Let me start by saying that this campground has tremendous potential. The grounds are very nice, mostly wooded and includes several ponds. Another nice feature is the bar that is located on-site that includes live entertainment on weekends. Now the negatives. The staff members that we came across during our stay were very rude! I think campground employee's sometimes forget that the campers are the campground's customers and without them they wouldn't have jobs. We found the sites to be very small and extremely close together. Upon setting up our travel trailer once we opened the awning there were literally tent stakes from the tents in the site next to ours under our awning. I'm sure there are better sites within the campground however they are few and far between. Last but not least ten dollars per person for friends/family to visit the campground is ridiculous. I would not recommend this campground and I won't be back. Stay away! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was a typical campground where the teenagers get very loud at night around the basket ball courts until 11 pm or 12 am. The sites are not very big at all. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The park is beautiful. The problems are with the office. This is a family run business and customer satisfaction is not a priority. Reservations are not something you can count on and it is not unusual to show up to find out that you don't have a place after all. We made reservations 4 months in advance for multiple sites just to be told they were rented to someone else. What use is it to give a phone number and to make reservations not to have them upheld? I have since found out that this is a normal occcurence and, thankfully for us, this happened during non-peak season. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Because there are no full hookup sites I figured the single Dump Station would probably be a Zoo in the morning so thought I would Dump on the way in instead of on the way out. Was told that would cost me $20! (extra). Bizarre and definitely NOT Customer friendly. Unsurprisingly the bathroom was in poor repair (no functioning locks on stalls, toilets loose on the floor) and fairly Filthy. We will assuredly NOT return here. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This campground is nice and woodsy and quiet. The television reception isn't very good because of all the trees. There is only a gray water drain at the site. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely come back here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice CG with large sites mostly back in. Lots of shade trees (could not get Sat/TV with portable dish so many trees). The site have gray water connection not sewer but they have a dump station for sewer. 30 amp hookup, they say they have 50 amp. Everything in the area was booked up an we accidentally found this CG. Would go back again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A beautiful scenic and quiet campground set amongst white pine growth and a welcome relief after the Interstate. CCUSA rate available - check rules. Lots of sights nearby. Used laundromat which was fine. Friendly staff and good camp store. Some facilities are on small lake. Good level pull-through site. Would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful campground. Pull throughs among tall pines with nice stone fire pits. Baths and showers nearby, but quite a walk up hill to lodge. Very friendly people. Nearby to everything for sight seeing. Wi-Fi only worked up at lodge. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We camped here for over a week and really loved the campground. There were so many nice sites and the staff was very helpful when I was selecting a site. The campground staff really takes care of the sites and grounds. For someone planning an extended stay, the campground offers honey wagon/pump-out service. The electric service was steady throughout our stay and never came close to being inadequate. We ran our A/C all week with the fridge on electric. The water pressure was steady and we even had cable TV on our site. The camp store is small but fine for camping needs. They have an ice cream window and a restaurant in the lodge. They serve breakfasts on the weekends and coffee/muffins during the week. In that same lodge building there is a game room and a bar on the weekends. The lake is beautiful with good fishing and the boat rentals for a very reasonable rate. It is right in Plymouth and so it's really easy to get to the Plymouth attractions but also easy to get to an x-way to head into Boston or down to the Cape. I had read earlier reviews where people had mentioned being bothered by the nearby airport or the shooting club. We were there for 10 days and honestly were not bothered by either. We did hear planes here and there and we could hear the gun club activity for short periods but it was nothing that was bothersome. This was one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at and we will absolutely return here when back in the area. You will not be disappointed. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here over Memorial Day Holiday and will definitely come back. We parked the camper and truck on a nice level shaded site and didn't move the truck once. General store on the property had everything we needed and the prices were reasonable. I think that's because they also serve the locals. Great selection of food and deli items as well as beer and wine. The park was clean and the staff friendly. They had just put in cable TV and we couldn't get it to work, when we called the front office someone was there in 15 minutes and tightened a loose connection and it was up and running. Showers were spacious and clean, cost .25 but enough room to shave my legs! Kids were kept busy with activities. Dance Saturday night was loud, shut down at 10:00 pm sharp. The pond was crystal clear and husband enjoyed the fishing and kids the swimming. Can't wait for our next trip! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here over the Memorial Day holiday. It was very busy with constant foot and vehicle traffic even past dusk. They charge you for EVERYTHING here. Guests must register and pay. There is only one bathroom facility for the whole park. $0.25 for each 10 minute shower in sub par degraded facilities, that were only spot cleaned once a day. There were spiders, webs, roaches and frogs and all kinds of critters in the showers at night. Many sites were not mowed or trees trimmed very well and there are several seasonal camp sites that were in ill upkeep. Our site was on a corner with trees scattered around it making proper trailer placement very difficult to be able to reach electric and sewer services, much less open our awning. It is obvious that the staff is either overwhelmed or not managed properly. We felt unimpressed, uncomfortable, unwelcomed and just another tourist to nickel and dime. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. There are far nicer places to camp on the Cape. The park has potential, but the ownership/management clearly doesn't want to expend the effort or cash to bring this place up to even "good" standards. They must have spent all their money on the new General Store (which is open to the public and serves as the local liquor store), and their nice front office. The bathrooms are FILTH; the showers are old and decrepit (and you pay for the privilege of using them), people trash the bathrooms every night, and it goes on because of the minimal security. If you're in a self-contained RV, the above might not bother you, but it says something about the lack of concern by management for their customers' health and comfort. The RV section of the park is so crowded, you can't breathe without the family next door hearing you. Save yourself the expense and disappointment and go somewhere else. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
