Older park, but well taken care of . Beautiful overlook site. Large shade trees. On top of hill.Bathhouse and restrooms clean, staff helpful and friendly. Will stay here again! Within minutes of attractions, Mammouth Cave, etc. Nothing fancy, but relaxing and peaceful, pets very welcome! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We spent one night here in a pull through site. Conveniently located to Mammoth Cave NP and easy access from the highway. Gravel interior roads and sites. Each site had a concrete patio area. Cable TV and Wi-Fi was great. Staff very friendly at check in and guided us to our site. Not a great deal to do here for children, but a good over night stop. If you are a light sleeper be aware of a railroad line behind the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Nice park, great people in the office, and owner on site. Only problem is the "fitness center." It's not useable...it's not air conditioned, and some of the few machines don't work. It was 86 degrees in the "fitness center." Should close it or make it usable. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Fairly new campground so trees are not mature--but everything else about this place was perfect!! Nice folks, clean sites, good laundry-but small, easy on and off the highway. Close to Mammoth Cave, Lincoln sites, the 400 mile yard sale, Bowling Green, Good shopping in Glasgow--10 miles away--lots to do--great place for kids to stay for a few days. WiFi was spotty--but fixed during our stay. There is a close railroad--but we didn't even hear the trains at night--occasionally you can hear a truck on the highway. we will stay here again on our way through Kentucky. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park provides easy access from I-65 and has nice pull through sites which are gravel and level. The park is well maintained and looks very appealing. Our only complaint was that there was essentially no Wi-Fi even though the park said this was available. The 30.80 was after application of discounts. This was high we felt. We were also blocked somehow and could not get our dome satellite to receive a signal. The park had an excellent cable system, however. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very clean and friendly. Nice workout equipment, and game room. The grounds were very well maintained, with lots of green grass. Large sites. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Very nice park. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed in thoroughly. Laundry was neat and clean. The park appears to receive regular and timely maintenance. The owner checked us in and led us to our site. He was very helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a very nice, clean campground. We did only an overnight stay but it appears to be close to many attractions and is easy on & off I-65. Several eateries within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again. Friendly, helpful staff with escort to site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice campground. We used it as an overnite stay because it is very convenient off I65. Also a good base to visit Mammoth Cave National Park. Sites were level, clean with easy hookups. We intended to stay 1 night and stayed 2 nights when we decided to visit Mammoth National Park. I would give this a 10 but there is no pool. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice parking lot-type place, with gravel paving and grassy areas dividing the sites. The bathhouses were very clean. The light and fan come on automatically, so sometimes they shut off while you're in the shower. The free cable and wi-fi were excellent. The hosts are friendly. The game room/fitness room has ping-pong, pool, foosball, and high-quality stair machines and weight benches. It's pretty close to I-65 and train tracks, so it can be noisy from traffic. Lots of places to eat right nearby. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This campground is exactly what we expected. Long, level pull thru sites with full hookups. The dog walk was a nice addition for our 4 legged friends. The bathrooms were heated and very clean with plenty of hot water. The owner checked us in and offered a lot of good suggestions of what to see and do in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Cleanest restrooms anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All large pull-thru sites. I'm sure children are welcome, but seemed more geared towards adults, since there wasn't a pool or playground. Beautifully landscaped. Nice laundry room. There's a picnic shelter and meeting room if you travel in a group. Game room. Also a fenced in area for your pet to run and have fun instead of being on a leash all the time. Plenty of room between the lots with grass and young trees. In the office, there's a small store that offers some essentials that you might need for your camping experience. Downside would be more sites would need a picnic table and fire rings. Also there's a train track nearby, so if you're a light sleeper and don't have your air running, you might get awaken during the night. But the positives way outweigh the negatives. It also offers cable and WiFi free of charge. Definitely a BIG 10 in my book! We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very clean and conveniently located park. Near interstate but very little noise from traffic or train. Owner was very attentive. Dog run was fun for our friends and spotless. Excellent park for stay visiting caves friends with good access to restaurants and interstate. