One of our favorite parks. They have increased the number of volunteers and it is showing. The water/30 Amp sites are very generously sized. The place is very quiet at night. FDR is GAs largest state park and has over 40 miles of some of the most beautiful trail you will ever see. The park is just a few miles from the entrances to Callaway Gardens and FDRs little White House in Warm Springs. We have stayed here many times and it is one of our favorite parks. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Good park, we stayed in the older section, the newer sections have the best bath/shower facilities. Gravel lots, plenty of activities and lots of kids though everything was quiet by 8:00pm. What I do not understand was the amount of tent campers utilizing trailer spaces, campground was full unless you were using a tent and actually used a tent space. You have to wonder if the park realizes they are losing money allowing the tents on trailer spots? Definitely will return, we were a little early for the Fall colors. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

This park was hilly but most of the sites are level the park was clean and the staff was friendly. There was a lake that you can fish in but there was no beach area. The pool was nice but its a mile and half hike to the pool from the campground we decided to drive seeing that we had small kids with us there was room to park your RV in the parking lot. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great park to sit and do nothing. Our kids were able to fish and bike while we kept an eye on them. Easy access to hiking trails also. Our site was clean, maintained, and tree covered. Our travel trailer is 35 feet, so our size kept us out of many of the sites. We were able to secure a pull through site the second time through the park. When choosing a site, you may want to arrive early and mid-week if you are over sized and prefer a lot of choices. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Park Rangers rarely patrolled the campgrounds prompting a few campers to allow their dogs to run loose through the campsites. Camp store is privately owned, and does not honor “Friends” discounts. Fish Bait can be purchased at Ace Hardware Store in Pine Mountain. Fish were not biting in March. Enter and exit campground from back entrance only, trailer will drag at front entrance across from check-in office. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

An interesting park, not without its challenges if navigating a 30 foot trailer. Water and Electric only in smallish wooded sites, many around the Lake Delanor. State employees somewhat brusque but took our money. Nice to see once. We will not go back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Loved this campground and can’t wait to go back. The scenery was just amazing. The sites were level, but be careful, one of the sites that we tried had part of the entrance washed out. Unfortunately one of our tires hit it and did damage to our drain. It was marked with red paint on the ground but couldn’t really see it until after the fact. The campground offered 3-4 activities a day during the weekend we were there. There are many, many things to do in the area. Can’t wait to go back when we can stay longer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is one of my favorite parks. I am not a boater but like having a lake. And this lake is small with some rentals but no motor boats. We stayed in a 27ft TT and had room enough for another car. The sites are nice and level, but need to be re-graveled and 3-4 needed to be graded. And there are deep ditches on each side of the road makes it hard for backing in. (If it weren't for these items I would have given it a 10.) The bathrooms and showers were the cleanest I have ever seen. They had several parks for kids. Each site had a picnic table, fire ring and lamp post. There were several covered picnic areas throughout the campground for camping guests only, so you didn't have a lot of non-campers tromping around. The lake was full of bass, frogs, turtles and tadpoles: for those of you who enjoy nature. The dump station was easy to get in and out of. I met three personnel and all were very friendly. They have a little store in the campground area that sells all sorts of things like food, supplies, wood, ice, ice cream and nets to catch the frogs and tadpoles I mentioned earlier. There is a shallow spillway that is fun to play in. We were not able to go to the swimming pool: it was not open yet. It had much more to offer but we only stayed two nights. They are located ten minutes from Calloway Gardens as well. We will be returning to this park soon. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Oh wow how beautiful! This is Georgia's largest state park built by the CCC. There is a seasonal swimming pool called the Liberty Bell Pool. There are hiking trails galore. Just down the road is FDR's Little White House in Warm Springs and Callaway Gardens. The sites are spaced generously apart and we had no trouble with our 39' rig. The lake is small and non-motorized, excellent for fishing. A picnic table and grill are on cement pads at each campsite. We camped in Area B. This park is great and we hope to go back again for a longer stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Portions of the campground were closed off this time of year. Our loop looked recently upgraded and was spacious. The road through this loop is narrow, but navigable, and backing in was no problem at all. Each site has electric and water, along with a fire ring and a large, concrete picnic table. At a number of sites, there are gray water drains installed near the road for campers to use. The road into the campground is steep downhill, and the park itself is located on a narrow mountain road in the Georgia hills. There was a mix of pull-through and back-in sites. The trees were not too dense, so our satellite TV on a tripod worked well. Also, there is good broadband internet service and Tracfone worked as well. The campground is about 10 miles from the Little White House and a good location for visiting Warm Springs. The price reflects a 25% discount for "winter" camping. There was hardly anyone here in early February. We stayed here to visit Warm Springs, which can be done in a day or so. Although we don't expect to be by this way again, if we were, we'd stay here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped with a group to bring in the new year. The pull-thru sites are tight in Loop #5 as we had to back out when leaving. Any one in less than a 30' should be fine. We never saw the Host, new crush and run needs to be added to the sites in this loop since the pads hold water very well when it rains, but it is very peaceful. The campground lost water for approx 4 hours so lesson learned was to partially fill the fresh water tank upon arrival. The dump station situation needs to be addressed concerning ingress and egress for the opposing lanes. We will return in the Spring and attempt to get Loop #2 since those have been updated. Beautiful park: very spacious and shaded. Staff is friendly and helpful. We've stayed here 4-5 times over the last year for my daughter's horse shows in Hamilton. The only thing I do find negative is that there is no sewer hookup. For a family of 4-5, depending on who's traveling with us, that can be a problem for a 4 day weekend. There are a few gray dump sites throughout the camp, just get a map at checkin which should show you where they are so you can possibly park by one of them. Super nice hiking trails. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

