Most are seasonal sites. Golf carts were everywhere. Some neighbors were nice but felt out of place there. They had really nice fireworks for the 4th. They seem family friendly if you are one of the seasonal people. Sites are really close together. Probably wouldn't stay there again but it served its purpose for us. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