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This campground is not child friendly. There is not a pool or playground. Picnic tables at each site would be nice (we had to move one from another site, which meant someone else would not have one) as well as fire rings. The availability of trash bins/dumpster would be nice, too. There are only 3 fire rings that I am aware of in the entire campground, individual campsite fire rings would be great. On the positive side, the campground is beautifully landscaped and clean. The WiFi service is one of the best we have had the opportunity to use. Conveniently located to all area attractions. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Easy on and off from I-65. This park has large pull through sites. It was nice to not have to unhook our tow vehicle. Perfect satellite dish reception. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape and fountain. It was great to have a dog run too! The bath rooms and showers were spotless. The owner was very helpful directing us to all the local attractions. Can't wait till next year to see the proposed premium sites. We will definitely come here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Park is OK. staff is nice. Sites are level with decent separation. Might have rated it higher, except for train and road noise. Was terrible !! However, I am a light sleeper, my wife on the other hand, did not notice noise as much as I did. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Park is only a couple years old. New owner as of end of May. He was exceptionally nice and showed concern that everything was to our satisfaction. Long wide sites that are perfectly level. Good water and pressure. Strong, consistent power. Very convenient off/on I65, but far enough that road noise was not a problem. Even a nearby train track was not bothersome. Not a lot of amenities but then we never use the pools, volley ball nets, etc. that obviously you end up paying for. Makes a great "base camp" for exploring that area of Kentucky. They have a very nice looking group activity center & excellent pavilion so this probably would make an excellent place for a small group rally. I absolutely will stop here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We arrived after the office closed. Our reservation had been made online therefore our check-in was easy and the paperwork, information and site assignment was in the drop box. Very easy. I agree with the statement that it is a very simple, basic park. It's quiet. Our view looked out onto a crop field. It's a great location for those who will be taking in the area attractions. It had the feeling of being a newer park. There aren't fire pits or campfire rings. There is one fire pit at the pavilion at the center of the campground. I do not have any complaints about this RV park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice "basic" park. Long level pull thru sites with good hook-ups. No amenities to speak of, not a "destination" park, but a great place to stay over while visiting all of the local sites and caves. New owner (as of May 2008) is very friendly and helpful and is constantly upgrading the park. Hopefully those trees will grow up quickly. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a nice park that attracts older campers. There are nice, easy pull thrus with full hookups. If your kids need a pool and playground, this probably isn't the place for you. We used the park as a base camp to explore the area with our 7 and 9 year old children. Our kids had fun at the campground even without the amenities. The bathrooms and laundry room are spotless. There is not a lot of shade. There is a some highway noise and train noise, but it didn't bother us. One note, though: The park has a new owner as of Memorial Day weekend. He is very nice and is working very hard to maintain and even improve the place. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This a very nice and quiet park. Nicely landscaped and very clean. Clean restrooms and large showers. The large pull-thru level concrete sites are easy to get in and out of. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The campground is pet friendly and has a large dog walking area. The campground is close to Mammoth Cave National Park. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The sites are all pull-thrus and are long and level. The cable TV offered for $1.50 extra is excellent and the reception was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. You get escorted to your site. The park is well manicured and clean. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
A very clean and comfortable place to stay. The sites are long and level, and the utilities are conveniently located and lit at night. The showers and bathroom are cleaner than any other park we have ever seen! They offer Cable TV for an additional fee ($1.50) and, while it does offer many channels, the picture quality is very poor (very snowy). We stayed here in winter and the water lines were well protected in the freezing weather. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We stayed here for five nights while my husband completed an assignment at Mammoth Cave National Park. The campground is small but immaculate, and thoughtfully landscaped. The sites are gravel with easy pull-thru access, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we're in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This was a good park. Located close to Mammoth Cave. Easy access and gravel road and sites. Modern hook-ups, no shade or trees, looks like it was just landscaped will look nice when trees get bigger. Staff was helpful. It was not very crowded, but it was cold. Wireless internet was good. Sites also had picnic tables. We stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. Also had a Good Sams special for $9.95 instead of $19.95 if you signed up with through them...of course I signed up. I would stay at this park again. No frills but nice. They had a pavillion with picnic tables and campfire ring. I would recommend this park to anyone. