This is a small state park campground. There is no hookups of any kind, but there are water
taps. It is a rustic campground with some trees but very few. Being an equestrian campground, horses are welcome and there are hitching posts at each site. The campground is usually very quiet except holiday weekends. The vault toilets are usually cleaned once a day but we don't use them much. There are no showers. There is a swimming beach that is nice, it is a short drive from the campground. There are many horse trails throughout the park along with mountain biking trails and some for hiking. Overall the park is nice and not overused. The only downfall is that the roads are dirt and can be quite dusty or muddy. Plus anyone coming into the park may just drive through the campground as there is no gates. We camp here several times a year and enjoy it very much. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