They do have a small lake, but we heard that effluent runs into it from the sewer plant. There were a lot of mosquitoes when we were here. Sites were not level. We would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Agree the roads are a bit tight, but I had no problems negotiating with my 40' MH - even back in area 5 which is all 40' sites but has a narrow curvy road. My site did not have a 50amp connection, but had two 30 amp circuits which I have never seen. Maybe if I had the right kind of pigtail I could have used both to give me full power, but it was no issue as the weather was mild. If you are looking for a satellite friendly site, #136 is your best bet. I was able to get on 101W for DirecTV and 105W for internet. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is our second visit to this State Park. The campground location is terrific, right on Lake Delanor! We stayed in site #4 with the best views. The campground sites are in very good condition and kept up by a great Campground Host. The interior roads are a bit tight, so be careful navigating through. There is a lot to do at any time of the year. Hit the hiking trails, go horse back riding, ride your bike, or visit the area attractions. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We spent 2 nights here, our first visit to this area. Section 3 of the CG was closed and there were lots of ruts and potholes from recent heavy rains throughout the park. Rate was $25 per night no matter what you camped in, and they also charged us a $5 parking fee for our tow vehicle! Sites are spaced well and the CG was full the weekend we were there. Much to our disappointment, they allowed someone using a pavilion to set up a very loud karaoke system that could be heard throughout the park for hours and hours. It ruined the atmosphere of the park. Bath houses were clean but only 2 shower stalls per side, one tucked in the handicap toilet area. We enjoyed the surrounding area but doubt we will return to this park. Too expensive for what little it offers. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is one of my family's favorite parks for camping. There are lots of places to visit and things to do within an easy driving distance to this state park. The bathrooms were as clean and well stocked. Although the weather was quite hot and muggy our shady site made the visit pleasant. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Normally I'd give this park good ratings, Im sure funding issues are part of the problem, but when you can hire host for a free place to park, there shouldnt be any. Rest rooms were very hot and humid, no air in them at all, showers were not working correctly in the female side..wife let me know of this right away. We will still come back, I just hope they clean up a bit We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

It was our first trip with the trailer and we were lucky enough to find a pull-through site. You could faintly hear the music of the "Fantasy in Lights" which was a nice added touch as we sat around the campfire. Bathrooms were very clean as were the showers and the people at the park office were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nicely maintained state park. Georgia does a good job designing and maintaining their parks. Big level site, right on the lake. Close to Callaway Gardens and the town of Pine Mountain. Nice 15 mile bike trail at Callaway. Quiet at night, peaceful during the day. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We really enjoyed this campground. The hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful. They do a great job keeping the park and facilities clean and in good working order. There are lots of trails for hiking and biking. The site we had was very nice and roomy. There are some sightseeing opportunities in the area but requires a little driving. The sites are laid out by color-coded sizes and can be confusing when trying to choose a site. A plus is they have gray water dump areas. These are gravel pits built throughout the campground where you can dump your gray water; really convenient. The only issue we had were some really noisy neighbors there the first couple of days. The parents let their children run wild with an electric car. Overall though, a great campground and we will be going back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We camp at this campground often because it is close to home. The campground is well taken care of and the bathhouses in the larger part are new and clean. There is 50amp sites available for those who need them. We stay on the 30 amp sites. The roads can be a bit narrow for the larger rigs but not to the point they are a great problem. Most sites are back in and fairly level depending on the hills near the site. I would recommend this site. It is located near several parks and locations for recreation. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This has been one of our most enjoyable camping trips yet! The campground was very nice with a variety of sites. Pros - Family oriented, campsites and bathhouses very clean, hiking trails, Liberty Bell Pool nearby, Trading Post in campground...although seldom open, fishing available, nature programs conducted, pets allowed. Cons - Unable to reserve specific campsites, no sewer hookups. The best thing was having Warm Springs and Callaway Gardens nearby to entertain the kids! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice State Park. Plenty of shady sites and places for kids to ride bikes. We stayed in area #5. Restrooms were clean. There are some small hiking trails and the 23 mile Pine Mountain Trail. Park staff was friendly. President Roosevelt's Little White House is located in the nearby town of Warm Springs. We enjoyed our stay and we will come back. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Excellent campground, set on pretty lake. Large sites, some pull through. Good satellite reception during winter, don't know about summer. Just a few miles from Callaway Gardens and Little White House. Only drawback; can make reservations, but not for any particular site. Must take what's left upon arrival. This park is our favorite Georgia State Park. We live in the region and try to go as often as possible. There is an abundance of shade trees and the view of the lake is wonderful. Our favorite past time is to hike the trails. The Pine Mountain Trial is very popular to the very serious hikers, though we enjoy the shorter, less challenging ones. Callaway Gardens is close by and offers plenty of day activities for the whole family. There is also the Liberty Bell pool in the park, which is made from rock and fed by cool spring water. The bathhouses have undergone upgrades and were very clean. There are two campground areas. The lakeside sites are very shady. The road in this area is very windy, and could be a little difficult for some of the larger rigs. The other camp ground is near the back gate and though not as shady, is still very appealing. We continue to choose this park over most others hands down! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice and quiet, with sites on the lake. Waterfowl, other wildlife abundant. One large white goose (nicknamed "Fred" by the camp host) had been fed by the people previously occupying our site, and so loitered around our trailer and was very vocal most of the time we were there; we studiously ignored him, and by the end of our stay we heard less honking from him. Would have rated this higher, but the wife found the showers very hard to use. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Beautiful, well maintained campground typical of Georgia State Parks. Paved interior roads are narrow and have some sharp turns. Sites are level. Senior discounts available. We had good cell phone signals for AT&T and Verizon and for Verizon Air Card. A few poor reception TV channels. We will stay here again. Portions of the park were built by the CCC. Some sites are 30 amp, others 50 amp. Our 50 amp site had "50 amp" written in large letters on the power box. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Roosevelt was very pretty and quiet. We camped on one of a few sites that were on the lake. There are plenty of things to do in and around the Park for day trips. Showers were clean and well maintained. If you go in November, you can see the Christmas light show at Calloway Gardens as well as the "Leaves changing" for that part of Georgia. