We can't wait to leave this campground. It is advertised as a resort, but we now realize it is a trailer park. Anything goes here. The pool is so small, all we can do is stand in one place. We don't feel wanted in the rec-hall at all. There are not many programs that a monthly camper can be involved in. Many rude people including the lady in the office. The list of complaints would be too long to post. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Way over priced for what you get. Be advised that they charge you $50 if you need to cancel a reservation, even with a three month advanced notice. We won't stay here again & certainly won't make reservations for a winter stay in advance again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here during Spring Break, and there were many vacant spots. The campground is nicely treed, but many of the sites are narrow making a Big Rig a challenge to avoid trees. We arrived after a good deal of rain, and some of the sites were muddy. The camp hosts were terrific and very helpful. We would camp here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an older campground. The campsites are quite close together but tolerable because of the shade and vegetation. The ground is damp; be prepared for some mud. The bathhouses are dated and need renovation. There are no sewer hookups which tends to force campers to use the facilities. The campground was full, and I think that the bathhouses were quite heavily used; therefore could use more frequent sanitation intervention. Additionally, because of it's location, be prepared for mosquitoes. That being said, I enjoyed the campground for it's proximity to Marco Island and the beaches there. The campground offers an array of activities and has, again dated, a nice screened in community room to house some of their events. There were oodles of kids in this campground and all seemed to be having a blast. The campground was peaceful and quite at night. The staff was helpful, professional, and courteous. There was a photo of panther cubs on the office wall - I commented as to how beautiful they were; the ranger told me the whole story - He took the time to envelope me with the work done with the panthers... I was amazed at what they do!! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Thank goodness this was only an overnight stay. The sites were extremely close together and the layout emphasized the closeness. The bathrooms were old and always looked like they needed a good cleaning. There was a nice boat launch facility, but I didn't kayak the area. The location was convenient to my trip route into the Everglades. It's about one hour away from Shark Valley and a great tram ride into the Everglades. I would never make this a destination campground but it was tolerable for a one night stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a resort, not a campground. It has everything possible to make one's stay perfect. Check in was fast, friendly, and efficient. The entire three weeks we were there the staff was working on keeping it clean. In addition to all the things others have mentioned, we appreciated being able to wash our fifth wheel at our site, the truck wash in back, recycling of aluminum cans and newspapers, the bike bath, fitness center, and laundry. Our site was beautifully landscaped to provide a nice shade. It is definitely the friendliest place we've ever stayed. Within 10 minutes after arriving, a resident came to invite us to a potluck and events happening on the weekend. Everyone waved anytime meeting others on the road or passing by. The cable had enough channels that we didn't set up our satellite. If there was any drawback, it was the lack of Wi-Fi at our site. We went to the library or laundry area to use it. We loved our stay definitely will be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We can't find a thing to criticize about this park. Mixed park models, permanents, and short term surrounding a small artificial lake. Two clubhouses with heated pools, hot tubs, laundry. Daily trash pickup at your site. No recycling. Compulsively kept up; every tree, hedge, blade of grass meticulously groomed. We could find no structure in need of paint or repair. Our rig was the only thing in the park in need of cleaning and polishing; an odd feeling. Quiet and peaceful with good security. Another reviewer described this park as an older park; doesn't look old to us. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was nothing but a mobile home park. The only RV site we saw was the one they sent us to. Really hard to back into. Once we finally got in, we plugged into electricity and sparks flew and smoke came from receptacle. We immediately unplugged and called office. They said they would have electrician out "first thing tomorrow". When we said we couldn't stay without electricity, they said an electrician was "on the way." We left anyway, as it was getting dark on a Friday night. We didn't think an electrician was really on the way. We never got our money back. Credit card company was no help. If you check into an RV park and there is a 4' x 4' sign that says "No Refunds", run. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Older park set among the trees. Owned by Melton so changing name and starting to upgrade. Most sites appear to be perms but we were just passing through so worked out fine. Pull thru at the back with no view except RV storage. 3 1/2 miles off I75 on the way to Marco Island. If you are looking for a quick in and out this fits the bill. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pricey but convenient to points of interest. This campground is tight for big rigs; however, we did have a "just enough" big rig site which accommodated our slides. Since this is the high season, the park was fully packed. There are some pull-through sites at the back of the campground with not-too-pleasant views of their RV storage. Many activities are available during the winter months. There are a lot of construction going on outside of the park so pay attention when getting directions to the park. Friendly staff. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Typical snowbird park with RV sites mixed in with park models. Many sites are close together, although they are very long, so size of RV should not be a problem. The roads are rather narrow so when park is full it could be a challenge to park your RV. RV's are parked on grass with a concrete patio and picnic table. Nice landscaping and park is well maintained. Small but nice swimming pool. Convenient location. Helpful friendly staff. Office closed on weekends off season. We were there during off season and it was quite empty. We understand there are many activities during season and the park is popular with French Canadians. Rate we paid reflects off season/first time visitor internet special. We would return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Strange that our experience here varied so much from the last reviewer, but we found this park an absolute delight with many very friendly RV'ers. Tons of activities within the park, and a great location to get to shopping, restaurants, beach, etc. Park is about 1/2 park models and 1/2 MHs, 5'ers, and trailers. Most are seniors who snowbird for extended months. Everyone seemed to take good care of their lot. Many lots had nice concrete patios and all sites were level. This was one of the lesser-priced parks in the area, but seemed better cared for and friendlier than the others. There are some newer, fancier parks that charge twice as much, but we felt this park's location and price made it a better deal. