This is a very nice park with a courteous staff, they do not allow alcohol and are very adamant about it. We had a great time and will return “when we camp with our friends that don’t like to drink” We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very clean, quiet campground with very nice staff. Our site was small, but accommodated our 39 ft 5th wheel with slides on both sides. Very clean, modern bathroom and shower facilities. There are 2 playgrounds for the kids along with a barn with an arcade, pool tables and summer time family activities. The beach was closed when we were there in the fall, but it looked like it was well cared for. They had a honeywagon service and picked up our trash nightly. No alcohol allowed, but no one seemed to mind. There isn't much to do in the surrounding area, but plenty to keep the kids entertained in the campground for a long weekend. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is one of the friendliest and cleanest campgrounds we have ever visited! For a small campground there are great amenities including rental kayaks, peddle boats, row boats, 4-wheel bikes, fishing, game room, ball field, playground, pavilion, and scheduled activities on weekends. Super modern and clean bathrooms and showers that are handicapped accessible. Only a few sites have 30 or 50 AMP and water hookups -- with a nice view of the lake. Most sites have 20 AMP with water nearby. Most sites are level and grassy or dirt surface; roads are gravel. Sewer hookups not available but there is a dump station. Although located in a residential area and bordered by a busy street, it was quiet at night. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
Myers Lake campgrounds is a United Methodist Church campground and therefore no alcoholic beverages are allowed. It is a beautiful lake side setting with a well maintained beach and picnic areas. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
