This small campground is right on the edge of town, has some sites with electricity only, and some with no utilities at all. The pull-throughs are longer, the back-ins are shorter. All sites are flat and level, some are open, some are shaded. Water is available at the bathhouse. There is no dump station. The bathhouse is old but clean and is kept locked. You have to get a key from the ranger who is on duty every night from 6pm until 10pm. The ranger will also give you the security code for the Wi-Fi that worked very well for us. We came here for a couple days to visit friends and were tickled to death to find such a convenient place with such a reasonable rate. We camped here in a 36' coach. We will definitely stay here again, either passing through or stopping to visit. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very convenient for an overnight stop. Right off of US2. Pull-through sites are long enough for big rigs. Back-in sites are shorter. We camped here in a Motorhome.
There is WiFi available but it's best to go to the library a block away. The water is at the shower restroom, and it's a tight corner for larger vehicles or pull type RV. Ok place to stop at night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
