We overnighted here on our way back from a trip to Texas in our 40' DP pulling a full sized crew-cab pickup. The park was in initially concerned me due to it's location off a tiny little side road that was in very poor condition and had an extreme grade to it. The park itself feels bleak, drab and doesn't have much character. The satellite TV we paid for didn't work, and since the office was in winter hours, I couldn't get it fixed by the time we were done setting up. Beware you have to run a cable out your window directly to it, in most cases. The interior roads were in fair condition, the sites were gravel and extremely un-level. Our site required full extension of the rear jacks to get close to level. This seemed to be the case for many as I looked around and saw similar extension, blocking, board pile-ups on other rigs. Many extended use, residents living here, thankfully everything seemed to be kept clean and orderly. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is PA rate. This was an OK overnight stop. Park was a little difficult to find although it was only a mile or so off I-20; follow the signs not GPS. Check in was easy, staff friendly, escorted us to our site. Sites were a bit unlevel. We didn't use any of the facilities but all looked clean and nice. They seem to have a lot of local activities, kids parties, etc. When we were leaving, a school bus full of kids on a field trip came in. At PA rate an OK overnight stop, and would not hesitate to stop in here again when on the road. We camped here in a Motorhome.

While the $15.00 which reflects Passport America's discount was decent, that is the only thing that was. The site we had (all sites) was very unlevel and was difficult to adjust. All interior roads were gravel and although I normally don't downgrade a park because of that, this gravel was more like large rocks which made walking very uncomfortable. Nearly half the park was permanent residents and their sites were straight from Trash City. Outside of just walking the dog around the campground, there was very little space to walk. The staff was courteous and helpful, but we will not stay there again. This place is just sad. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