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Park is new and very clean. All advertised services work great. BUT if you have a problem with highway noise or train noise, this is not the place for you. WiFi works great. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Staff was very friendly, and helpful as to things to see and do in the area. The site was gravel but level. Overall, the park was spotless. We will definitely stay here every time we pass through. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The owners will knock their socks off for you. New, clean and neat, no trees, big spaces and good hookups. Close to the freeway for access north and south. A good Mexican joint nearby. Will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a new park only 1/2 mile off I-65. If you are looking for true 50amp, easy pull-throughs and a friendly staff, this is the park for you. The owner is very knowledgable about the surrounding areas as well. Though there are no trees and no pool, we will stay here again whether passing through the area or staying for some time. It's small, so during season you will want to call ahead. Great park if you are not traveling with children as there are no amenities for little ones. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park is a nice place to stop for an overnight. It is truly "big rig friendly", but it lacks kid friendly activity. No pool, no playground. The spaces are tight, there is a common "fire pit" and covered area for a group to meet, but no fire rings at the sites. The park is very new, so the trees are still saplings. There is a very active rail line along the back of the park, trains run about every twenty-two minutes, but the only time I heard a train whistle was when the deer were on the tracks. This seems to be a common activity in the early morning and early evening. WiFi is pretty consistent since the park is small, but the park admin do not know anything about how it works. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Park was well maintained. Staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. While there were lots of trains, they did not bother us. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Very convenient to exit 53 on I-65 in KY. Level, reasonably wide, sites with good voltage and water pressure. Friendly owner. Train tracks are very close to campground, and lots of trains during the day & night. Would return for an overnight stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The grounds, bathrooms, laundry were pristine. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The RV Park is conveniently located to Mammoth Cave and many other attractions. There is a train and highway nearby but they did not bother us. I would definitely stay there again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
New park with modern laundry room. Every thing very clean. Great access to Mammoth Cave NP. One word of caution on the Wi-fi here, there is something fishy in their setup. I did mention it to an owner but he seemed indifferent. Do not access any financial sites or sites that you do not want someone else seeing. If your PC is setup correctly you will see a popup box warning you about the 'security certificate ...'. This is what you see on TV news programs warning you on having your personnel information stolen. Beware. Other than that the Wi-fi worked fine and I would return. We camped here in a Motorhome. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a great place to stay if visiting the Mammoth Cave area. Everything is brand new and works well. Wifi is free, Cable is a small additional fee (but includes HBO). Sites are reasonable, and angled so the views are of neighboring fields rather than neighboring RVs. Very friendly and helpful staff, giving advice and brochures on where to go and what to do. The only negative is the trains that go by. They're reasonably far from the sites, but not quiet either. If that won't bother you, then by all means this is a great place to stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Conveniently located. Very clean rest rooms and showers. New park and well landscaped. Recommend this park for visiting the caves in area. Had good pull thru with room for slides. Had good wifi also. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice a convenient park to Cave City. Not much for kids to do, but if you're looking for a nice, clean place to stay, this is it. Cable hookup/wifi available. This park is brand new, so there's not much grass yet and the trees are very small. Still, the best RV park in the Cave City area, hands down. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Brand new RV park right off I-65 at Mammoth Cave/Cave City Exit 53. Big sites with full hookups. It was easy to get in and out of our site as all sites were pull thrus. Very clean, modern facility. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We camped here for the first time in a pop-up camper. The site we were placed had zero shade.(I noticed that there is not much shade in this campground.) The bathrooms were kept clean. The pool was nice, although a bit crowded at times. The waterslide was broke, so they gave everyone free mini-golf, which my kids loved. The staff was so-so...lots of kids working there. A couple of them were very accommodating, a couple of them weren't. We may or may not stay here again, depending on whether we could obtain a spot w/ shade. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

