This is one of the best kept secrets in the area! The staff was very friendly and it was quiet. They are in the middle of site renovations as well as building the access road. I am quite sure that this will be a very nice location upon completion. I will stay there again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This is a very interesting place. It is an old Plantation and there are four full hookup spots available for $8 a night ($6 if you stay a week). They were full when we arrived but they allowed us to boondock in the field. I talked with the person in the store and told her people wouldn't mind boondocking here and she was fine with it. We are camped next to a row of trees with open fields and historical buildings all around. Wonderful pastoral setting. They have new nice bathrooms with one shower in each. Dogs were free to run the fields. Found it when a friend of wife's we were going to visit told us about it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Well kept park with 30 A service in the country. Very quiet. The drive was a little tight for our HDT (semi) and 45 foot 5th wheel. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