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were told that it was a 55+ RV Resort. It really is a trailer park. The dogs were the best part of the park. The pool was too small for having 20 or more, mostly rude people that refuse to speak English and talk to the top of their lungs. Roads almost impassible many times because they are not wide enough. Some trailers were disgusting looking and one had people coming and going all hours of the night and a pit bull, not well behaved. Police had to come. One man has a 16-17 year old staying with him. (not a relative) that he met when the boys family stayed. Tents were popping up as well as clotheslines which were not allowed. The place is just not what the advertisements say it is. I will never return and am truly disgusted that I wasted my money. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very friendly staff. Sites were so close together I couldn't put out my slides. Sewer hook-up required 30' of hose. There are a lot of permanent/seasonal residents. Tight roads and sharp turns. This is our 2nd winter here. It's very expensive. Sites are narrow and close together, but landscaping between sites helps. Some sites flood when it rains hard. Has a small pool, small laundry, restrooms, but no showers, a nice club house, lots of activities. That being said it's kinda clicky. Lots of Canadians. It is the closest RV park to Naples. Liked it, but we won't stay again because of the cost. Have to pay in full before you arrive. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The last campground in Naples before Everglades City and the Everglades park. So it is a bit remote from the city, but good for heading south. Nice wide sites with concrete pads and full hookups. Wide streets make backing big rigs easy. The highway noise was noticeable in our transient site. Ask for a more interior site to keep the traffic noise low. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Delightful staff. Close to Marco Island and Naples. We were the only renter there during this off season. Since it is the off season, there was no security guard, but the gate is keypad operated. We didn't have any problem with the lack of a guard. Back in sites are plenty large for big rigs. Everything is nicely landscaped. Major drawback is lack of Wi-Fi except in the clubhouse. Wow: where to start on this one? I guess, if you are a 60+ full-timer that wants to be around a lot of other people in a social environment in Naples, then maybe this could be a good campground for you. I have to admit that the people here were very friendly, and they do have a nightly 'happy hour' on the gazebo bridge, that again could be a nice thing. However: and there's a lot of however's! 1 - This park is right next to the airport. At first there were a few cessna's and it was cute. My kids were even kind of excited. ("Look another one!") Then the Lear jets started coming, and coming, and coming. It got to the point where you had to stop your conversation every 3 minutes and wait for the plane to pass before you start again. 2 - There are 236 sites in this campground. It really only has room for about 100. I've never seen such greed on the part of campground owners. They were packed in like sardines with awnings only having maybe 15 inches of clearance before the next camper. 3 - We were told that we had to be in the "overflow" so I envisioned maybe a grassy field with no services. Instead, they parked us at the end of one of their streets, on the street. And for that I had to pay the full $55! The most we had paid at any campsite from coast to coast, except when we stayed at a proper RV "Resort" like Disney's Fort Wilderness. I would never stay here again, and can't believe that people do! I wanted to take pictures for this review of the big 5th wheel trailers all crammed in, parallel parking style, with no room even for their trucks, which had to park across the road. We went to visit my father who was staying here. I still don't understand why. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is pretty typical for southern Florida. Has small tight spaces and tight roads. About half the sites are paved, half are sand. Utilities and facilities are okay. Good lending library. Wi-Fi was slow. In 4 days, we heard about a dozen loud planes. Friday night a loud band played into the wee hours. Otherwise, it was a quiet park. There is a nice walking/bike trail across the street at the airport. Proximity to shopping and attractions was excellent. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Don't consider coming here unless you check it out first. It is not like it is represented on their website and they will not issue a refund. Run down and in need of a lot of work. Airport noise is deafening. Creek they brag about is a drainage ditch. "Clubhouse" and pool area were locked up so can't rate either. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place is wonderful. It is a true resort for Class "A" only motorhomes. This place is a true "10". Pads very large and sites are fully landscaped. Clubhouse has everything with a beautiful pool, spa, workout room, showers, laundry, etc. There is continental breakfast every morning in the clubhouse. We only stayed one night, but will return for longer stay next Winter. Pricey, but worth it. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent the month of February at the park and were there for the grand opening. It is a very nice park for class A rigs only and kept spotless by the park employees. We used the hot tub almost everyday and it was always spotless. There are three separate pools and hot tubs on the property. The park hosted a number of events during the month that we were there and we had a great time. We would stay here again anytime. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place is gorgeous and brand new! Spacious sites, all are back-in and you have to meet restrictions to get in so you will have great neighbors. No trailers, 5th wheels or tents and your rig has to be 35 feet or larger. The park was started by Monaco Coach before the RV shakeout and was then bought by Morgan RV Resorts who finished it. Everglades are close, beaches are not far and super restaurants close also. Great shopping and even a Wal-Mart for those so inclined. Very friendly staff and they seem to encourage a return visit, which we will likely do. We camped here in a Motorhome.

It is one of the finest parks we have ever been in, but also the most expensive. Since we were in Naples to visit relatives, we didn't use the facilities and can't comment on them. It is a beautiful park, but way over priced. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a superb park. They have a well-maintained, easy access facility with everything you would want. Pool, their own golf, and many activities that you can sign up and attend. This park is not geared toward children although they would be welcome. We would stay here anytime again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Outstanding facility, one of the best, and possibly the best, we have stayed at. Clean large sites, excellent landscaping, wonderful pool, fun social activities, convenient location. Only minor complaint is that Wi-Fi is not available at each site, although we did access it from the club house. A top rating from our family for this resort. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