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We have camped at FDR two times and both times have been a great experience. The campground is in the state park and pretty much centrally located to all the area attractions. It is a popular campground so I would suggest making reservations. Although there are no sewer hookups, the dump station is easily accessed. All sites are gravel and dirt but for the most part are fairly level. There is one section that handles larger rigs but I believe you can get any sized rig in the proper sites. Check in is pretty easy depending on the time you arrive. We arrived after the office closed and our instructions were left on the door and were easy to follow. You can not reserve particular sites in this park. If you are coming on fridays, come early as you can because the park will start filling up. When we were there, one of the camp hosts had had an emergency. The second set of camp hosts filled in very well and were around all weekend helping campers. I would highly recommend this campground. It is shaded and is easy to get too. There are two almost brand new bathhouses that are kept very clean. The park is now allowing campfires for the cool nights. Oh yeah, for you tv lovers, you can get the local stations out of Columbus Ga. with your antenna and I saw some satellite dishes being used. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great mountain feeling. Friendly staff. Shows signs of steady improvements. Level gravel sites. All sites no sewer, but do have gray water dump pits at every site. Local area is great and the view from the main office is absolutely gorgeous! Word of caution, from main office, it's a very steep and narrow ride downhill to the camp ground. If possible, enter CG from the rear entrance where it's level, leave the rig in the CG parking lot and take the car uphill to the main office. You won't be sorry you did. Overall great CG. Will definitely stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great state park with big rig access. The reason for the lower rating is the fact that the sites need gravel (ours was mostly dirt) and some maintenance, weeds, rusty and broken grills, etc. The roads are tight in all areas. If you have a big rig, stay in area 5, as it is the only area with multiple 50 amp sites. The camp hosts were pleasant and the check in is simple. As with all GA state parks, there is no sewer or cable hook ups. The dump station is adequate at best. This park needs some TLC due to cutbacks in budget. There is no WiFi and the bathrooms are outdated but clean. Callaway Gardens is close by, but there really isn't anything in Pine Mountain. There is a spring-fed pool that is quite popular in the summer. We frequent this park and will go back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We love FDR State Park. It is secluded and if you go walking down the many trails that criss-cross the park you can begin to believe you are a pioneer. We came here with two teenage girls in February. They thoroughly enjoyed this campground. It is close enough to Warm Springs to easily visit the Little White House and the Warm Springs therapy pools. It is also a good base for those who want to visit Callaway Gardens, in Pine Mountain. It's an older State Park and while they are trying diligently to get it all updated, the upper loop is still behind. The bath house was pretty awful. I don't know what was growing on the walls in the shower. I tried to be brave, really i did. But when i couldn't get the hot water to get hot(remember, it was February) I decided I rather be stinky. Overall, a great park though. It is one of Georgia's most popular parks for good reason. We never felt crowded and there was plenty of outdoors stuff to do. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a beautiful park at a bargain camping rate. The sites are well spaced, fairly level, and, in winter, give you a view of the deep woods out your window. There are some very nice pull-through sites with conveniently located water and electric hookups. The water here tastes like expensive bottled spring water so its a great place to fill your tanks. The only drawback is the lack of sewer hook ups. There is only one dump site and I noticed it was a little crowded the morning we left. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites are level, clean rest rooms and easy access to attractions outside the park. Very nice park to relax in. The lack of sewer connections for us is not an issue. good access to the dump site when leaving. If your staying long term sites 1 and 2 have nice rest rooms to use. Nice trails to walk, and a great lake to fish or just relax by. If you have kids, the wild animal park is a must.. Note: rent one of the parks cars to drive...do not drive your car or truck through the park if you value your paint job.. Callaway Gardens is a great place to spend the day also.. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

FDR State Park just recently upgraded area 5 with 50 amp power. About every other sight was converted. We went for a long weekend to go to Callaway Gardens and really liked the campground. If you have a big rig, make sure you check to see if area 5 is open, otherwise the rest of the park is pretty tight. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

All I can say is wow! We loved this park and will return. The park itself is Georgia's largest SP and is full of interesting trails. Great shade, large sites, and nice views of the lake. We fished the lake with no luck but had fun anyway. Roads inside are narrow but larger rigs can make it, just take it slow. One thing to note: You cannot reserve specific sites in GA state parks, just a site type. Actual sites are first come first served. Overall we love this park. We camped in a 31 foot travel trailer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

What a disappointment. After reading all these great reviews, I was really excited to visit this park. To me, it was not near as nice as other Georgia State Parks. They did just put in two new bathhouses and relatively new hook-ups. Some of the sites, though, were holding water even though it had not rained in at least a day. There were at least four sites that were marked with the official "occupied" cards but had no camper or other stuff on them (completely bare sites). I thought you couldn't reserve a site. One of these was a prime site that overlooked the lake. When I inquired to the host upon arrival, he said to find a vacant site with no card. He was very snooty. Guess what? Two of thoes sites remained unoccupied the whole time we were there (three days). I think the host in that loop was saving sites for friends. The activities in the surrounding areas (Little White House, etc) were neat. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We camped here over New Years and really enjoyed it. only problem was we got to the park after dark and had alittle trouble finding a 40 ft. site until we saw the sign for area 5. I am glad that we ended up in area 5 as I like this area better than the others. Callaway Gardens is very nice as was Warm Springs. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Excellent campground, only thing was some of the sites were tight to get into. Road is narrow, but once I was in the site, everything else was great. Shower and restrooms were almost brand new, and was spotless. Would love to have sewer hookup but don't really expect it in GA State Parks..just wish GA SP system would get a system to allow specific site reservation as we were with a rally group, and was spread out. I would have given FDR a 10 except for the fact there are no sewer hook ups "like most State Parks in GA" but there is a dump site at the back gate, and the roads are very narrow. There are new rest room and shower facilities built around the sites which are very clean and kept that way. The sites were large with fire rings and picnic benches. Lots of things to do in the area. Callaway Gardens, wild animal park, horse back riding, and lots of antique stores. We will be back soon. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We spent a long weekend here and had a great time (2 adults and 3 kids - 8, 6, and 2). One bit of advice, reserve a 40' site. Most of the good sites are 40' sites and all the sites in Loop 5 are 40' sites. IMO, Loop 5 is the best loop... the sites are large and not crowded plus offer plenty of shade. We reserved a 25' site and had a tough time finding a decent site (Loop 1, site 25). (If the campground is not full, you can stay in any site, however, if it's full you must stay in the type of site you reserved). Some of the loops were very primitive with dirt roads and unleveled sites (Loop 3 and Upper Loop 4). The bathhouses were clean and in good operational condition (they are in the process of building a new bathhouse in Loop 1). We rode bikes all through the campground and there are plenty of playgrounds to keep kids occupied. The Liberty pool was not open, but was big and I'm sure would be lots of fun when opened. We also went horseback riding in the park. I thought it was expensive at $30 per person for an hour ride, but my kids had a great time. Don't miss nearby Callaway Gardens. They have miles of bike trails and a beautiful beach that would be great for swimming. Overall, this is a great park and we plan on going back in the summer when we can swim in the Liberty pool and at Callaway gardens. I would have rated it higher than an 8 except the Trading Post store was close (due to staff shortages) and the there was no place in the park to purchase firewood (the campground host didn't have any firewood). Also, the park is well patrolled. I saw park police driving through the campground on a regular basis. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

My wife and I camped here Labor Day weekend, we found this park to be very wooded and secluded, with great lakeside campsites. There were lots of hiking trails, bike riding, fishing and boat rentals. The campsites were very accessible and spaced generously from other campsites. The staff was nice and park regulations were enforced (quiet time 10PM-7AM). Bath houses were in need of updating and more shower stalls, but overall, our experience at FDR Park was great and we will be coming back. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

This is one of GA's most beautiful parks and the largest in the system. The campground
offers a variety of sites. We were in site 13 in Area 1, which provided plenty of shade and nice spacing. After exploring the CG further, we decided that Area 5 is the place to go for even more space and solitude. There aren't quite as many shaded sites in that area but there's a nice playground and several of the sites have a view of the playground, which is handy if you have children. There is so much to do in this area that you can't possibly do it all in one weekend. Callaway Gardens is a stone's throw away. Callaway operates The Country Store, about 3 miles from the park. The store includes a restaurant with a breathtaking view and serves up Cracker Barrel style food. The Pine Mountain Trail, in conjunction with connecting loop trails, gives you approximately 30-40 miles of hiking options, including 2 easy ones accessible from the CG. Lake Delanor is scenic and beautiful with plenty of fishing and canoeing opportunities. During summer months, the spring-fed, rock-bottomed pool is open. We saw signs for horseback riding within the park. The Little White House is roughly 12-15 miles away. If you need to pick up some RV supplies or do some RV shopping/window shopping, there's a super RV dealership in Opelika, AL that's about an hours drive away. This park is definitely in our top 3 in GA and we can't wait to return! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was first trip to FDR and we loved it. Stay on site 7 which was across the street from the lake but with good view. Site was gravel but very level. Nothing more front to rear adjustment. Roads are somewhat narrow and there are some drainage ditches that limit ability to manuver into some of the sites. Bathhouse is old but is being replaced with newer ones to be opened in the next month. Bathhouses were clean, just small with limited number of showers and facilities. Close to Callaway Gardens, FDR's Little White House, Wild Animal Safari, horseback riding etc. Will definitely go again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

While some of the sites were modernized, there were many in camping area 5 that were pretty rough; dirt, no gravel and not level. However, it appears that Georgia is in the process of updating this park and we were able to find a very nice site in area 5.
Visited in the middle of July and expected the place to be full since it was a mid-summer weekend. It turned out that, out of the 20 or so spaces in area 5, fewer than half were occupied. We didn't have another camper within 200 yards of us the whole weekend. Not sure if this is how the place is all the time, but it was wonderful! It should be noted that we were not camped near the lake and lake sites looked more heavily occupied. A stroll around those areas showed plenty of open sites there as well. The restrooms and showers looked a bit older than we had seen at our other Georgia state park experience (Hard Labor Creek), but they were clean and usable. My wife is the finicky one and she didn't turn up her nose at the facilities. The campground - if you exit through the back gate by the dump station - is only a couple miles from Calloway Gardens and this is definitely worth the visit! We were both taken by the butterfly pavilion and the free-flying raptor show was incredible.
We definitely plan on returning for a longer stay (only spent one full day and 2 nights there). We'd like to do this in the spring when the dogwoods and azaleas at Calloway are in full bloom. It must be incredibly beautiful then! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A terrific park. Quiet, nicely shaded, a real feeling of privacy and seclusion. Clean, well-maintained restrooms. Small general store with basic supplies and miscellaneous goodies. Two nice fishing lakes with boat rentals. Lots of wildlife in the area. Surprisingly cool, even in the summer. 23-mile Pine Mountain hiking trail with spectacular view from the ridge. Close to Callaway Gardens and Roosevelt's "Little White House." Callaway always has a lot going on; the display of azaleas and other plants during the Spring is not to be missed. Georgia state parks are always clean and pleasant to stay at; this one is no exception. We've stayed here on numerous occasions and it's one of our favorite places to go when we need a quick get-away from Atlanta. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Lots of families. Quiet at night, except for some noisy Asian geese that honk everytime a fish jumps. Sites have a lot of room between them and are well shaded with oaks (although there is little brush... everyone sees one another with little privacy of view). Bath houses are checked several times each day by the campground host and park maintenance personnel. Water pressure was low in the shower and the showerhead could have been about six inches higher in the wall. Stalls for showers and potties were of older design, cramped, needing some hardware maintenance in
terms of doors, hinges, etc. Host is very nice. Law enforcement presence is obvious and gates are locked at night. Payphone at camp store was inoperable and we had to go to the other side of the lake, a bit of an inconvenience. Church services held in a shelter at 9:00 AM from spring to fall. Minutes away from Callaway Gardens, downtown Pine Mountain (small), and Pine Mountain (the ridge) itself. About fifteen minutes to Warm Springs. We would opt for other parks and campgrounds (we've seen Callaway Gardens, time to move on). We camped here in a Tent.