We were on an electrical/water site (#16) in the middle of the park. There were many things for the kids to do around the park and it is very close to Mammoth Cave NP. Some of the facilities are a bit dated, but they are maintained quite well. The staff was very friendly. The waterslide was out of order during our stay, but the pool was nice and clean. I guess the only negative issue were the number of flys around the park. I think it may be indicative of the area as we saw them around town as well. We'll be back next time we come down to the caves. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
While this park was a bit dated and needed some repairs we found everything to be in working order. The number of things at the park for our grandson to do was the reason we choose it and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helped us in every way. The park was sold out but the size of the sites made it seem like it was not too crowded. We will be back when we can. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We camped here over Easter. The interior roads were not in the best shape, but good enough for the kids to ride their bikes/scooters on. Our site was quite spacious. Not a very strict park when it comes to where you camp, my cousin turned his motorhome to face ours, no one had a problem with that. Sites are very unlevel, but not a problem if you have jacks. Very friendly & helpful staff. Lots to do in the park and the area. We had a great time and probably will return. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Decent park, lots of activities in the park even in April. Most of the access roads are gravel and some are washed out. We had trouble getting in and out of our site because of drop offs from the site to the access road. There were a few sites that would be big rig friendly, but most where not 35' friendly. Sites are also unlevel. We had to block up the rear tires quite a bit to keep from lifting them off the ground with the jacks. Decent park I suppose, just a few FYIs for you. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Park staff very flexible with site location. We were never able to level the rig because sites are so uneven. Lots for kids to do. Horse and buggy rides available one night during our stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The campground was very clean -especially the bath house. There are many amenities available for kids, including mini golf, a game room, pavilion, and store. The only negative was that the sites were a little small (by our standards - we have a family of 6 so everything seems small!), and though the area where our TT was located was level, the site itself was very gravelly and sloped. We would camp here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

What a disappointment! We paid $35 for a place, even though there was an empty park, it was hard to find a level site. I don't know if it was only because it was the off season, but what a bad night of camping. The only plus was the nice people working the camp. We will not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is the second time we have stayed at this park. We brought our children for the Halloween celebration that the park hosts. There is something going on all through October. The children had a ball. There were lots of activities planned for the weekend. At almost every hour of the day there were activities planned. The shower houses are older and they do show their age but are clean and well kept. Sites are gravel with picnic tables and fire rings. We had a site with water, electric, and sewer hookup. There are 2 playgrounds that I saw for the children. A large one near the pavilion and a smaller one which we were right next to. We found this as a plus since we were traveling with 8 children. I would recommend this park to anyone that is traveling with children. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Overall this was a fairly nice campground. However the two things that stand out are that some of the sites are no very level and the price. $45 per night at the end of Sept, and the pool/water slide had already been closed. Too pricey for us, and we probably will stay at a different campground in that area on our next trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our youngest son enjoyed the hay ride and flag raising with Yogi. There is a small shop in the office to purchase gifts and some camping items. Bathhouses were clean and plenty of hot water was available. Campground was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay, but like I stated above, too pricey, so we probably will not stay here again. Shame, too, as we liked the campground, just too expensive. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
