Level sites, very clean, beautiful landscaping, friendly staff. We'd stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We liked this park. It's being built with something being added almost daily. It's a 10 year project to sell the sites for those over 55 as a seasonal. There's no amenities as of this date. It's very quiet and well worth a few days stay. The nearest town with anything that's needed is 15 miles to Albert Lea. The owner knows not all sites will sell, so nightly, weekly or monthly will be available. We will stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground is currently under construction and is listed as a 55+ RV resort. It is very close to I-35, easy to find, easy on and off etc. Right now they offer nightly rates, but the idea is to sell individual sites and make it a 55+ community. Lots of landscaping has been done at the entrance. A couple of easy pull through sites but the rest are back in. Hook-ups are easy to use. There are shrubs planted between sites which will allow privacy someday. Sites are gravel and level. If you buy a site you can choose how to have it, gravel or cement. There is a small lake, but no swimming beach and it is not large enough for boating. We wanted to check it out, but doubt if we will stop again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