We were given a site near the street. Noise wasn't bad until 6:00 am. We asked to move into one of the many open sites, but were told nothing was available. They said they weren't allowed to move us into a site that has a reservation and move us out prior to the reservation. It was stated that this is their policy. Some sites are gravel, some are concrete. The gravel sites don't have cable. Restrooms had spiders and cob webs. Restrooms have a pass code for them, but it wasn't needed as the doors weren't locked. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Destination campground located in idyllic rural Georgia. Good well marked access from highway. Well maintained park with well laid out sites, a pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and excellent play equipment for kids. Pet friendly for friendly pets. Paved interior roads with gravel/oiled interior roads with concrete level sites. Lots of space between sites with grass and some trees between sites. Picnic table and fire ring at each site. Lots of room to maneuver for big rigs. Sites are well spaced with good access to utilities and all worked properly. Good cable selection . Wi-Fi worked well. Verizon voice and data coverage was 4 bars. Showers/restrooms are modern and spotless, and laundry is fine. Very quiet with no train, plane, or traffic noise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Escort to your site. Park has a small store and lots of activities for the kiddos. Boutique stores in Pine Mountain. Wal-Mart and other major stores 17 miles away. We would return. Nice campground with newer sites and lots of amenities. Has a pool and playground, there is also a pond. Our site was a pull through with a concrete pad. We had the opportunity to stay at this CG on Sunday, October 14 on our way to Bay St. Louis, MS. It is a very nice CG with a beautiful swimming pool setup (we didn't get to use it tho) and a great layout for FHU's. The cable was a little iffy but they sent a couple workers out to check it out right away. It sufficed for an overnight but would have wanted better reception if we were going to be there longer. We had made reservations online and requested our site (140) but would pick another site next time. We were a little too close to the activities building and they had square dancers and loud music until quiet time of 10 PM. A little pricey at $45/night, especially since it is located almost nine miles off the highway; making for an 18-20 miles round trip to the interstate. The website does not do it justice for what you get, be sure to check out the site map and you can see the number of sites. We would stay here again and check out the local area as it looked very interesting, especially Callaway Gardens. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a hard park to rate. The newer section of the park physically is very nice, but every time I turned around something else was annoying me about this park. The bad: it certainly was not cheap to stay here, not sure what criteria they are using to call this a resort. The grass had not been mowed for quite a while in our section; insisted we wear wrist-bands if going to the pool (are you serious?); and at the pool it was obvious most present were not staying at the park or wearing wrist-bands. July must be off season here. There were not more than 30 RV's in the park, and the office assigns us a site in a full row with neighbors next to us. Would have much prefered having some space available to us. Not sure why they felt the need to pack us into a full loop given the emptiness of the park. It appears most present were weekend campers from the surrounding area rather than travellers, which made for a lot more outside radios than normal in resort type parks. The good: Nice level sites with concrete pads. A decent selection of cable channels available. Full hook-ups / utilities worked well. Access to and in the park was very good for our larger RV in the newer section, but would NOT have been so in the older / shadier section. Aside from the pool being filled with non-campers, (lots of cars in the parking lot with Georgia plates who came and went from the park's entrance, not back and forth to RV's), the pool was very nice, with a separate pool for kiddies with a rain / shower play area. If visiting the area we would probably stay here again, but this certainly is not a destination park we would go out of our way to stay at. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was my first visit to the park/resort. They are dog friendly and even have a doggie play area. One suggestion: Consider adding a little light to the doggie area for those needing night time outings. Pool area was nice. They have yurts and cabins for rent. The resort store is more like a gift store instead of I forgot something can I purchase. Maybe consider adding little misc items for those who do not have additional transportation. Overall the park was nice, the staff was friendly and I will visit again and recommend you visiting. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our third visit to this campground, and we enjoyed it just as much as ever. I loved our site up on the hill in the newer section. It might be hot during the summer since there was no shade, but in March it was perfect. Great view. There is a small but well-kept book exchange. The staff is very helpful. The internet was slow so we ended up using our Virgin Mobile account. The cable only offered basic channels, but it was not a problem to set up our satellite dish. Even though we didn't have children along we liked the fact that there was a cover over the playground. A nice touch. The staff gave us a useful list of places to sight-see, shop, and dine. We stayed a week and it wasn't long enough to take advantage of all that the surrounding area has to offer (La Grange, Warm Springs, Callaway Gardens just to mention a few). Excellent young lady office staff at checkin. Well manicured CG. Very family oriented. Reasonably well laid out interior gravel roads. New section is big rig friendly. Older CG section was undergoing interior road upgrade during our stay and IMHO is not big rig friendly. Older CG section did not have cable TV and is $10 per night cheaper. Rate shown is new section rate including "GS" discount. Plenty of shade in older section. No shade in new section. Escorted to site by helpful staff. New section sites have concrete pads, older section sites are gravel. Very good utility connections. After arriving at site and rig completing set up, I spent 15 minutes picking up numerous cigarette butts scattered around the entire site. There was several pieces of new trash along with burned beer cans left in our site fire pit. Walks around the CG during our stay revealed several other fire pits being used as trash receptacles. The campground was in definite need of a thorough litter and trash pickup effort. CG is open and not gated or secure from outside visitors. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice campground, were escorted to our site which was graveled but level. There were a lot of well behaved children, great family atmosphere. The campground was about 50% full but no sites were available with cable. The closest bath house was clean and modern, but only had 1 shower stall and it is kept under lock and key, you must make a reservation to take a shower. I would stay at this campground again. This is an extremely well-maintained campground in a lovely natural setting but off the beaten track. We had a lovely, long, level concrete site in the pull through section of the park with a beautiful view of the farm across the way. The laundry and shower facilities are clean but are not adequate for the size of the campground. However, it appears that most people are staying only 2-3 days. There is a great pool and recreation area for family campers to enjoy. We stayed here because of its proximity to Calloway Gardens but would not have chosen it otherwise. It appears to be a great get away for the locals rather than a destination for long distance travelers and is rather pricey for what it provides. