We enjoyed our six-day stay at this lovely park. Folks were real friendly. Wi-Fi is extra (TengoInternet). Sites were easy in and out for the RV. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here with Thousand Trails membership; no charge. Park was very nice and sites were level with slight rise to enter. Had full services and staff were friendly for the most part. Park was quiet and people controlled their pets; no barking dogs. Sites were gravel. Large field where cranes visited. Nice clubhouse with some activities. Park is very close to shopping and services. Although close to hwy 44 traffic noise was limited in back section. The WiFi is Tengo and is AWFUL and very expensive ($5.95/day). I would rate the campground higher except for WiFi. We bought T- Mobile hotspot for internet. We would definitely stay again but only if we have our own internet connection. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Ok so here's the way I see this. To be a five star in my book you have to meet certain requirements to a certain degree. 1. Kid friendly. 2. Good Wi-Fi. 3. Clean bathhouses. 4. On site laundry. 5. Near stores, but still quiet. 6. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere. 7. Pet friendly. Granted there is no pool or park which, even though I don't travel with kids, I like to see. However there are a ton of planned activities for the grown folks every week. These folks have a rec hall and they USE it. They have a Gazebo and they USE it. They foster a sense of community like no place we've stayed before. So I give them extra points for that. We came in here accidentally in emergency circumstances, and were welcomed with open arms. We have been made to feel like a part of this community and it IS a community. We hope to return here at least every couple of years for the snowbird season to visit with these amazing folks. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed there about three months, we found it to be very loud during so called quite time(11pm-8am). Most people living here are regulars, our next door neighbors came and went all hours of the night. Managers did not allow loud parties, but said nothing about loud exhaust on vechicles and motorcycles all hours of the night. Not gated and not patroled. Laundry was not good and dryers did not work well, (only one worked good), semi-trucks were allowed come and go, since two of the tennants lived here full time and parked their trucks here also. Basicly I am saying that this is not a good RV park if you are on a vacation, passing through and need a place to park overnight and noise is'nt a problem, then it fine for that. It has mainly turned into a trailer park, bad management!!!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed her 1 week during special promotion 6 days at 26.00, 1 day free. Staff was very friendly. Was told that current owners purchased the camp ground in Aug '12 and that they have been making gradual improvements. Currently have small rec center. Office and store is adequate for small purchases. This campground is close to The Villages which was beneficial as we were visiting relatives there. Laundry facilities were in good condition. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The park itself needs some work but it appears that this is being addressed. Easy access from I-75. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Stopped here to visit friends at The Villages for a few days. Campground is just off I-75 N but back off the road enough so noise wasn't bad. For $20 Passport America rate, got free Wi-Fi and cable. Site was a level, long pull-through. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure everything was set up and worked well, including helping to add a hose section to reach the sewer and find me a site to allow me to use my rooftop satellite. Small laundry room was clean and cheaper than most, and even though some machines were out of order, those working were fine. Small pool looked nice but weather too cold to try it. Would stop here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
