Looks like 10 hookup sites, a small lawn for 2-3 tents and small area for dry camping. Not much of a park but "the only game in town". The motel claimed to have WiFi, but we were unable to connect at any time during our stay. No laundry. Most sites are pull-throughs. Not a very attractive park, but we stayed 2 weeks while scouting the area, so shouldn't complain too loudly. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very basic small park. Several permanent residents. Pull through was easy to get into. We did have to ask the maid to move car to leave, as she parked in front of us. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Resort is located about 24 miles south of Breckenridge. Fairplay is a small, friendly former mining town and offers a few good restaurants and an interesting historic downtown. Whispering Aspen is located in town and has modular cabins, park models, and RV sites for sale and rent. Sites are large with concrete pads, but could use a some additional landscaping. Staff is extremely friendly and easy to get along with. The resort offers a clubhouse with a lounge, pool table, and outdoor tennis courts. A nice getaway and rural alternative to Tiger Run in Breckenridge. We camped here in a Motorhome.
