Quiet place to park while exploring this remote area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This campground is not what you would call luxurious. However it was as well maintained as a campground in the middle of the dessert can get. We really enjoyed staying here. The lots are big and open. You can have as much privacy as you'd like. The staff is very friendly and they enforce the rules without getting into your business. We were allowed to have a campfire outside on Saturday nights with all of the other campers. We played the guitar and some people sang, drank and cooked. We were really allowed to enjoy ourselves in the great outdoors in an appropriate manner. We stayed here for 8 months and I would most definitely stay again! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A really sad RV Park. It sure doesn't have any type of appeal what so ever. Dirt spaces with low growing weeds. We decided to stay here since this park was better than the alternative (Outlaw RV Park..another dump) which was a bigger mess than it was when we drove through two years ago. Power was fluctuating so much that we decided to just run off our batteries and hooked up the water & sewer. A man came over to our motorhome and told us other people have had problems with the power too. He appeared to have been drinking and my husband said that there was a swarm of gnats circling around his head and when he walked off they followed him. There were a lot of oil & gas field workers at the back of the park and they seemed to keep their area clean. ATV and dirt bikes were being ridden into and around the outside of the park. It finally stopped at 10pm. Naturally this noise started after we had arrived and set up. The manager was very nice and she said there were showers in the building which is located in the middle of the park. We didn't go anywhere near them. The park is only accepting checks or cash as payment. Cell, dome satellite, and Aircard worked fine. When we went looking for the trash dumpster, we found it to be overflowing onto the ground. Would we stay here again? NO WAY! If you have sophisticated electronics on board stay away. We camped here in a Motorhome.
