We spent one week here. This is really not an "overnight" park and you could have a wonderful stay..but.. There are two worlds here. (1)This is an older RV park that they are selling lots off in for park models or owner sights $29,000 each. There were only 7 rental sights available and they were all located between park models and to small for our 45' bus. (2) There is a A class motor home only section that lot owners rent lots from when they are absent. These lots are wonderful, double wide, 90 ft. well landscaped and many on the water (sell for $69,000). We paid $150. for 1 week electricity included. Park is as advertised, golf course and all. If you call ask for the head park ranger who works from 6AM until 2PM she knows which owner lots are available for rent. Otherwise you will have the sales office who will try to sell you a lot. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We went to Florida with the two plans - one to go to the Daytona 500 and the other to find a place to put our motorhome for the winter months starting next year. Based on their website I wasn't sure if this would be a place for us as I thought it was really all about the Golfing. Well maybe it is for some but we have found a home. This was our second stop in our travels before the Daytona 500. We intended to stay only 2 nights and then move on to another park. On the morning of Day 2 we chose to stay for another 2 days. We stayed in Regal Pointe section for the 4 days and found it to be fantastic. Everyone in the whole park is just so friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is available but in the clubhouse areas. Pool was very clean and everything very well maintained. While there we went with the Sales staff and looked at lots and options as we really did like it a lot. While we were touring we saw a few places to rent as well and contacted one of them. We have made arrangements to park our motorhome in his site in Partridge Pines starting in November until April. After the delayed Daytona 500 we were to continue on to two other parks before our return home today but we were quite tired so we placed a call and they found us a site for another four days, again in Regal Pointe. It truly is a great place. We were able to store our motorhome on the site we are renting in November. Everyone was so much help for our move to the other area it was truly a great experience. I can't suggest this place enough to everyone, very wonderful people in this park. We can't wait to go back next month! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed in our 45' motorhome in the Regal Point section. Don't know the number but it was the last one on St. George Drive. It had a RV port with a very large area with pavers on the 15th & 16th Hole. A very nice 18 hole golf course. All the people living there are very friendly and it seems that everyone says HI to you. The spot we stayed in was away from everything and very, very quite. If you have a large rig this is the spot to get. We are going to try to come back here every year from now on. There is a guy that rents very nice golf carts in the park. This is a 10+ park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have camped here several times and have always enjoyed the friendly campers and nice heated pool. We thought that the rest of the park would improve with the new ownership, but it has not happened. Still old park models, little grass, dead plants, buildings in marginal repair. Ponds have dried up, concrete cracked and crumbling on roads. Picnic table was unusable. Things seemed to be happening at the rec. hall, but we were never given a calendar of events, nor was one evident anywhere. Prices have increased, with no extra services. Office staff not very friendly. Probably will not be returning. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We had a nice, deep, shady site between two permanent residents. Roads are narrow, making backing difficult. We were given choice of three sites, but other two were full of residents' vehicles. Pool was warm and clean, restrooms and showers were very clean. Staff and residents were friendly. Name has been changed to Kissimmee South Carefree Resort. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A comfortable place to stay a while, especially if you are going to Disney- it's only 15 minutes away. Short-term guests are interspersed with mostly elderly long-term and permanent residents. This is a very friendly place; virtually everyone you pass smiles and says hi. The office manager Lynn and the rest of the staff are warm and helpful. Fifteen minutes away is Kissimmee, which has every store known to man. This is NOT a place of great natural beauty; it is on the outskirts of the sprawl known as Orlando. But the price is good (great if you stay a month: $445+ electric), the people are friendly, and there are a million things to do in the area, especially if you have the budget to visit the theme parks. Sites are level and most are about 20' x 45' (some a bit bigger) with a 6' x 15' concrete patio. There is Wi-Fi but you need to be right by the office to pick it up. