Although this RV park did not have amenities and was very basic, we were happy to have it available. There is no other RV parking in the vicinity of Boulder. Since we wanted to visit our daughter there, we needed this play to stay. The management was friendly, but Wi-Fi only worked inside the building. We camped here in a Motorhome.

It is restricted to BPOE members. There is a dump station. It is the only place within 15 miles of Boulder to park. Has a great view of the front range of the rockies. Swimming is summer only and there is a separate fee. Not the best camping but for a day or two it is adaquate. We camped here in a camper.
