Beautiful park! Very large lots, beautifully kept facility. Very friendly staff. Loved the pool. The restroom/showers were spotless. Would definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice park, in a great location. It's very clean and attractive. Personnel were very nice. Very quiet park at night. Easy access in and out of all sites. Lots of trees in and around all sites. Oversized pool, supplied by a spring. Can be a little cool but very refreshing. Dumping services at your site available for a fee. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
I think we would have had a better experience if the restrooms were cleaner. This is an average campground, tucked away in the hills of Minnesota. The drive was very pretty. Our site was fairly level & sized average. Trees kept our site nice & shaded. There was a playground that our children enjoyed. The swimming pond was very cold as it is spring fed. There are rocks containing the water and grass around it. My kids were too cold and didn't want to swim, which made for a very long Saturday. The restrooms were pretty dirty on Friday & Saturday day but better in the evening. Hair on the shower walls, sinks, and big spiderwebs full of bugs on the ceiling. I know how difficult it is to clean a campground bathroom clean but the spiderwebs were there all weekend. The soap dispenser ran out so they put 1 bar of soap in a dish for everyone to share. There are recovering from a flood last year so the camp restaurant no longer exits and there are only port-o-potties near the swimming pond. Everyone was very nice but I don't think I'd return in a hurry. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
Only 13 sites with sewer. Most have only water and elec. and tent sites none or a
few have elec. All sites are grass and low, if it rains they can be very soft. Trees are badly in need of trimming. Many branches will drag on unit. Much of
the park is permanent units. The pool is spring fed and not controlled water. Bath house are clean but not fancy. Bare concrete floors. We camped here in a camper.