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. Mildly put, the place was an unsafe zoo. There was no enforcement in the park on anything, leash laws, noise or the general drunken reveler displays taking place. We witnessed a young lady's little white dog get mauled by another camper's pit bull. Very tragic and sad reminder why there must be pet breed restrictions in place and RVC didn't have any. We are regular's here, so were the victims. Most of the office staff was extremely rude when handling the situation, threatened to kick out other parties involved with helping the staff and victims rush their pet to a animal hospital. Contacted RVC's corporate office and was offered nothing other than a promise to change and no apologies. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our first time at the resort and I would probably come back. Not my first choice. No shade in the newer part of the resort. I would suggest that this is not a park for tents or trailers that do not have bathroom in them. I never saw the bath house? The pool was nice but kids did not even want to go due to how crowded it was. This may have been due to it was also a holiday weekend. They did have listed that there would be a "bon fire". What I call a bon fire is rather large, right? This was barely a fire and was over before it even got dark. Offered hot dogs and drinks, but at a price! Overall, the nicest thing was the concrete sites and the escort to your site. If I do come back it will not be on a holiday unless you like crowds, but everyone we met we loved! Very nice! Everything that others have said about the park is accurate - the mix of rustic and shady sites, the pull-through area that has no shade, etc. Everyone from the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed at this campground primarily due to its proximity to a local golf course. The campground has two different sections; the first is older and has smaller shady sites. The second section is newer with a few young trees and larger sites. The new sites are concrete but only the portion that is directly under the RV so if you are hoping to avoid tracking dirt and grass into your RV you are out of luck. Although the concrete is very long it is only 10 feet wide of which nearly a foot is taken up by an 8 inch high curb along one side. This means the entire patio area is grass and dirt including the bottom of your steps. The lower rating that I gave this facility was due primarily to management's lack of attention to detail. The information provided to us in print when we checked in was out of date. When I called the office, the telephone answering machine gave the same office hours but the office was in fact closed. The posted pool hours and the hours on the handout were not correct either. I would not stay at this facility again if I could find an alternative in the area. I felt that it was overpriced for the facilities available. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our rate reflects our Bluebird rally for 116 Bluebirds. Park has large spaces which is nice. The wife loved the 1/4 mile paved walking track around the RV sites. Laundry near our site of 150 only had 2 working washers and one dryer. The one close to the office had 3 each, but it was quite a walk from our site. Wi-fi was up and down during our stay, but that could have been because of the amount of RVs using it. Nice pool, but we didn't use it. Park is kept nice and clean. we were told showers had spiders and webs in them, but we didn't use them, so don't have first hand knowledge. Site had cable, but we had our satellite so didn't need it. Excellent soft water and good 50 amp service. Our BB group will be back here again. I would stay here again if in the area although a little off the beaten track. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has so much potential but they made one huge mistake, not enough showers and restrooms. We camped here before the big remodel and expansion and it had more clean, air conditioned restrooms before (which they tore down to build the new office). Although we have a shower in our camper, with kids, we generally prefer to use campground showers every where we go. This place had 2 "family" showers on the new section (what woman wants to use a shower after a man has been in there?) and you could tell they hadn't been cleaning them regular due to large amount of spider webs and SPIDERS in the shower and above the shower. The only air conditioned shower that was bug/spider-free was the ONE "family" shower at the office which doubled as steam room. Not good idea because so many take up time 'steaming' that there was always a wait of at least 1 hour or so to get in the shower. Again, only 1 shower near the front of the campground. Luckily everyone waiting could watch TV outside the shower waiting. This place could be so much nicer if they would add more showers. Seriously, with a 225 site campground that is generally fully booked at times, they only have 5 actual showers on the grounds. Imagine each site having 3 guests. We even tried to get smart and try showering around midnight and STILL had to wait 30-40 mins to get a shower anywhere on campus. Nice pool area. And we loved our actual site. Staff was friendly but needed to spend more time cleaning. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Spent a great week here. It is very spacious and has pretty views. They were in the middle of landscaping work and were giving a half price special this month. Our grand-kids loved the pool. The new sites will be much better when the new trees grow. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Please improve the dog area, and clean or keep bugs out of bathrooms/showers and laundry room. Once the trees grow up it will help with shade and the heat. Tell the man that takes care of the pool: "Great job!!" Now that does not mean he owns it. I think he gets a trade/site for his effort. I don't think a bottle of water or a can of soda when the temperature is close to 98 degrees on the pool deck is bad for the pool. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an excellent campground: it's well kept, has new sites, a new office, pool and restrooms. Only drawback is the new sites with concrete drives have no shade, but trees are here and will be great when they grow older. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Upon arriving the staff went out of their way to get us checked in and to be helpful. Once we were checked in, we were guided to our site which was very helpful. While on the road, we blew off our bathroom vent cover. They gave me the name of an excellent mobile service man who was out the next morning and took care of it. Our only complaint was that the grass around the site had not been mowed and was really high. As it rained while we were there, this made it very messy to get in and out of the RV. If not for this I would have rated them a 10. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A great place to camp. We stayed in the "new section" which was recently installed, thus there is little or no vegetation to shade your trailer. The amenities were wonderful (we really liked the steam shower), but too chilly to enjoy the pool. I liked the design of the new sites, the pads, and the locations of the service points. A bit pricey overall, but a great value with plenty of things to do. One downside is a lack of signage on the road. It is really easy to miss the entrance when you drive by. I wish there were more bathhouses, but with full hookups you can manage pretty easily. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park has awesome, large family restrooms. The showers are huge (it was nicer than the one I have at home)! They have a steam shower in the "spa" which was a nice treat! We started on a sight that was in the gravel section however there was LOTS of pollen coming off of the trees (Spring time in Georgia) and the sight wasn't very level so we asked to move to one of the concrete sights. This portion of the park is new and mostly no shade, but we liked the nice level concrete pad and the larger sites in this part of the campground. The pool looked real nice - it has a slide and a mushroom for the kids to enjoy -however we did not use it as it was not open yet. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The website for this park was somewhat misleading. The 50 amp sites are in a large open area with only 3 trees. The sections had names of flowers, but I didn't see any even though it was springtime and the biggest attraction in the area is Calloway Gardens. (Which was breathtaking in spring bloom). The pool was closed when we were here and the staff said this was posted on facebook. Everyone is not on facebook! We asked about a massage and they said, "No one will come to the park, you have to go into town." This kind of ruins the effect of going into the steamroom or Jacuzzi before your massage and laying around the pool after. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

