We camped in what is considered "Bayley's Best", sites in the back of the CG. They are OK but really nothing special. Our site was along the back road and there was no trees or shrubs of any kind between the sites, absolutely no privacy and no grass on the ground, only gravel making it really uncomfortable on bare feet. There is a lot to do in the CG but we really wished they would put effort into creating some level of privacy. This is the most we have ever paid for a site and we were so disappointed at the wide-open characteristics of our site. We will not return to this dusty, over-priced CG. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Absolutely loved this park! It was clean, friendly and had so many amenities. Really want to go back next year! We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Way way overpriced for what you get. For $70.00 I expect paved roads and a paved patio, not a dusty dirty road for almost a mile to get to our site. Then the site was ALL rock, no grass. And now we've got these little hard shelled flying bugs everywhere. We will not be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If you are looking for some wonderful shade, this is the park for you. The trees here are so gorgeously tall, providing many of the well-spaced spots (including ours) with refreshing cool shade. Honestly, the laundry room could use a few more machines. We did a few loads but had to keep coming back with the number of people who wanted to use the facility. We didn't swim in the lake, but it sure is big! Lots of beach and happy people all playing and frolicking in the water or on the shore where there's a basketball court, volleyball, and a baseball diamond as well. Snack stands surround the beach as well, making this place a destination for more than just the campers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to Portland. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here in early October. Most of the sites are well-shaded with pine trees and have pretty close access to the man-made lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was nice and clean. I would stay here again but probably not at peak times because it would likely be a little too busy for me. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The campground has a large lake with a swimming beach. There are plenty of group picnic areas and each site has picnic tables and fire rings, most with grills. Fantastic family management with strong emphasis on family activities and fun events for children. The roads in the campground could be improved, preferably paved, since the Summer of 2009 was very rainy and the roads were muddy with deep puddles. But still, we consider this to be a great campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Incredible! That's the only thing that come to mind. This adult only camping is perfect if you want a quiet place to relax. It's close to Portland, Old Orchard and even Freeport for some shopping (only 30 minutes). The owners are helpful and respectful. We asked for a pull thru but they where all reserved. Instead, we had a classic site but the owner assured us it was easy to access (and it was). Overall, we will come back next year (and for a longer stay). We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is an oasis, you camp among lovely tall pine trees that have been thinned out just perfectly, leaving a nice shady canopy with some light coming in. Nice roomy sites with full hookups are located with a great view of a salt marsh. Laundry is available and convenient garbage receptacles were located every few sites. As a "adult" campground" it allows one to escape the crowds and noise of the beach resorts, making this a great place to relax. Dog friendly! Owners are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make this place a beautiful campground to visit. I strongly suggest you stay here if in the area, you won't be let down. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very clean, small park. Lots of shade so we couldn't get satellite but they had cable. They take pride in their park. Would return. We camped here in a Motorhome.
