Neat place to stay in RV, the sites are shaded and mostly level gravel. Nice folks run the place. Only electric and water sites but they have free weekly pumping service. There are only portable toilets and no showers. Stayed here many nights. There are some nice tent sites also. Many trees and neat geologic features. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We only spent one night at this very small little campground on the St Louis River. It was the site of a slate mine. Owner was a nice, friendly lady. Not much to do here, but a passable place for a pass through. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Clean campground with dirt roads. Seasonal campers do not honor the 10 mph speed limit, threw up a lot of dust. Easy to get in with big rig and on a pretty river. Would not stay here again, music from River Inn just on the other side of the river keeps you awake and just kind of a different atmosphere here. There is a dump station, but price of $28 and no sewer at site seemed high to us. We camped here in a Motorhome.
