This park has had some bad reviews in the past. The dusty roads have been fixed with a spray. The ant hills are still here, but don't see a lot of ants. We put stuff out and it is gone, so it is working. We found a site that has full hookups and still can get satellite with a portable dish. Lots of trees. Power & water are fine. Very few people here during the week. Office staff is all business, but OK. Workers are friendly and helpful. Park is not near any large city, so we probably wouldn't stay here again. Grand Rapids and Muskegon are 50 miles away. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a very nice wilderness park. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay at this resort. There is a lake with some lake front sites and many shaded sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We had planned on staying for one week, but left after one day because of the dust being kicked up by even the slowest most considerate park traffic. Rain would have created a virtual mud hole of the roads. The staff were pleasant and the setting was nice, but we are not dirt campers. We camped here in a Motorhome.
