entrance located off of Ball Road, very handy if you have a large RV or are towing. The park is clean; restrooms were very nice as were the laundry facilities. The spots are close together, though. The staff was very friendly, helpful. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Probably my only displeasure was there wasn't cable TV at each site. I felt that for the price charged this should have been included. They do have satellite TV located in the lounge. We would stay again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed at this park about a year ago, but conditions have deteriorated since we were last here. The freeway noise has increased, and now there is a major sewer pipe replacement going on in the park. Huge trucks and tractors operating within feet of your RV, stirring up dust and tearing up all the interior roads. A fact that the desk failed to mention when we called for a reservation. The sites are still decent size, but the loud day and night freeway noise is a huge negative. And the water pressure is still pathetic. We can't wait to leave. I won't stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is in a beautiful open space area and would be perfect if not for the dirty water problem. They said it was just magnesium from not being used much. For the price, we expected cable or Wi-Fi, at least. We had no television reception either, probably because it is down in a small canyon and we were in a Class B instead of a high-profile RV. They were very relaxed about pets, so we were comfortable there with our dogs. I don't think we'd stay there again; there are other options in the area with better amenities. Also, there was little-to-no water pressure in the bathrooms. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very spacious park in a great setting. The only downsides are the freeway and frequent low water pressure. If you’re not in a site near near the river and far from the freeway, the noise is excessive. We experienced sub-30psi water pressure frequently, probably due to sprinklers being run. The office staff during check-in was outstanding (a married couple?), and the checkout person was ok. $10 deposit for the gate card if you plan to drive out and return. The east section is closed for a sewer line project next to the freeway and should reopen in December. We probably won’t return since it was a local getaway and there are other parks we prefer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
