This place is a dump! It's bad enough that it's right next to a noisy freeway but 90% of it is filled with permanent residents who obviously don't give darn about the conditions in which they live. It is obvious the management does not care about appearances. There is trash laying about and they do not seem to pick it up. Rather they blow it across the fence line onto anothers property or into a creek that borders the park. But it is still visible as you drive or walk about. While walking our dog we were treated to excessivly loud rock music coming from one of the resident inhabitants and our dog found a rotting hot dog on the ground to chew on, not to mention the close up views of cigarette butts, fast food wrappers and various other trash all over the place. Priceless! The next morning we were treated to a dust bath courtesy of the resident mow and blow guy. I bet he doesn't blow dirt all over his own rig! As a long time property manager I see alot of potential in this place, all that it needs is people with vision who care about the people who visit and take pride in the service they provide. But, I guess all they are after is a quick and easy dollar. We will not be staying here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
