We are writing this review to warn those of you who need 50-amp service that it is NOT available at this campground, as previous reviews have stated. And it may be fine for some large rigs, but wasn't appropriate for our 45-ft motorhome. To make matters worse, the ground was soft, and we got stuck while trying to squeeze into our site. All of that would merit an even lower score, but the other campers were terrific - they were extremely helpful and got us out of the mud! If you have a smaller motorhome and don't need 50-amp service, it would probably be a nice place to stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Park has level, wide, private sites among the trees; some are long, some are medium length. The campground is 3/4 km on a good dirt road from the highway and railway, so there is relatively little noise. $21 for electric/water; $40 for sewer as well. No Wi-Fi yet, although it is planned for 2010 (and won't be free). Cell coverage is marginal (I had a dropped call), and data rates are 1X only (no EVDO yet). There is a pool, miniature golf, kids' play area, horse shoes, etc., plus a huge woods with trails to wander through. (But beware of the ticks -- I came out with several dozen on my pants!) We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