For what it cost, it was not worth it. They did offer a lot for kids to do, but most things were an additional cost. We were not impressed with the campsites at all. They weren't level and needed mowing. Don't plan on going back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We spent a Wednesday thru Monday at this park to attend a family reunion. Half of our party stayed in RV's, the other half in the cabins they offer for rent. I am not impressed with this park at all. *The sites are not level.(4 inches to one side unlevel). *The power was constantly going off. *Sites were not attended to between departures and arrivals. *Flies were terrible. *We had numerous issues with the parks management in relation to the cabins rentals. *It was a very loud park. Much louder than the super campgrounds at Myrtle Beach. We won't be staying here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The bath houses were very clean. They were cleaned 3-4 times a day if not more. There were one or two older employees who were a little less than nice, but most of the others were nice and helpful. The kids loved the 300' water slide and the pool but I though the pool area could have been cleaner, and they should not allow food to be eaten in and around the pool. We bought the wrist bands for the unlimited slide and mini golf. The golf was good but only because it was included in the wristband if we paid $4.00 a person we wouldn't have done it. A golf cart rental is a must especially if you have any health issues since it seemed we had to literally walk up hill both to the pool and back to the camper! And I would recommend you renting the golf card when you reserve your site. The characters (Yogi and Boo Boo) were not very visible even though they were driven around the campground every night, they didn't make up each road so we were only able to catch one character. The Hey Hey Hey Ride was great fun for the kids and Yogi and the young man who was the sing-along leader were wonderful! If we ever find ourselves in the Cave City area again, we would probably stay there again. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
We camp with 2 children and they had a ball at the park. Sites were nice. We camped in a water, electric, sewer site (W/E/S). There is a pool and water slide at this campground. Lots of activities planned for most weekends. I would recommend this campground to anyone with children. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice Park! Very helpful and friendly staff. Sites were a little tight, however it was a holiday weekend so a lot of camper's there. The kids really enjoyed the 300' waterslide and playgrounds. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We have camped here many times. It is good for families because there are a lot of activities. The problem with the campground is that the sites are not level at all for the most part. The sites are very poor. The staff is very friendly. This campground is very overpriced. Not only are you going to pay about $50 a night to camp, you have to pay an extra $15 a kid for the waterslide. We will be camping down the road at the Army Corp. Parks that are more reasonable and very level. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Campground has some good attractions for children however the sites could be leveled and the sites could also been a little better kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a good site if you are exploring the caves however not the best campsite to stay on property for your weekend or vacation. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Facilities are in pretty rough shape. Our site didn't have grass, only dirt. Frankly, the only reason to stay here during the fall is for the kid's activities on the weekends, otherwise I'm sure there are better campgrounds. The game room is top notch. The Halloween weekends during October are second to none. This was our third trip for the Halloween weekends, and we had a blast again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Campground is poorly kept. Grass is not cut and sites are not level. There is absolutely no adherence to any rules. Golf Carts are rented to anyone and kids drive them wildly at night. Quiet hours are not enforced. We were kept up all night and woken up at 6:30 am by campers who had no courtesy. We could not wait to get out of the campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Gravel roads, park looks old and in need of a little attention, but overall the kids had a blast. Nice playground and pool. Some activities throughout the day. Campground is very large so make sure you request a site near the pool/playground. We made our reservations 5 months in advance, even had a site#, but the site was given away when we arrived...ended up with a nice spot though, it was a lot of hassle after a long drive. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We hate the golf carts that all of the Jellystone Parks rent. They drive too fast, are too noisy, and create too much dust. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This was the most over priced RV Park we have ever stayed at. The sites had gravel RV pads that were horribly un-level. The landscape was dismal, and there was almost no shade. I noticed a dozen or more trees throughout the park with no leaves on them, and we were there in Mid July. The utilities were in OK shape but were terribly positioned in relationship to my RV. I had to almost park the rear of my rig in the road so my sewer hose with extension would reach the sewer drop. The restrooms were clean, but no AC. There were 2 rest room buildings in the RV park, but in one of the buildings the men’s room was closed, out of order, the entire time we were there. In the only open men’s room in the park area, one of the 3 toilets was out of order the entire time we were there. The pool was large and very nice, but was always crowded. The park welcomed (for a fee) day visitors to use the water activities. The water slide was a big hit for my kids, but it cost an additional $6 per day, per kid, even though we were paying almost $45 per night. I would not recommend this park, and will not return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Simply overpriced. There is no comparison of the playground equipment to that of KY Horse Park. Neither are the sites. At $42 they should spend some money on maintenance. Much better price at a new constructed park on the other side of I-65. Its to new to be listed. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This was a really nice park. We really love the Jellystone franchise and try to stay in one of their park whenever we can. This park did not disappoint. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
