Military only (Active, Retired, Reserve, DAV). Dry and dusty most of the time which is an improvement over when it rains and the world turns to mud. Normal base amenities available (Navy exchange, Commissary, Movie Theater, etc. Located about 10 miles from downtown El Centro. Most sites are back-in and although our site was supposed to have 50 Amp service, only the 30 Amp would work. Not bad for an overnight (I stayed here twice going into and out of San Diego), but wouldn't want to spend much time here. We camped here in a Motorhome.
