Don't let the pictures at their web page fool you the builds (bath, laundry) are new they are just designed for the outside to look distressed like it's an old stage coach stop. Level gravel sites, good electric and water, quiet and strong signal on the Wi-Fi. We stayed a week ($60 + 0.10 per kwh for electric) to tour the surrounding areas. Nothing here to entertain kids. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Small, tight and fairly level sites. Just a place to pull in for the night just to get off the road. Open year round. Off highway 71 coming up from Arkansas going close to Joplin, MO. Only if I have to would I go back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