Stayed here while visiting Mammoth Cave. Staff was very helpful as we were a late arrival on Thursday night. Sites were long enough for our 30' trailer and crew cab truck. I would recommend a pull through if you have a longer rig. Sewer and electric were placed well on site we had. Staff seemed very friendly and camp-store/lodge was stocked well considering how early in season it was. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Great place to camp with the kids. Staff is very friendly and there was a lot to do. This is not a camp ground where you can really bring the bicycle as the topography is quite steep in places which makes it difficult to ride bikes. We really like the sites at the top of the hill near the store and pool area, the back section has gravel roads and sites which creates a lot of dust. We will definitely camp here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We had a good time with our kids and their friends. No problems checking in. Staff was very friendly. Camp grounds are a little run down; roads are rough. Heard that the camp ground is under new management, seeing efforts to improve the operation but have a ways to go. Camp sites are not level. Our site was not close to being level. We had to use every leveling apparatus for the front and the trailer axles yet were still not level by a long shot so had to make do. The terrain was extremely hilly, not safe for kids to ride bicycles. Maneuverability was difficult but manageable entering the campsite and leaving. We were at the lowest part of the camp ground so driving up the hill was a small challenge when leaving and dumping (also at the lowest part of the camp ground). There were many planned activities for the kids that kept them busy day and night. They had a large pool, a kiddie pool, large slide (they charged $6.00 per person per day two days max—that is a lot for five kids), three nice playgrounds, putt putt golf, and basketball. Most camp sites were semi-shaded. Went to two bath houses of which both found acceptable. Biting bugs were a nuisance in the evening but not unmanageable. Daily rate included party of seven, water and electric. Rate is acceptable considering the effort in keeping the kids busy with planned activities. Can not level the camp ground but improvements on the road, efforts to level the camp sites and perhaps either take down the slide or charge a lot less will go a long ways making the camp ground highly recommended for the money. We camped here in a Travel Trailer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
I really feel sorry for the new owners of this park, because they have a nightmare on their hands! This was the worst campground we have ever been to, and we have been to hundreds of campgrounds. The only things positive I have to say are that the staff was very nice and I can tell they are trying to make improvements. Where to begin - 1. Horrible sites - uneven, dirty, and when it rained, we were a half foot under water! 2. Disgusting bathrooms! 3. Horrible playground. 4. The water slide (which is an extra cost) kept breaking down. 5. Maneuverability was difficult for larger trailers/RVs. 6. They advertised things they do not have. 7. Just an overall messy campground. Unfortunately there are not a lot a great campgrounds surrounding Mammoth Cave NP. I would rather stay in the National Park without water and sewage than stay here again! We travel in a travel trailer and have 2 small children. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We had a really good time here over Halloween with our 8 year old daughter. The camp is a little run down. The roads are rough and washed out. Most of the camp sites are not level. Some are not even close to level. That is however, the sort of thing an adult would notice. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. My daughter had a marvelous time. There were numerous activities, some were geared for younger kids, and some for older (karaoke). We will probably return here next halloween just for the activities offered for children, but not for the facilities. They are offering WiFi internet now, but our campsite was deep in a pit, and I could not get a strong enough signal to stay online. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Great for kids, not for adults. Very uneaven gravel pull thrus. We tried 4 spots before finding one that we could level up our 38 foot MH. It looked like it has some really great cabins, but they were expensive, just like the RV sites. We thought we could probably stay in a local hotel for just about the same cost. Next time we go to Mammoth, we will find another place to stay. The campground has so much potential, I just hope that the owners level up the sites, add more gravel and make the roads in the park more user friendly for large rigs. Like I said, kids will love this place, lots of things for them to do, but adults with large rigs, beware!! We camped here in a Motorhome.
