This campground is simple. Water is available at only one area. There are only ten sites, only five of which are "first-come-first-served." Reservations can be made via phone or online, but it's a bit vague on the website. There are birds galore here and the Grassland is a well-known birding area. The bathroom was dirty and had no TP when I arrived. After two days, the "Hosts", who did wave, cleaned and re-supplied them. There are a few short birding trails here. It's an out of the way spot, but the only campground that I could find in Northeast Colorado. There is excellent Verizon service, due to the closeness to Greeley, CO. Lots of nice tall poplar trees give some sites excellent shade. I used my "Geezer Card" to get half off the going rate. You'll like the peace and quiet. We camped here in a Motorhome.
