We had to maneuver a little to find a spot on our campsite where we could level the motor home. We had nice shade and our granddaughters enjoyed the playground. We had a very pleasant afternoon at the lake, swimming and playing in the sand. This is a very quiet park, no road noise at all. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park with new owners trying to get it back to the 10 rating. We will be back, and look forward to seeing the changes. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice, small town park. Friendly staff, great little beach-swimming area. Playground, fishing, paddleboat and canoe rental, and nice cabin rental. Nice paved bike/walking path around the lake. A great place to get away or stop along the way to your destination! Just outside Palmyra, Dollar General, gas stations, and Subway restaurant just a minute down the road. I did not give a 10 because of lack of "luxury" bath house or pool. But really a good little quiet park! We camped here in a 27' TT, I'd call ahead before pulling in a big rig! Not sure if it's Big Rig Friendly. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A lovely little campground! Park was very well maintained. Sites seemed well placed and not too tightly packed, however many are not level or have short pads. Has a great walking path that loops around the lake. This county park will have a lot to offer in the summer, and we will definitely return when the boat rental & swimming beach are open. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is decent but the layout of the campsites could have been better. Hook ups can be a little distant from your rig and some site are not very level. Park does offer a nice 10 acre lake that you can fish in, rent a boat on or swim in. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice county park however the campground is not laid out as nicely as it could be. Some sites are very unlevel and you will need an extension cord to reach some of the shared hookups. Be sure to have 50' to 75' of water hose as well. There are some sites that overlook the lake and have a nice view. The kids enjoy this park because there is a lot to do here. We camp here a couple of times each year. See the web site for a better description of things to do at the park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
