This campground is one of the best we've visited. We go back every year at least once a season, usually more. Great campsites that are shaded, private, and spacious. Interesting hiking with Redwood forest and Hermit Huts. River nearby for swimming. Head out for a day of wine tasting. Claudia Springs is one of the best wineries in the area, right next to the Rock Stop (kids love it). The bathrooms are nice and clean, and the staff is terrific. Junior Ranger programs offered in the summer. Recently closed by the State and reopened by private owners. Will be interesting to see if it changes. Highly recommend. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
