Overpriced; no weekly or monthly rates. Side by side narrow sites all gravel and short with no vehicle parking. Park rules NOT enforced. Dogs off leash with owner stand next to campers dog. Glass and dog in pool area. Wi-Fi weak and we were near office. No cable unless you have a DirecTV receiver. Some OTA channels. Not near much, all conveniences food, groceries, diesel fuel 6 miles away. OK for overnight but that's it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
