This park's name is accurate - RV CAMP. It's not a resort or even a park because it's pretty rustic. The spaces are nebulous (tough to know if you're really in one), but they give you enough freedom to get almost) level. The surface is occasional gravel with cement & rock fire pits. There were no vacationers while we were there, just workers in the local industries (although they were very friendly. We would stay here again if we wanted to visit the Grand Mesa for fall colors, but I do believe the price is too high for no cable (because you probably won't get broadcast channels). Looks like the park is for sale --I hope the new owners will put a little money into the place and make it a true destination because the Mesa is an awesome place (and there are no full hookups higher on the mountain). We camped here in a Motorhome.
