Its a dump! RUN! There were long term people living there and broken down old RV's in several slots. There are no sewer hookups on most spots and you have to dump up by the office when you leave. The lady that answered the phone was rude, no two ways about it. The bathrooms and showers were very dirty with bugs in there everywhere and there was no hand soap and paper towels. They looked like they hadn't been touched in months. We will NOT be staying here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Trim trees and brush; obstructs entry. Old tired park. Many permanent residents in very old campers with too much junk laying around. Restrooms and showers covered with flying insects. Too expensive not worth dollars. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park is close to Sequoia National Park and on a nice State Route. The Park is somewhat rustic; however, our space (E4) and other near us were comfortably large with partial shade for our 40 ft. MH, and level. The staff was friendly and responsive to our late evening phone call for reservations. There are some permanent residents. The pool was clean and being filled for summer. Staff seemed to be doing a lot of Spring maintenance. Verizon cell & data worked well here. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Arrived after hours on a Sat night and left before office opened in the morning. We were supposed to fill in reg form but none left in night box. Mostly long term residents by the look of it. Outdoor swimming pool looked unused and a little dilapidated (full of leaves - but was Dec). Certainly very quiet. Never saw a soul. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Many long term residents with junk piled around their sites but some sites were very well kept, grass tended to, small fences and those folks were nice. Others were not even given to say hello. The owner gave the appearance she wished no one would bother her. The price was a little high considering no TV or Internet service. The park was too far from Sequoia & King Canyon National parks. We had paid for 3 days and left in 2. I was not comfortable in this park and would not go back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
