We loved this campground. It's small and cozy, but the sites are large. Our site #21 was perfect. Located right on the beach (close enough to have great access, yet far enough not to be annoyed by the activity) it was perfect for a family. The restrooms were not very clean and the showers could use a little more upkeep, but other than that we have found another one of our favorite campgrounds here! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This State Park is awesome. The campground needs some maturing, but the trails are great as is the fishing and swimming. But please be aware that although the lake at the campground is still okay, Big Seven Lake had it's dam break and is partly drained. This was the best lake for swimming although it is quite a hike from the campground. Hopefully they will get funding from the state to repair this situation. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a nice campground. If they get their act together the registration would be much better. No one at the gate, no one at the campground,no instructions so we called the 800# and they told us just to take one of the empty spots and someone would be there soon. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Campground is pretty barren. Trees are very young and small - no shade - make sure you have a good awning. Some sites are on a small very plain lake - the only reason I give this campground a 5 is Seven Lakes is a very nice park overall, but the CG could be much, much better. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