Great place for children. They have activities plannned from sun up to sun down. My son LOVES this place. Close the state park and other activities. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
A good facility with a lot of shaded sites. I would have rated it higher if it weren't for the outrageously high price. They wanted to charge me another $2 for air conditioning. The pig was a little scary. Apparently it roams the park as a campground pet. Wasn't too keen about meeting it face to face and nose to nose unexpectedly while hooking up the sewer hose. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Older park showing it's age. Comfort stations clean , reasonable shape , but dated. C/S are
also not air conditioned. Large shaded sites, campfires allowed. Rates are a little on the high side , but inline with other Jellystone Parks . They do charge extra if your MH has a/c. My biggest complaint , pool open to day campers. Bus load arrived from local church camp , taking over pool , making it impossible to enjoy. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is great if you have children. I have a 6 year old son, who loved the 350ft
waterslide, tan they have children planned activities form 9am until 9pm. They also have a great diner on the property along with a petting zoo, fishing
lake and wonderful plyaground. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Lots for children but for a couple, forget it. You are paying for lots of stuff you won't even look at. Worst, the owner was obsessed with not spending money for camper comfort. Showers were cold and they would not turn up water heaters. No soap in bathrooms and worst of all smoking was allowed in office and tv lounge as well as other areas. This is not family friendly in that respect. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A very nice park. they had many acttivities for our kids with an organized recreation program. The restrooms were cleaned several times a day and in very good condition. some sites not level, but most can manage without too many problems. Very roomy sites. They have an excellent recreatiion program that keeps the kids busy most of the day. They have Karaoke on Saturday nights which the kids really loved. we had a very pleasing experience. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If you've got young kids, they'll love it. But for the rest of use, stay away. First, the place is very run down, especially the so-called attractions such as their miniture golf course. The sites are mostly not level also, but they are spacious. My biggest problem was the noise. The Friday we were there they had a teen dance at the shelter that went on untill 11PM. The next night it was karoke untill 11. The worst was the bathrooms which were so filthy that the last day we packed and left without bathing. If you've got young kids, (3 to 12 years old) they'll have a nice time, but as a parent your going to suffer. We camped here in a camper.
Singing Hills Campground is a small, older park, but overall is well kept. The showers and restrooms did not have air-conditioning. Which was unplesant in 90 plus degree weather. They were dated and the paint and fixtures were not appealing to the eyes, but they were exteremely clean and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The sites were close together, and some of the picnic tables, grills and firerings needed work. Singing Hills Campground is what I would call "no-frills", as there isn't much to do there but fish in the pond. That was OK with us though, as we were there to see the area attractions. I was very pleased with the price. Many other campgrounds, in a lot worse shape, charge twice what we paid. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Very friendly owners. We only stayed one night but it was very nice. Very fast wifi wasw a nice change. We will definitely be back here. Lots for the grandkids to do nearby We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is the second time we have stayed here. The owners are very friendly. the gravel roads are well drained as well as the sites. There had been some work done on the sewer recently and because of the rain there was some mud. But that will take care of itself soon. When we pass this way again we will definitely stay here. We stayed as Escapees. We camped here in a Motorhome.
I completely agree with the last few posters, this is a fine spot and a Passport America campground that actually charges the rate listed online! We camped here in a Motorhome.
We stayed here using Passport America rates. What a nice experience. Friendly owners, full hook-up, and fast Wi-Fi, all for the best price around. Very convenient to Mammoth Cave National Park and other surrounding attractions. Interior roads are gravel and are well drained. The park is not the fanciest but makes up for it in nice amenities, friendly staff, great location, and price. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park is one of the best overall campgrounds we have ever visited. The owners are extremely courteous and the park is well manicured. The pull-through sites are easy to access and most have full hook-ups. The bath house is spotless and the Wi-Fi screams. If you need to do some on-line banking and don’t want to use WI-Fi, there is a DSL line in the office for the campers use. We will definitely recommend this park to all of our camping friends. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Small campground area located west of I-65. Pull thru site great, full hook up including free WiFi. Gravel pull thru, grass area with picnic table, fire ring and small grill within site location. Small catch and release pond. Park personnel very pleasant and friendly. Came by and checked to make sure all was suitable for our visit. Not fancy but well worth the stop over. Would definitely stop again if in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Rate was Club rate. Overal a Nice Campground - nice to walk around park, lots of gravel for rain water run-off even with all the thunderstorms. Very friendly, helpful owner/manager. We liked the wider spacing between the sites than we had had at other campgrounds previous to coming in here. Close to the Mammoth Cave NPS where we were going. Will definitely return should we come to the area again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