There are two sections to this campground, old and new. The old section is where we stayed this trip. The lots are very close to each other. They have a few with wood blinds up to separate them. The lots are on a hill but seem OK side to side. I had to back up 10 feet or so just to use the sewer. I have stayed in the new section and it was nice; though no trees for shade. Over all just an OK place We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice campground. Camped here with family meeting here from various parts of Georgia and we will be back soon. We stayed here 4 nights during spring break week. The staff was friendly at check-in and they provide an escort to your site. We stayed in a concrete, pull-thru site next to the pool. The bathhouse was always clean each day. There are several close by things to do in the area for entertainment for kids and adults. Already working on plans to return in the summer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Camped here several years ago before all of the expansion and what a change. The old section is still just that the old section. The biggest thing we noticed about the new area is the small number of bathhouses with showers. We used the steam shower it was cold before it ever made steam, not a true steam shower! If the park is year round then do not close everything, spa (hot tub) was closed off? Yes if it's 45 deg. out I want to use the hot tub. Sewer connections are high, but like the fact that there are 2 of them. Drive through pads are not level front to back this is the first time we have ever had to have the front tires off the ground to be level. Concrete patios would be great looks like cost cutting occurred and flagstone was laid in place. More lighting through out newer area, with so few campers in, it was very dark walking our dog. Fenced in dog area, let's get real and take the time and make it right. Look around at other campgrounds for great ideas for dog areas, take the lead we love our pets and we will love your campground. Exercise room was a small area with 3 cardo machines, they were in the massage room so not sure where the massage room was? If they keep working and strive to make improvements they will have a jewel. The staff was great did not see much of them after check-in but we didn't need to. Almost forgot, please add more locations to drop our trash. We like to empty ours at night and do not mine taking it out. Fences with some landscaping would hide them so not to take away from the beauty of the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Fairly nice park but over priced for what it is. $45.00 was with GS discount. Landscaping was not kept up, stones around coach steps were dangerous the way the were laid. Sewer drains are to high. Staff was very friendly and helpful except for the manager who seemed to look for something to complain about. Could be a real resort with some work. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We took Grand kids for 3 day trip. The pool is great except for one thing; the grounds around it are terrible. From the back side there is no entry except through red dirt. The sites are good but someone had the bright idea to put a curb on one side where the sewer was placed. A curbed site is not an ideal situation for a motorhome. Also, they installed flagstone for a very small area as you step out your door. No patio, and a newly planted tree with no other landscaping, dirt and weeds. It appears a non-camper may have done a good bit of the design. The staff is exceptional, some of the best. The campground is very convenient to Animal Safari and Callaway Gardens, but overpriced at $50. Although the RV park information says no 50 amp there are many 50 amp sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed in the new section. My kids loved the new pool and playground. Did not use bathhouse. Our campgroup used the Activities Building and it was nice. There is no shade in the new section could get really hot in summer months. The game room has a wii which is five dollars per child for one hour. Kids said they did not have a lot of games to choose from. The store has a few things but not a whole lot. Nice campground but will be a lot better when the freshly planted trees grow some. We were able to receive a cheaper rate because we were with a group of 40 campers. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I base this rating on my experience with the new area of the park and the potential this park has to be an excellent destination park. Keep in mind that this park is still a work in progress, and there are a few areas that still need some work, but the staff is friendly and energetic and it appears they are working hard to develop a nice park. Another reviewer mentioned the new bath house and it is a definite "10", but there are just two of these "family showers" - each has a commode, a double sink and a huge shower, but two showers for so many new campsites could lead to some long waits on busy mornings. There might be additional showers at the main building, but we were not able to tell. We went up there at 7PM to enjoy the game room, the exercise room and perhaps enjoy a coffee from the coffee bar, but everything was locked up tight for the night. Seems pointless to have these nice amenities if they are closed so early each day. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Advertised cable, but only if you stay on one of their paved sites. We like trees so chose shaded area in older section. Campground grounds could use some maintenance. Laundry room is about as big as a closet with no place to sit or a table to fold your laundry on. We stayed a week and this was important to us. Thought the price, $210, was a little high for what we got. Hardly saw any workers doing maintenance. When the office is closed, so is everything else, so plan on sitting by the campfire a lot in the evening. They used to have a mini golf, but that is now gone. Also, if you stay in the older section, when you pull up to the office there is no easy way to get to your site, we had to unhook and back the 38' motorhome up. I bet this is fun when there are a lot of people checking in at one time. Not a good design. They said no sharp turns, not in the new section, but the older section all they did is add gravel to the old sites. They need to rethink this and get their architect in there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We recommend this park and do not have any of the complaints expressed in prior reviews. We spent five nights in the new section. The staff is friendly and helpful and the office is a beautiful new building at the park’s entrance. First, a description of the new section opened in 2008. Thirty acres of new sites with lots and lots of room between sites, all easy in and easy out and many for the biggest rigs. No highway noise. New shower house offers large, very clean, private rooms, each containing toilet, two sinks, and a roughly 5’x5’ shower stall. Several open grassy areas scattered throughout give it a park feel (although grass is so new it has not completely covered all the bare areas). No trees except for newly-planted, but once they have some size, it will be attractive. Three WIFI antennas and signal at our site was strong and fast. Utility hookups are conveniently located; for example, in each site there are two sewer connections 26 feet apart. Huge new swimming pool with slide, a smaller pool with four water cannons, and a hot tub. Now, about the old section. Original campground is on 16 acres with mostly gravel sites and lots of trees. In and out access may be tight for anything longer than 27 feet in some older sites. It seems typical of many older campgrounds. Our 10 rating is based on the new section. Would probably give the old section an 8 based solely on a walk-through. