Blackwater River State Park is a nice, clean, and quiet park in north Florida. The 30 spaces are arranged around two loops with a central bath house between the two loops and a campground host on each loop. The gravel lots were level and well maintained with a built in BBQ grill and a fire ring. The river is just down a very short path. While we were in the park, they were experiencing river flooding so all of the beach areas and boating access areas were underwater. We would like to come back when the river is at a more normal level. Choose this park for a nice quiet camping experience. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful State Park, rangers and camp hosts very helpful. Paved roads with level fine gravel sites. FHU's are well placed and work well. We had to maneuver a bit to back a 42' toy hauler into site #26, but it was doable. We were able to find Dish network satellites after moving our portable dish onto our roof (Superbowl weekend), but all sites have beautiful pines and are not very satellite friendly. Verizon voice service was fine, data was erratic but usable. Dog friendly with usual leash and building restrictions, excellent walking paths along river and around lakes. Restrooms were extremely clean. About 10 miles to grocery and fuel. Daily trash pickup at site. Host rakes and cleans sites after each use. Minor issue: close proximity to heliport, daytime noise can be annoying. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

What a nice surprise this park was. Full hook ups, good electric, clean level sites. The town is 10 miles away with all the shopping you can use. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate is for 30 amp full hookup. Nice grass sites that are angled and level. Cable is not available, but skies are clear for satellite. Wifi was available, but we used our own access. Nice management and very friendly seasonal (snowbirds) residents at park. Great stop-over, 1/2 mile north of I-10. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Perfect place for a stopover on the way to Florida. Also popular for long term campers. Very reasonable price, easy on & off I-10. Large gravel pull through sites and very friendly owner. This is our 4th stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

River's Edge is a quaint, rustic RV camp easily located off the interstate. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sites were extra wide with gravel and fairly level. Washrooms, while older were very clean and well looked after. You are located not far from a military base so we did hear two jets go by in the afternoon, but night time was very quiet and peaceful. I would stop here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at about 10 campgrounds over a two-week period from California to Florida and from Florida back to California. This was one of the worst campgrounds we stayed at. The bathrooms were disgusting. There were large bugs all over the showers and the bathroom. It was very unfriendly. It is pretty far off the I-10 and it is not even worth the $22.00 a night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Wi-Fi was overpriced for such slow service. The bugs would eat you alive even with repellent. They infiltrated my RV and got in my bed where I was bitten several times in one night. I was in lot 62 not one air channel was available. They will not give you a refund if you find the park unsatisfactory or have to leave early. Sand roads so you can't ride a bike and have difficulty pulling your rig through it. Won't ever pay to stay at this place again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