The owners were the nicest campground hosts we have ever met. The check in with the lady of the team was pleasant and friendly. The gentleman was working in the campground and came over to visit while we were setting up. The campground was a little rough around the edges. The owner was busy with his small bucket loader moving gravel around and leveling some rough spots. Much work needs to be done to make this a truly outstanding place and it looks like the owner is very busy working toward that goal. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Owner was friendly and courteous. It was obvious that there has been a lot of work done as the web site indicates, showers/bathrooms were old but clean & functional. This place has a quiet and relaxing, family atmosphere, definitely, not a party zone. Close to Mammoth Cave and other places of interest. We would definitely recommend it, and would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The owners were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Campground is spotless. All the utilities worked perfectly. Bathhouses were clean, although the shower heads were sort of funky! The owners are still working hard at major upgrades since purchasing the campground which was apparently very run-down. The campground is 5 minutes from Cave City and 5 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park. If you are looking for a campground with crowds and a frenzy of activities, this is NOT the place for you. Quiet, peaceful, and the WiFi worked perfectly right at my picnic table. My wife and I took our 12 year old grandson and our dogs and we stayed 2 extra nights it was so outstanding. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet, clean easily accessible campground near Mammoth Cave. Oh, and the price: With Good Sam discount, $25/ night. PS. there is NO swimming pool--it is filled in. We will stay there again when back in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Our rate is a Passport America rate. It is easy to miss the park entrance. It would help if there were a sign before you get to the park. Also, if you use, GPS, it is wrong. The owner said he has been trying for a year to get GPS to change the mistake. Follow the directions in Passport America directory or call them. As already stated, the driveway is narrow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our sewer connection was right in front of where our neighbors were sitting outside. Also their firepit was right outside our window. They have put new rock in each site. It is very quiet at night. Wi-Fi is free and works very well. The owner is either putting in a new small pool or is fixing the one there. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a Passport America campground. Good thing I called ahead as they have very limited long pull thrus. The entrance is tight but do-able. The campground is very quiet and the owners are fixing it up nicely. We would camp here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
As mentioned in previous posts, the new owners are trying very hard to improve this park. Literally tons of new rock has been put in. Biggest problem I see for this park is the entrance coming off the road. It is very narrow with a sizeable ditch on each side of the culvert. I would not want to enter this campground after dark. We camped here in a 40 foot motorhome so it shouldn't be as scary for smaller rigs. Once inside the park there is sufficient room for big rigs. It is very near Mammoth Cave National Park (2.5miles) which is why we came here. Our rate is based upon our Passport America membership. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a very nice clean campground. The new owners are working hard to make it a better place. They are also very friendly and want to help make your stay more enjoyable. The small fish pond had just been stocked. Some of the sites are not real level so this can present a challenge. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Owners very friendly. Raining when we arrived, and the owner came out and told us to go ahead to our site and come back when the rain stop. Big pull through sites. easy to maneuver around the campground. easy access from I-65. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Passport America rate. Washrooms were closed for the season. OK spot for overnighting. We have a 38ft fifth wheel and it just fit in the spot but we didn't have any trouble getting in or out. Very nice elderly lady greeted us. Had no problem with setting up our satellite internet. Campground does need some work-broken tables, leaky water taps but the price was good. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Good location for the area, but limited number of sites. There are not enough sewer sites available, and it's a little pricey, but okay if you're passing through and need a place to stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We camped here off-season at the end of November, 2005. The campground was nearly empty, very well maintained and quiet. Water, electric and sewer available. Getting past the registration area and into the campground was a little tight, but interior roads were fine. Campground is close to Mammoth Cave NP. Owner was friendly and helpful, providing good information on the local attractions. This is a Passport America park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Passport America campground. Three miles to Mammoth Cave N.P. entrance and about 10 minutes away from the visitor center. Owned and manged by a very sweet elderly couple. Not much to look at from the road, old signs, dirt road, but the sites look over a pastoral field. Set back from the road so it's very quiet. Has a small stocked pond and a small pool with basketball hoop - great for kids, too small for adults. It's no 5 star resort but for $16 and full hook-ups this close to the National Park, it's a deal. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Poor, poor and poor, Their ad reads, pull-thrus If you are a Motorhome contortionist, big rigs is a joke, dump station not working properly & clean, 30/50amps only 30amp working and had to use extension cord to reach, tables broken, grill, would not use in my dreams, rec room/shower and bath dirty not clean is an understatement. Campground not clean, management rude, uncaring and tried to not honor discounts or try to gouge for more money. We camped here in a Motorhome.