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for a long weekend to visit relatives in the area. We drive a bus with car trailer and need a big site. This park has been upgraded and new sites added on the hill. The sites are large paved pull-thrus although the roads are gravel over asphalt base. A lot of money has been spent on new buildings: clubhouse, exercise-laundry, pool area, restrooms. Unfortunately, the office staff is clueless. The exercise-laundry area is closed between 6PM and when somebody arrives after 9 AM. The cable doesn't work and they know it. Wifi did work. This was okay for a short stay but I wouldn't spend much time here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We paid Good Sam's rates and camped here on Valentine's weekend. We stayed in one of the new sites which were really easy to maneuver into. It rained all weekend but it was still a good visit. The lobby was very nice and the gym had 3 pieces of cardio equipment. I noticed that they had massage rooms so I'm assuming you can get a massage during your stay. The pool area looked really nice. The showers were very large and private. We plan to camp here a lot in the future. Can't wait to go back when it's warm enough to enjoy the amenities! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Sorry, other than "nice owners" and "near town", etc., there's not much positive I can say about this campground. Wi-Fi is only available near the office. I had only 30 amps at my site and the circuit breaker was on the other side of my neighbor's site, in his electrical box. My sewer connection was 20' behind my electrical box and to be centered on my site I would have needed at least 30' of sewer hose. Many other sites had this strange, unusable hookup arrangement. My neighbor's sewer connection was 14' from my entrance door, not a pleasant location. My site was long enough, but very narrow. The picnic tables here are only 4 feet long. I'm sure there are some better sites in the park, but my grandkids said, "Let's not come here anymore". We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

First site we were assigned had a medium-sized tree that rubbed right side - could not even extend slide, much less awning. Site next door was 8 feet away. Asked for and got better site; neighboring site was 12 feet away. Some sites clearly much more desirable than others. Several long-term TTs on site. Large pine trees block satellite on many sites. Currently constructing many new sites and facilities (pool, kid's pool) that will be very nice. New area has only very small trees, but paved & level sites. Our water was cut off without notice due to construction and we were told "We don't know when it will be back on", but was not on by the time we left. Staff was friendly and wanted to be helpful but didn't seem to be alert to differences between TT and 40' rig. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pine Mountain RV Park was great! It is currently going through renovations. We were there Memorial Day Weekend and they had just opened the new swimming pool, water play area, and hot tub. We stayed in the older, shaded section of the campground. The campground has a new section of sites with concrete pads which is in the process of being completed. There were several campers in this section but it was red dirt. When it rained it was a mess. Once all renovations are completed (new store, office, spa) this campground will be a 10. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I will start with the positve's: The area is pretty and has nice shaded spots. Wal-mart is about 20 minutes away and the town has a store but get there before 7pm! The park has new owners and they are doing a lot of construction and the noise is loud and annoying, that's why the score of 7. The owners of the park however are friendly and the place is kept very clean. We would stay again if in the area. Note: Do not go by what's on their web site about the spa and etc. They are still in the process of building all of that. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an older but very well maintained park. We feel its an excellent place to stay for an extended time. We extended our stay and stayed 5 nights instead of 2 nights. We were there in early April and experienced 3 unexpected nights of freezing temps and all utilities continued to work normally; i.e, no freezing pipes, etc. There are lots of trees and its a pretty park even though its an older park. The grounds slope down then back up small hills. They had a lot of camper-workers there and every person we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The camper/workers cleaned the restrooms very thoroughly because they used them too. The location is very convenient for visiting FDR's Little White House. There are some great restaurants in the area as well. The only negative is WiFi is available only at a central location - in the laundry room next to the office/store. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very disappointed. This campground is not big rig friendly though you won't hear that when talking to them on the phone when making reservations. There are a few sites that will accommodate big rigs but you have to be lucky to get one of those. The only level spot in the campground is the small parking lot in front of the office. The entire campground is either on an incline or decline. Sites are not level. Roads are very narrow and made of gravel and dirt. Some of the sites are so narrow you have to choose between putting out your slides or awning...but not both. There is an additional charge for everything. You have to pay extra to use the dump station. They even charge if you have a guest visit you during the day. The electrical grid needs updating badly. Voltage was very low during our entire stay. Right on Hwy 27 so you get the full effect of the road noise. The only reason I did not rate this campground a "1" is because the staff was friendly and it's close to Callaway Gardens. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The camp ground roads are very narrow, gravel and uneven. The sites are very close together, about 8 feet apart, and no more then six of the sites have a privacy fence between them. The site itself was very narrow and not level. The staff was friendly with one exception. The camp ground advertises a pond on site, the pond is nothing more then large puddle, lots of bugs. Sites for MH are very close together, yet one side is separated by a fence. The tent camping
is located in the rear of the campground near after rain a stagnant pond. We stayed in the Spring, insects would be a problem in the summer. Staff helpful. This is a wonderful campground. It's very clean, and the people who run it are extremely
friendly. There are several things for kids to do - volleyball, tetherball, horse shoes, basketball, mini golf (fee), and biking. Unfortunately, the pool was not open, even though it was almost 90 degrees while we were there. It is ony open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I think the park is probably a lot more fun during the summer months - pool is open, more kids, more activities, etc. The only negative about the weekend was the price of the campsite (it was $28/night, plus $2/night for our son, plus 7% tax). We would definitely camp there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Camped at this park for the first time this year on Memorial Day Weekend. Some sites are crowded. Close to the next site. Some have space between and this was nice. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen for a private campground. Campground is close to homesite of President Roosevelt, FDR State Park and also Callaway Gardens. The pool was clean but crowded due to the holiday weekend. The staff were very friendly. Pets were allowed; on 6 ft leash. Rules were enforced. We would recommend and revisit. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a rustic campground. Roads wre gravel and not very smooth. Sites were gravel/dirt and a lot of them were not very level. Restrooms and showers were very clean. This park can accommodate big rigs. We camped here in a Motorhome.
