Great Campground . We had a boat and caught alot of fish. The store up front is ok price on beer and bait but make sure you bring alot of bottle water fire wood etc thats where they get you $11.99 for a 24 pack of water $3.00 for a can of chili so pros and cons but the store has nothing to do with park so pack well and enjoy a amazing camp trip. We caught alot of trout ,flounder We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park, but you are a long way from any city. Staff was very friendly and the park was well maintained. We would recommend this park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have camped here before and it is a nice park if you like water activities. Having a boat, canoe, kayak, is a must otherwise, you'll get bored quickly! Options are to go to the beach across the street or drive down to the Sebastian Inlet State Park. There's the McClarty Treasure Museum south of the inlet which is cool to see. Also, Disney has a resort in Vero Beach (a few miles down the road on A1A) which has a character breakfast on Saturdays (yes, it is very pricey!) which the kids will love. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Sites were small, but the view was great. Everything first class. Adirondack chairs at site and umbrella table. Clubhouse very tastefully appointed. Nice dock seating. We enjoyed watching the birds and fish. Great sunrise. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The new caretakers / managers of the resort have made a lot of positive changes since we stayed here last Christmas. The site pads have been repaired and painted, there are now awnings and chairs and tables at all of the sites, and they've made some nice upgrades to the landscaping. There is also a new club house in the building where the office used to be. The new managers are very friendly and are eager to help. They've made a nice park even better. We'll definitely be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pelican's Landing is a bit odd in that some sites require you to park head in so that your awning will be on the same side as the concrete patio provided. Also the power pole is on one end of the pad and the water/ sewer is on the other end. You have to make sure that you are positioned properly for hookups. The site we had only had a 50 amp plug so I had to buy parts to make an adaptor at 6:00 in the evening. Otherwise it's a very nice park with great access to the water, and it's very well maintained. There is a resident superintendent who takes care of any problems immediately. As a matter of fact, everyone we met there was very nice. We will definitely return. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a mobile home park that got hid hard by a hurricane a few years ago. Some permanent residents didn't move back so there are slabs where the homes used to be. It is right on US 1 convenient to everything. The residents here are very friendly and they keep their places up. There are no rest rooms yet. I am staying here during off season so, I did get the off season rate. The streets in the park are nice and wide. I will stay here again on my next trip through. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This appears to be a pretty much seasonal park allowing transient RV's a place to stay. Sites are level and easy to get in and out of. We didn't use the showers or facilities, however, the dumpsters were full to the point of overflowing. Adequate for an overnight stay, going up I-95. We camped here in a Motorhome.

On the positive side, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The park is older but well maintained. It's bathrooms are remodeled and both pools are well maintained. On the negative side, wifi is only available on one side of the park and you had better be close to the tower for it to work well. The other complaint is that the park is divided into 2 camps, those who speak English and those who speak French. The wifi connection is in the French speaking area and they really don't want to associate with non-French speaking folks. I hesitate to write about this because we have never experienced this in our many visits to Canada. Canadians have ever been kind courteous, and lovely to be around. Whispering Palms seems to have attracted a very large group of unpleasant French Canadians who won't speak to anyone but each other. We had Thanksgiving at the park and the room had an invisible line drawn down the middle of the room. One side for the French Canadians and the other for the rest of us. Many of the residents are so tired of what's going on that they are selling their park models to go elsewhere. It's a shame because it a nice park. We stayed here for a month and after the first 2 weeks asked to be moved to another site because we felt so unwelcome where we were. It's OK for a nights stay but I would not recommend it as a long term place to stay given the atmosphere. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park. Our site was next to road but noise wasn't too bad most of the time. Pull through sites are paved w/table but are tight and might be easier to back into! A few have a small amount of shade. Limited cable TV. Bring your own drinking water which we've found to be the case in a lot of parks. You can choose a back in site elsewhere in the park if available, but you may not have cable TV. Nice pool at office entrance. Bath house at office entrance was closed for remodeling as was the laundry but another one was open further back in the park (laundry smaller) neither had AC. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rate reflects Camping Club weekly rate which is very liberal, can stay 2 weeks at this rate! Best we've found. Will stay again when in area since it is just 10 minutes to the beach. Good place to eat in the "Village" in Sebastian is Las Palmas Cuban Restaurant right on US1. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
