Rate is without sewer ( not available other than pumpout ) and not using Air. ( $3.00 more ) This is a seasonal park with mostly local trailers set up for the summer. Train is very loud and this is not on the river as it looks on the web site. Place needs a lot of work. We would never stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is based on a monthly rate. This is a nice family park with mostly seasonal sites. The sites are level gravel sites. Management is very friendly. The drawback is the train tracks that pass near the park. There are no sewer hookups, but the owner provides a tank emptying service. We camped here in a Motorhome.