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed here 10 days longer than intended. Very helpful staff. An older park but well looked after. Rate reflects Passport America. Not too far to grocery stores etc. Eight miles from Disney, if you car--we don't. Good terraced pull-throughs for even 35-40 footers even room for toad. Would visit again. No WiFi. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We came to Mouse Mountain as it was just 5 minutes from Disney World. We booked our site four months in advance. However, in those four months, the park changed owners and I think that caused a lot of problems. The site they put us in was way too small for our rig. We barely fit length wise and our slides covered half of our neighbor’s patio. We were going to stay for one month but left after one day. However, it is a nice park. It is an older park with narrow roads and old facilities. I think, given time, the new owners will work out the bugs. They were very nice in refunding our deposit and allowing us to leave. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We gave this place a 3 on 10. Any park that has a sign saying "Welcome to the best RV Park in the Worlds" should arouse suspicion. Any park that has less than half of its 250 sites occupied during March Break, should arouse suspicion. We like to think of KOAs as "The best surprise is no surprise." But I guess you can't not be surprised every time. The good points: It is relatively close to the attractions. The price is competitive. The main things work. On the other hand: The self-serve dumpsters were full to overflowing on Saturday when we arrived, and stayed that way until they were emptied on Monday (7 AM - noisy), with the associated aromatics. But the emptying did not include a bunch of mattresses and other junk that had been rotting in the dumpster enclosure for some time. And, today, Saturday again, they are back to overflowing and stinking. We were in the campground enough of the time to see that the toilets were not cleaned daily. The laundry room was gross: filthy and smelly. Of the 250 sites, about half were full, and a fair number of these had that deserted look. A bunch seemed to be for sale. Imagine trying to get $25 K for a rusted out 1978 hulk of tin. The park is mostly on a hill, which didn't seem to bother the battalions of ants that invaded us twice: no spraying that we saw. The tradeoff for proximity to the attractions is that the park is located at the vortex of I-4, SR-27 and the local water filtration plant: talk about sensory stimulation. As a one-nighter on the way to somewhere else, perhaps this joint is OK, but for a week of touristing: not. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Easy access right off of I-4. Nice pool and office area. Wi-fi worked great for us. We were near the office, but I believe wi-fi is good throughout the park. People were great. We stayed in a level pull through in row 1 near the pool, plenty of space and some shade We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a basic no frills snowbird park. No playground or pool. Large sites, with concrete pads on pull-throughs. Good power and water. Limited activity in summer months. Gated entrance with keypad for security. No credit cards accepted. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is not a family type campground as there is very little for kids to do here. It is an adult style RV park with very roomy sites. They have 20 asphalt pull throughs with concrete slabs including picnic tables and grassy borders. Bathrooms are older, but clean, and there is one male and one female coin operated shower that doesn't seem to be very busy. This facility is gated and very quiet. There is an activity center where you can watch TV, borrow books and VCR movies to watch or just visit with friends. Laundry facilities, and shuffleboard area. Wi-Fi reception is better the closer you are to the office. Grounds are well kept and this RV park is quite reasonably priced and good value. We have stayed here twice on our trip and would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very very tight parking. I believe we were in the F 800 section. Staff is very friendly. We had a coupon from the Tampa RV show so we decided to stay on our way down to the Keys. Regular rate is 22.00 night Grass on your site is well kept and they have landscaping bark around pedestals. Spots are level. I would recommend asking to stay on the backside of the property as Highway 4 is in front of the property. You are close to shopping and Walmart is about 8 miles south. All in all worth a overnight stay passing through. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park, clean with the nicest pool I have ever seen! Nice fitness room. Not many activities and it is right on the highway so it will be noisy. Staff are very friendly. We moved sites midway as our first one had absolutely no shade. We will make this our alternate park from our Thousand Trail membership for sure! We will be back We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Paid with Passport America, so i got 1/2 off. Very clean, very nice staff, and very close to tons of shopping. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 rating is because they don't have a hot tub - although the pool is very nice. We camped here in a Motorhome.
