Sites are on the smaller side but not too bad. Very grassy which was great. Paved roads, great owners, nice swimming beach (although the water was high when we were there, so the beach wasn't as big.) Campground is mostly seasonal. That's OK as we weekenders were accepted well. Codgers is located right next to a town ball baseball field. We would like to stay there next time when they are playing. Great dock fishing here and pontoon rental. Really can't say enough good things about this place. We will be making this a staple on our yearly agenda. We camped here in a Motorhome.
