This is our second stay here and although it is a little pricey, you get what you pay for. We enjoyed all the activities, the pools and entertainment. Having busing around town made it easy and fun to get around and do things outside of the campground as well. I will be back to this campground. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed for Columbus Day weekend. Bayley's has a Halloween weekend over Columbus Day weekend. The weekend was OUTSTANDING! They had numerous activities for children and adults. Sites competed to build elaborate Halloween decorated sites. People build haunted houses and some of the sites were amazing! The winners received free weeks and weekend of camping next season. There was an unhaunted hayride through the campground for young children. Then a VERY scary haunted hayride. It was complete with all of the Jason's, Michael Myers, guys with chainsaws, etc. This ride was NOT for young children. They had campsite trick or treating, costume contest, etc. We have already booked for next year. Again; Pine Point Beach is beautiful. The pools were heated and pretty warm. Our kids had a blast. The campsite was crowded. I believe I heard that most of the 700 sites were full. But the park was pretty quiet by 11 every night. Our site # 90 was much larger than our site from last summer. My only complaint was that the staff is not as warm and fuzzy as other places. They do not go out of the way to open doors, etc. But that complaint is reaching. Bring your own firewood! It is $10.00 for a bag of wood. All in all an excellent weekend! Even though this campground is crowded, we met a lot of great people and never felt that we didn't have our own space. If you have kids, book your Halloween weekend for next year today. As my six year old said, trick or treating at home will not be as good as our Halloween weekend at Bayley's. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet weekend. This might not be the weekend for you. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This place is WAY to over priced, and there are way too MANY people. We will not be returning here. The only good thing is it is so close to the beach. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

First time visitors to this park. Spacious and clean. Sites available among extremely large pines. We had a very large open site. Staff were very helpful. Other campers were friendly. Great location, only 3-4 miles from Maine Mall & most important Cracker Barrel. We will certainly be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice Good Sam campground with a lot of potential; it must be a great place to be in summer with its lake and activities. We were very explicit when making reservations that we needed a space for 34' with 2 slides and handicapped accessible. Upon arrival we were originally sent to a narrow space between 2 trees, with 'permanents' on both sides of us and directly across from the kids playground. If we'd had young kids with us this might have been a good place to be; however, our rig would not fit in the space so we unhooked our tow vehicle and searched the park for a suitable space. It seems most of the lake-front spaces are already taken by permanent campers or are for tents. We finally set up in the open field. All the amenities were available as stated; staff was friendly and accommodating. A GREAT nearly restaurant for low-cost lobster dinners is Ocean Gardens in Gorham, about 15 minutes away. Restrooms and showers were not wheel-chair accessible. Although campground met our needs for a 3-4 night stay but it unlikely we would return here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is large and was busy when we were here. There is a large section of seasonals at the back; there are many tent sites, under pine trees; and a large open field of grass for motorhomes. We arrived after a rain event, and our site had muddy puddles. Once the puddles had dried, someone came by to fill the puddles with dirt and level the area. There is a lovely spring-fed lake on the property, open to swimming and floating. There seem to be many activities scheduled for families, including softball. It is away from main roads and freeways, so is quiet at night. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice campground. Lots of shade and manicured grass. All roads are paved with the campsites themselves crushed stone. The sites on the inside of the circle are indeed a little tight. The pull thru sites are long with the intent to come in from the opposite direction as your close neighbor and pull forward. In so doing have space and some privacy. The sites around the perimeter are back-in and mostly very adequate. Tent sites as well as seasonal sites are somewhat separated from the transients. Good laundry. Good WiFi at our site. Very nice park. Would recommend and use again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This (adults only, no kids) park had a nice feel to it and we would stay here again. Friendly welcome, attractive pond with wild ducks. Our small site was on the peninsula looking out toward a nice view of the marsh (we drive a van RV, so easily fit.) Shower stall was a bit small. This park is a good location for visiting Portland and the various lighthouses at Cape Elizabeth. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Sites were tight. We were in a pull through site which had side by side hook ups and there could not have been 6 foot between us and the motorhome beside us. We asked for a large site so evidently they think if is long it is large. There was probably 12 ft on the other side and our front door was facing the other campers front door. You can not check in before 1 pm or after 7 pm. On the up side it was very clean, quiet and there were lots of TV channels. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
