Needs work. No office, gravel sites that are muddy. WI-FI does work. New manager, better than last year. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Big park with only a few RV's. It appears most of the RV's here are those of workers. The sites are all pull throughs which are large, gravel and (surprisingly) level. There is Wi-Fi although it tended to shut off for no reason. The laundry room appeared clean and the manager was helpful. This park is a good spot for an overnight stay. No discounts available to lower site cost. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean RV Park. Directly across the street from Amazon and very handy to walk or bike to working at Amazon. Laundromat was just completed in Fall 2011 and had good machines - not commercial though. Nothing exciting about the park. It is primarily a RV Park for workers coming into Amazon for the seasonal rush. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed three nights here. It's a small park with mostly permanent or semi-permanent residents. There is space for travelers, though. Park management is very friendly. NO traffic noise. Plenty of room to maneuver inside the park. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great little park! The owner and his crew went out of their way to take good care of us while we were there for two months. The laundry and restrooms are brand-new. Nice little pond with fishing. This place is much nicer than the big RV park out on the highway (one of those parking-lot-style places). Big, grassy sites with plenty of room to maneuver. Excellent Wi-Fi-better than any other park in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very basic park for a very cheap price. We were in the area to work, so it worked for us, but its not exactly a 'nice' park. Spaces are tight, and there's no bathhouse at all. If you can't stand traffic noise or trains, either don't go here, or wear earplugs... this place is noisy. You can get hooked up to cable if you're staying a while, but no cable provided by the park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

City owned park that is next to Walter Johnson park. Roads and sites are gravel and very soft (and muddy) after rain. A few sites were completely flooded after heavy rain. Some side-by-side sites with utility hook ups in the middle, requires class-A's and C's to nose in the right hand site. Wi-Fi was $50/month and coverage was spotty. Showers & restrooms available at the Walter Johnson park (near fairgrounds). We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great place to stop for the night. Not a weekend destination. Good water pressure, electric, plenty of level sites. Easy self-registration; only $8.00 a night. Can't beat that! The town also has Wi-Fi that costs $2.50 for 24 hours use. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Good place for a one night stand and the price is right. Other reviews talk about it being muddy, but I came during the draught so water wasn't a problem. Local traffic and railroad nearby, but it didn't seem bad at night, plus I wear earplugs when I sleep. No picnic tables and only a few sites provided any shade. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I love this park for the price, and the staff are really friendly. I was here last year, and have returned for a second year. The pecan trees don't seem to have pecans this year. Not sure if that is an every other year event, or why there are no pecans dropping, but so far there aren't. I also parked on the opposite end of the row this year, because the site I had near the stock yard buildings last year flooded so badly. It's easy to tell that this space has been muddy, but right now it is dry. The flies are still bad, but also not as bad as last year. The Wi-Fi is $40.00 per month this year. Cell and air card coverage for Verizon is excellent here, however. I don't know about other providers. Sadly, even though the city now has an animal control officer, this year the wild dog problem in this park seems to be even worse than last year. Last year there was one stray dog that hung around because somebody kept feeding it. The other night, my dog and I were accosted by a pack of 6 wild dogs while I was walking him on leash around the park. No one was injured. We camped here in a Motorhome.
